Return policy horror! Never buy from them anymore! I have 3 returns that are stuck at processing. I checked every day and the refund dates keep on changing. Now there's a message that asks me to contact customer service for my items. I've contacted them and I was told 4 different answers. All I know is they received the items on September 17th and they say I have to wait until November 17th! 2 months for a refund? Horrible customer service, especially that I order everything from them. Never again for real this time! I have screenshot proof! Here is the message written when I check my 3 refund statutes, I contacted them as the message asks, theirs no point since they can't help you with anything! Message From Amazon: Refund not issued: "Your refund could not be issued as the return is stuck in processing Don't worry! Our Customer Service can help you with your refund". Need I say more?
Their driver lost my package, but because it was from a third party retailer they're telling me to eat it up & move on. I can't buy from a place that boasts its customer service when in actuality they don't care. The customer should never have to pay for the mistakes of the retailer. Talk about injustice!

My experience has been frustrating with there difficult website to navigate. With lots of complicated rules. And there's so many things on their sellers website it's overwhelming. If you have questions about a product you're selling. They will most likely want you to email them. There is a way around it. When you have the Option to pick advertiser or seller. Pick advertiser and they'll suggest you give a email or phone number. Click the button that says immediate attention Call Me Now. Is how to reach customer service over the phone. Because they don't have a direct phone number line to call for help. I've spent way too many hours trying to figure out their website.

I bought a gift on amazon.com.au via VPN since I'm based elsewhere. They "detected suspicious activity" on my account and froze my account across all amazon platforms. Now I had to provide evidence that it was in fact me, who ordered (which I did) and promised to review within 1-3 days. It's been a week and my account is still frozen. And no one answers my multiply query emails either. I can't use the customer service, because, guess what, you have to log in to use it.
Have spent thousands with them over about twenty years.
Their returns and refunds are inflexible. I have a brain injury so often just take the loss. Once they refunded $10 for a late cable.
But they twisted and rejected my claim for a car cover $170 not as described and months late. Their own system even said it was not delivered.

Bought a new book and received a used one, with underlines of wordings all over the book. Called Amazon 4 times to arrange for a pick up for return/refund, were promised that UPS/DHL would pick up the item, but always nobody turn up. After almost 2 weeks and I am still in endless waiting. The worst service I have ever encountered. Will never buy anything from Amazon again.

My $19 item was not delivered and amazon reps in online chat did not want to talk to me about it, saying as per our records it was delivered, anything else we can do for you? I had to call Amazon for the first time in 20 years just to hear the same verbiage from amazon. There was no UPS record, note or email, there was no picture proof on their side, there was no package left ( we have a camera here) but they just would not resolve the issue, This is something new, and very disgusting
When prime first launched it had 2 day delivery. This was worth it for me, now several years later it takes 3-5 days to even ship a product and everything they ship me is now shipped ground. Taking another 3-5 days. This is an absolute waste of money to continue to use. Walmart sells the same products in many cases and delivers quicker and often cheaper. I have had an amazon account for 20 years now; and prices are the least competitive they have ever been and the level of knock off crap they sell is just outrageous. Trying to sort reviews and finding early review of the product not even for the product is FRAUD, they do not do enough to resolve this.
Overall shopping with amazon and their prime membership is no longer worth it and honestly, we would probably be better off as a nation if they went bankrupt.
The wallet came nicely packed. It's really a good deal, since it comes with such a high quality but with only $99. This wallet on chain is so pretty and fashion, it can goes well with every style just like a pair of Stan Smith! I think it's an essential item for my daily outfit. I strongly recommend it.
I ordered eyeliner and when I got it from China 2 months later it was damaged the cheap plastic envelope is wearing the eye liner and of course it won't let me post a review on the product or the poor shipping methods they use I can't wait to get the rest of my broken crap. Another Valentines gift I received last year was a rose pendant necklace. I loved it because of how dainty and elegant it looks, so anyone would love a gift like this. Amazon delivery driver left my package in the driveway. It contained beef jerky and was eaten by a local dog. The app said the package was handed to the resident. So I guess they lie also. Will not be ordering anything from Amazon as long as they hire people like this. Unbelievably poor customer service.
Amazon has not mended its ways. It advertises products as eligible for free shipping but when you get to the checkout page it slaps a hefty shipping charge on you. When I complained, they had seven different reps handle my issue, with none of them offering any solution.
I have been a a loyal Amazon customer for over twenty years. Never have their shipments been so late and their service so poor.
I placed my last order, for over $800, with Express shipping, on May 22. It is now a week later and they have not shipped it to me.
Their customer service by phone and by e-mail is nonexistent and their Chat service is only open during Pacific daytime on weekdays. The Covid-19 crisis is real but using it as a pretext for terrible service is unacceptable.
User's recommendation: Before you place another order with Amazon get their ironclad commitment, backed by a full refund of your payment, to ship it within 24 hours.
Today I received my order which included 3 packages (a total of 7 items altogether). My items were easy to track, the delivery driver arrived on time and was very courteous and all of my items were in perfect condition. My only gripe with Amazon is raising the minimum purchase for free shipping to $45. Sometimes I just want a few things that are less than that, and I don't buy them at all because of the shipping costs. Amazon's loss...
Then on the other side, the best thing ever was getting an amazon.com rewards credit card. I stopped paying cash as often, just to get more reward points, and they really add up. It is SO nice to order some things on Amazon, and then not have to pay anything at all! You cannot beat that with a stick, as they say.
Ordering things online at Amazon, at usually the best or really close price, with free shipping, is really good for me, as I really do live out in the "sticks", and it is a bit of a drive to shop for anything. I must say at least 4 plus stars!
I have repeatedly had issues the past two years with the shipping of my products. Most of the time I submit an order expecting to receive it somewhere near the date they propose and that is what makes me choose that specific seller or product, especially with gift giving. I have received emails stating I'd receive my item the day of or the day after the email and when I go to the app to see shipping info, it hasn't even been prepared for shipping! So now after the items being weeks later than the expected delivery date at my time of purchase, I can't even cancel the order to go elsewhere so that I can save myself the embarrassment of a month late birthday gift! This is just insane and it's getting worse. This specific order had not shipped until within the past hour and was updated as being delivered by tomorrow from KY to VA. It's absolutely not possible.

I get 2 emails guarantee delivery then find out that I may not get my packages in time for Christmas. Not one agent could follow through with their guarantee shipping. I paid for prime and still waiting 2 days for what I ordered if not longer. Talked to Carlos the supervisor and got hung up on when requesting to speak to their supervisor. It's now 220 pm on Christmas Eve and keep on getting the run around on whether or not I'm getting them before Christmas. Talk about stress for the only thing my kids wanted for Christmas.

Amazon is a great place to shop online, it's got a little bit of everything you might need. I am always buying toys and clothes for my granddaughter on Amazon. Plus they have great dog products and products for just about everything you can think of from makeup to garden tools. And the delivery service is exceptional, if you are a Prime member your delivery is FREE on every purchase, who could ask for more. The prices are very reasonable and the merchandise is very good, not cheaply made. Amazon is the perfect place for online shopping!
