Lovely items from all over the world! Pricing can be quite high for many of the items. Otherwise, I would purchase more. I do tend to purchase from Chairish more than 1stDibs as Sellers' pricing seems, at times, more reasonable. 1stDib Sellers do respond to questions in a timely manner.

Tino, from Regent Antiques was extremely helpful in answering all questions as well as understanding when we had a project delay that caused some uncertainty about going forward with the purchase. We were able to resolve the project issues and Tino was able to quickly answer all our remaining questions.
Miserble experience... this order was placed by maining in a check 2.5 months ago... and here we are just starting over... 7 to 8 weeks lad time lost on ehaf of our customer, our check has not been found much less returned,!stdibs has no accounts payable department, this business transaction is a fiduciary farce... hope the product will deliver something more satisfying... UGGH to doing business with the " NEW" 1stdibs!

John and his staff have been excellent. They've been reasonable in working with my client's requirements and efficient in their quick processing of our orders.
I directed this feedback here because 1st Dibs is enormously hard to get in touch with. As one example, I was unable to find an e-mail address for their magazine.
Their items are truly exquisite; however, my complaint is about a recent article on a Japanese designer:. Mira Nakashima Reminisces about Her Father's Career and Her Famous Namesake Chair
How unfortunate that this article inserted a pointed reference to the Japanese internment camps in a discussion of art. Will the Liberal Left ever depart from its ongoing vilification of the United States?
Please keep politics out of art journalism? How disappointing that radicals comprise a good chunk of the fashion and art sectors in this country.

Site is slow, but that could be on our end as well. Love the option to create folders and add multiple items in a batch, but does it have to take so many steps to select and add them? Couldn't there be a direct to folder option on the browsing page?
They will steal $1582 from you. Beware! I made a purchase for a ring for $1582. They cancelled the order then said that I never made the order and to try again. They already took out the money! Beware!
I made an offer on a piece to 1st dibs and they send me an acknowledgement on my email. It had the piece and the offer and in payment information it had the usual xxxx with 4 last digits of my credit card. Then above it was my whole credit card number. I could not contact them as no phone on the site and email was to take 24 hours so I had to cancel my credit card for fear someone who had access in the sellers or 1st dibs(or a hacker) would use my credit card without authorization. I got no reply from 1st dibs from the email to them except they cancelled my order. Beware of your payment information dealing with 1st dibs as mine was not securely used.
