Return policy horror! Never buy from them anymore! I have 3 returns that are stuck at processing. I checked every day and the refund dates keep on changing. Now there's a message that asks me to contact customer service for my items. I've contacted them and I was told 4 different answers. All I know is they received the items on September 17th and they say I have to wait until November 17th! 2 months for a refund? Horrible customer service, especially that I order everything from them. Never again for real this time! I have screenshot proof! Here is the message written when I check my 3 refund statutes, I contacted them as the message asks, theirs no point since they can't help you with anything! I have been an Amazon buyer for six or seven years, I am a Prime member and buy quite often, because I changed the eBay platform to Amazon, and the pandemic taught me to buy everything online, which turned out to be very convenient. Recently, Amazon delivery has become worse and worse, trying to find out something from the support service is useless - this is the worst support service that can be, they do not solve anything, they say routine phrases, i.e. An absolutely useless sigmentn that can be used if did not return the money and then from the fifth time. And today an extraordinary incident happened... I made three orders on September 5, delivery should be on September 7. I receive a message that one of the items in the order (a box that I ordered as a gift to give for $109 it to her on September 8) will be delivered on September 12, as the support service said, USPS is to blame, to whom the delivery was transferred, but six other items will not be delivered either, although the delivery was supposed to be done by Amazon. The support service simply mumbled and talked some nonsense to this. Many things and all sorts of things have happened, but apparently there are so many clients that one more or one less - no one will notice. It is very convenient - to take money, and deliver not when promised, but when it is convenient for Amazon, and maybe never. Summary: completely unexpectedly, Amazon has quietly turned into the worst delivery service, it is not worth talking about the clowns from the support service - it's just a circus. If this continues, the owner of Amazon, thanks to his employees, will become a beggar. Who would want to order goods that are not delivered. It is clear that the owner himself does not read these reviews, which is a pity...
P.S. After the stress of yesterday, Amazon delivered food for my pet, and today USPS brought a box for jeverly. I am a long time member of Amazon and I have been continuously been let down by their deliver service lately. I used to see "deliver tomorrow" and think, "that's awesome". Now I think, do I need to spend $35 in approved purchases and even after that I end up on the phone with Amazon arguing why I can't cancel my order that hasn't shipped and is three days late. Amazon service department solution is for me to wait for the item, then drive to a USP store and return, it when they don't expect it for five more days.
99% of products sold on Amazon are made in China-i have ordered hundreds of them because they are typically cheaper. They never last, and are mostly misrepresented. Ex: most stainless steel products end up rusting. Their customer service is always terrible and difficult to understand.

I got an offer today to join prime for FREE for 30 days, I clicked on the offer, nothing happened. I've been trying to redeem this offer for 45 MINUTES via chat with 3 agents, then on the phone for 32 MINUTES and still absolutely ZERO help. I submitted a screenshot of the offer 4x to JOWI via email (as he told me to do 2x) and then via the link he sent me - also 2x. After ALL that, he says he can't help me! Disgusting to waste 45 minutes for absolutely nothing!
I placed an order for over $400. Out of all of the items, only 2 were actually delivered to me. One because it was sent USPS, the other because I noticed the Amazon truck and I chased him down. I did manage to get a third item that was delivered to the wrong physical address, but I have 2 packages of USB cables and a pack of magnets that said delivered, but it was not to my address and I have not been able to find them. As for the final 2 items, they were supposed to be delivered on August 1st, but then I was sent a message saying it was delayed, it will be on August 3rd. When I reached out to customer service, I was given the run around, then finally told that if it did not arrive by the end of August 3rd to call in for a replacement. At about 8:30pm, half an hour after their own deadline for delivery. I called in for the replacements. First they say wait until the 4th, then started saying wait until the 18th of August before asking them to replace the missing items. I am charged every month for Prime, and before this past year they were usually pretty good about delivering. So far this month, the only things that have actually been delivered to me are about 5 or 6 out of over 20 items. This has gone beyond incompetence and with them thinking it is fine to make a prime member have to wait over half a month for them to get their act together is absolutely unacceptable. I was told there is a Prime guarantee, but clearly that is not true. They fail to deliver, they fail to keep their word, and now they are in fact committing fraud by saying they had a delivery guarantee and not keeping that word. I filed with the FTC and BBB because being charged that much money and then being given the run around as far as delivering what was ordered is just wrong. Do not trust Amazon to do anything other than take your money.

Amazon promised a lot with Prime, and they were more than happy to take my money. But the last 6 months they have consistently failed to deliver. Now they are playing games with their promise of delivery, and I am fed up. No place in their agreement does it say to give them more than half a month to get their delivery done. So fed up with Amazon, who has forced the entire U.S. to have to deal with them when ordering online. I will NOT be giving them ANY more business after this.

Amazon keeps getting worse and worse, Now Returns take Weeks to get your Refund, Won't use them anymore. They really are horrible, the return tracking they gave me for my return was in limbo for a week or more, no movement, they staggered or delay returns and refunds, they keep you waiting so long, although they know we sent it and it is close, it is likely UPS cannot deliver as they have so many waiting to go, there is no room for them to bring more, so leave it showing in limbo in their system so long, it really is a disgrace, but I am not going to use Amazon anymore. I use Temu more now, they have been great, and returns are easy and they are more fair, the refund is quick. Walmart and Amazon are too big and have lost all quality control of their businesses and online shopping and returns, they do not show respect for their customers making people wait weeks and months to get a refund for something returned weeks and months ago. They really should be fined by the US government, I am using them less and less, Amazon really is the worst now. They used to be good 8-10 years ago, now, the past few years, they are the worst. When you call them too, their customer service seems all out of the country and English and help is so limited, they do nothing, no help at all. It honestly is impossible to deal with Amazon anymore. All good things have to come to an end, so I am switching to Temu, they have been good so far, much better than Amazon or Walmart.

I've been using Amazon for a very long time. For work work and personally, it has become very Convenient. However, recently I realized that their system is flawed. If you have an issue with the product return, extremely careful of who you speak with and follow up. I received an email stating that I had not returned an item. I called customer service to figure out what the issue was and fix it. The representative on the other line said that everything was fine and that I no longer needed to send the item back. It was taken care of. It was only a $10 item so I assumed that was correct, fast-forward a couple of months later I get another email stating that I have not returned the item. Again, I called customer service. Let them know the situation and they told me that everything was taken care of. Fast-forward another two weeks, I get an email saying that they recharged my credit card. What!? Call customer service again they said they can't find any information and because it's been over 130ish days, They can't find any tracking information, I would have to pay it, there's nothing they could do and they have to end the call. Literally hanging up on me. Twice this happened. Look, the money isn't the issue, however, it would be if I didn't have a lot of money. The issue is that They told me it was taken care of on multiple occasions and then when they charge my credit card again, and they couldn't do anything about it because too many days. That is ridiculous! For a big company it is so disappointing. The customer service representatives don't seem to be truthful, Amazon's gotten sloppy. Just recently I received a package that had nothing in it, and it didn't appear to be sealed. I really like Amazon. I hope they get it together!

A couple of months ago, I placed an order, then had to change my schedule because it was delivered a day early. Since I don't have Prime, Amazon seems to think it did a great job - holding the order for two days (before processing) then rushing it out a day early.
Last month, same issue - had to change my schedule because they decided to ship a day early.
This month, I place an order on July 5th for delivery on July 10th... and they held the order from processing a couple of days, then Alexa told me the night of 9th package would be delivered on July 10th by 10PM... then July 10th says delivery July 11th by 10PM... now it's saying delivery on July 12th - AND NOT A SINGLE ATTEMPT TO CONTACT ME (email or through account) ABOUT THE DELAYS.
It wouldn't be quite so bad if Amazon ("the most customer concentric company in the world") hadn't gotten rid of "feedback" on the website, hadn't changed from "chat" with customer support to a phone number almost impossible to find on the website, and hadn't changed to "delivery report" options to 'canned' answers.
Amazon is ONLY interested in your money, NOT your satisfaction.

I don't understand why Amazon has slipped so far from being customer friendly to "shut up and pay the bill". I am an Amazon Prime member. I've always been happy with Amazon before, but what's happening now is just a shock! Deliveries are delayed, things are lost, and instead of enjoying the purchase, I spend time sorting things out with the most clueless customer service in the world. There is not a single specialist there - just a stream of words. This time my delivery was canceled twice; I bought gifts, as is clear, by a certain date. I write to them about this, and the support team repeats as usual - you will receive the goods in 24 hours and you can return everything - what a horror! I ordered expensive things and it all looks more like some kind of deception. It was such a great company! This is what happens when they hire just anyone.
I've continued to buy thousands of dollars with Amazon because they're the best gig for batch buying across multiple product categories, but if I lived in the States more often I would buy local when possible. Reviews are still a joke, but they give a general wind of what to expect. Way too many fakes still, but this is the system we have. Not the cheapest by far, but the most convenient. Sad they kind of sucked the soul out of whole foods too. Yes, like Wallymart, they are too big to fail.

I've been using Amazon.com for over a decade with mostly positive experiences (I usually buy in batches of $1000 since I live overseas most of the time). Lately, I find their platform very troubling. Last week the android app self-bought some off-brand deep muscle massager in my pocket overseas, and was set to buy 4 more. I discovered this by a confirmation e-mail which showed it was going to send the pocket-purchase to a USA hotel address I used months ago. How does this happen, I didn't have one-click buy on, and when I go to buy products for real, they make me follow many steps.
Another thing I've noticed in the last two years is the blatant AI price manipulation when you leave multiple products in your cart while evaluating them. The prices for those items keep going up, then down a bit, then really up, then they start playing with availability. There is no longer any price guarantee so when I finally paid for my purchase, many of the "in cart" items had noticeably increased. Yet, even two days later when checking prices I found the items has returned to the lower price. Many examples of this, so don't keep items in your cart.
Fake branded products are a real problem on Amazon, I have bought several by accident. User reviews are also being faked, you can read 4-5 star reviews that have nothing to do with the actual product. If you don't believe me read reviews on "sonic bark controllers". I've noticed products that have lots of bad reviews are being cancelled, then resold as a new product to shed the bad reviews. Total manipulation. Most of these products aren't for large dollar items so most of us don't bother to send back. The few time I've bought and left negative reviews, somehow the seller is able to get my real email and write notes begging me to change my review "my family depends on my sales..."
If Amazon has more money than god, why aren't they securing the platform and protecting the buyers? They make more sales not doing so... Again, another example of a good company corrupted by money. I will only be buying things I can't find anywhere else, in fact, I think Walmart is probably the good guys now compared to Amazon. So sad, greed and unregulated capitalism once again doesn't protect the buyer. The "Market" will eventually correct itself? I sure hope so, but it's always at the expense of the little guy.

So I received a package today. I had instructed the delivery person online to open my porch door and put my package inside the door. I requested this to keep my package safe from porch pirates. Turns out I grab my package and he sees me and he tells me to change my instructions because by Amazon's standards they can't open door. I as a customer have every right to say how I want my package delivered to ensure it's safety from being stolen.
