Return policy horror! Never buy from them anymore! I have 3 returns that are stuck at processing. I checked every day and the refund dates keep on changing. Now there's a message that asks me to contact customer service for my items. I've contacted them and I was told 4 different answers. All I know is they received the items on September 17th and they say I have to wait until November 17th! 2 months for a refund? Horrible customer service, especially that I order everything from them. Never again for real this time! I have screenshot proof! Here is the message written when I check my 3 refund statutes, I contacted them as the message asks, theirs no point since they can't help you with anything! Message From Amazon: Refund not issued: "Your refund could not be issued as the return is stuck in processing Don't worry! Our Customer Service can help you with your refund". Need I say more?
I was billed yesterday for the subscription of Amazon Prime service which I did never choose or authorized. They used my credit card data stored from my last transaction at Dec 12. It is a fraud. I thought Amazon.com was a safe place to store my credit card data but unfortunately it is not true. I will think twice before buy anything there again
I have had nothing but great experiences with Amazon. A time or two I had a problem with an order, but received prompt and courteous service from them. I know others may have things happen that turn them off to the company, but let me just say, "Give them a chance before getting angry". Lots of times, things get a little screwy when you are dealing online, but it usually works out with time and patience.
When returning a thousand-dollar computer in the month of Christmas they have kept my money, every time calling in they promise to return it within 48 hours. After talking to a supervisor, he only told me another 5 days and hung up on me when I asked to talk to someone else.
Amazon and it's products have just gotten worse and worse over the past few years, no to the point that all they sell is garbage. I was an Amazon customer for years, and subscribed to most of their services, but after my recent experiences I am done with Amazon for good. The last five items IO have purchase have all been garbage and had to be returned. Amazon's "Support" is a joke. These clowns have no idea what they are talking about. I had a support person tell me to press the mute and volume down on a remote that doesn't exist, the idiot was suppose to be helping me with a Fire TV Recast, there is no remote. If ou want to waste your time and money on these losers, thats on you, but they will never make another dime off of me.

So today, the 24th of February I attempted to purchase an Amazon fire stick with an Alexa remote that was advertised on Amazon for 1999 an exclusive price that Amazon was selling it. No matter what I tried I could not get the price of 1999. I took a quick screenshot of the ad and sent it to Amazon customer service and said I cannot get this fire stick for 1999 it still shows 3999. The customer rep told me purchase it when I get it asked him for the 20 bucks back I said no that's not how to purchase is supposed to work. You're supposed to sell it to me for $19.99 not that I have to come back to you once I purchase it and asked for my $20. He still refused to do anything other than I had to ask for my $20 back so I am slowly but surely in the next 6 months quitting Amazon and using other vendors to purchase my items. Sure, I only spent about $1000 or more a month on Amazon so that's chump change but if all of us did it maybe Amazon would start looking hard at how the business practices and ads work.

I used to buy a lot on amazon, everything arrives really fast and few times something arrived wrong, always because of the size like clothes for my dogs and some other clothes. But the problem is that I haven't bought for a while and every month without me buying anything something goes to my cart and debits my card without my having bought it, usually an item bought many months ago, so every time I i need to run and cancel everything, this has been making me furious because if i don't notice immediately they just send and send and send the same thing every month without my having bought it, this is fraud and so swindling me i think this is totally wrong and very unethical, how a company of millions lets such a ridiculous failure happen. I hope this gets resolved because i lost money on this and i'm furious. Be careful when placing your card on your amazon account!
My first time ordering from Amazon, it went well. The shipping was free which is always great, haha! Got my toothbrush and also a couple of toothbrush head replacements. It was on Black Friday sale so I got it with a nice discount. Satisfied.
Bought 2 outdoor lights with Pir in 2020 1 was new and 1 was used but in good condition. They were supposed to last for ******* hours switched on. Because there is a pir they don't stay on but only switch on when someone comes to the door. The used one failed about 3 weeks ago Contacted Amazon who gave me a partial refund. But to buy another one will cost me over an extra £9 Amazon have refused to refund me the difference so it doesn't cost me any extra, All i get is I would love to do it but cant They were able to do it before so why can they not do it now
I'm a prime member but because of this attitude will not be renewing my membership

Extremely disappointed in Amazon ethics! The box arrives with obvious signs of being opened (picture) previously. Even of a portion of the box label had been removed. Once I opened it, original packaging was missing and it even included an instruction manual (picture) for a completely different cooker!
This was a primary ad, not an "other sellers" or "used" category ad. Nowhere in the ad did it say open box / used or anything else to indicate anything less than class A merchandise. Completely unethical and without integrity.

I have been dealing with many companies and Amazon is perfect! Each time I have ordered from them, the results were as expected or even better in some cases. They get the right people for the right thing and their system works. Quite often, they will give a delivery date which in most scenarios, is earlier than expected. That is fine with me! The sooner, the better!
I personally think that Amazon beats EBay in many ways, along with many others. Have had disappointment before, not with Amazon. Rest assured, I shall return when I need something else in the future.

Look for anything. Though they don't always carry your item, their reference system is superior to others! Definitely worth a look and try, both!!
A while back I had ordered a similar product for my wife's car and my mother in law decided she just absolutely had to have one too. As a pleasant surprise for her we ordered her this one, and she loves it. They have 3 dogs and any given day they are taking them in the car to the petstore or vet for whatever reason and this so far has proven to be a lifesaver for her. The hammock feature helps keep the dogs from sliding down into the footrest area, while also providing a slight barrier to help keep them from climbing into the front of the car. The fact that dog hair is not getting all over her nice leather seats doesn't hurt either. While I did receive this item at a discount on the grounds that I would review it up receipt and use I can honestly say that my opinions in regards to it have not been swayed by that fact. This is a quality solution for a unique problem that I strongly recommend to anyone with animals.
I have ordered multiple items from Amazon throughout the years from all over the country being delivered from all different parts of the world BUT New Orleans Louisiana is absolutely the most worst place to get any items delivered. The drivers are incompetent and will not read instructions plus will have an attitude when you ask them to do so. If you live in New Orleans, good luck on getting any items delivered. Whoever the regional manager is, should be replace by someone that can perform better leadership.
My PC from Amazon is an incredible piece of equipment. It's fast, powerful, and it looks great. The set up was simple and easy to follow, and I had no problems getting it up and running in no time. The performance has been great – even when I'm running multiple applications at once, the machine never slows down. Additionally, the customer service staff has always been incredibly helpful whenever I have had any questions or issues. All in all, my PC from Amazon has been an excellent purchase!

USUALLY, I don't have a problem with amazon, however their idiot delivery person stopped (maybe) and dropped the package over the fence in my front yard. This so stupid and lazy that if amazon hired this person, then they are not going to care about how the package was delivered. Q: Can a package actually be smarter than the delivery person? Inspire of being a company of such a huge scale they delivered a product which got expired 1 year ago. When I asked them to replace/return they are just blaming it on the seller. Such an unprofessional MNC which is run like a monopoly. Terrible experience with the customer service as well.
Amazon has gotten to big & just can't take care of their customers. My package was left at the wrong door. This is even though I live in a secure complex with a locked Amazon Locker System, but Amazon leaves it at a strangers door with my name & address on it. They promised a refund, didn't happen & and to call again. I cancelled my Prime membership. It's a hassle, but, I will just order from the manufacturer.

I ordered, paid for and returned a bidet. Thereafter found a higher rated bidet cheaper, same website. The item was returned, tracking # provided. On initial call the service agent confirmed that Amazon had received the returned, however, the staff in the warehouse failed to enter in the computer that the returned item was received. I received an email stating that the item needs to be returned or they will re-charge my CC, as I know 1000% that I returned the bidet, I deemed no further action was required on my part. Amazon re-charged my account for an item I returned. Upon calling in I am told that I need to fill out all these forms. Long story short Amazon owes me $56.00+ for a returned Bidet. Further Customers pay for 2 day shipping via Prime and yet, most item arrive weeks later, sometimes months. There is no follow up from Amazon. That Company has obviously gotten to big for its britches and needs to be taken down a notch or 10. I am not one for being Shafter or as they say screwed over. I demand my money back or the item returned.
My account was shut down on sept 22 "for my protection, due to suspicious activity" to which they can not give me an explanation. I've called every other day with the response of we are escalating your appeal and will return an email to you within 6 hours! I still have no answer and no account, it's been 10 days!
So I was looking at TV's on Amazon the other day and they gave me the option to do a 12 month payment plan of $63. Then whenever it was due for them to s***, they tried to charge me the whole price. So if I'm doing something on a payment plan? Then why do I have the money to pay it all the way up front? And how is that a monthly payment? These people are f****** asinine
