Return policy horror! Never buy from them anymore! I have 3 returns that are stuck at processing. I checked every day and the refund dates keep on changing. Now there's a message that asks me to contact customer service for my items. I've contacted them and I was told 4 different answers. All I know is they received the items on September 17th and they say I have to wait until November 17th! 2 months for a refund? Horrible customer service, especially that I order everything from them. Never again for real this time! I have screenshot proof! Here is the message written when I check my 3 refund statutes, I contacted them as the message asks, theirs no point since they can't help you with anything! Message From Amazon: Refund not issued: "Your refund could not be issued as the return is stuck in processing Don't worry! Our Customer Service can help you with your refund". Need I say more?
I don't like leaving negative reviews but I am tired of Amazon sending me the wrong product that I didn't order it's happened morning three times. The packaging department needs to do a better job and the delivery drivers also it's upsetting when you are expecting something and you don't get what you paid for and that makes the process even longer if you pay for Amazon Prime they need to respect it and do a better job for their customers.When ordering from Etsy I've never had this issue!
Not only do some Amazon vendors charge more for their products while promoting "free shipping" (i.e., Hoka Shoes costing $225+ on Amazon, versus $180 on Hoka.com with free shipping!), the delivery process, especially from international vendors (who do not warehouse in the US) is NOT prime as it may take a month for the product to arrive! "Free," and "Prime" are seriously misrepresented on Amazon.

Best scrub I've used so far! I actually saw the results straight away. My body cream now absorbs into the skin much better than it did before and my skin feels so smooth! It was gentle enough to use on my face too!
In retrospect, we should have ordered a cat tree directly from Catit. The product arrived from Amazon and two screws were missing from the parts bag. Rather than simply send another parts bag, the only offered solution was to return the item.
In addition, two days after ordering the item, Amazon dropped the price by 20% ($30). I was told by a supervisor that they don't price match even against their own retailer. Again, the solutions offered was to return the item.
This reaffirms the notion that Amazon does not concern itself with its wastefulness. Much like the common understanding that many returned items end up in a landfill.
I have bought quite a number of ebooks on Amazon and they deliver on time. The ebooks are so informative and I've not seen another online shop that offers great books like Amazon. Kudos and please keep it up

Who doesn't love Amazon. I shop amazon and other merchants for same product but Amazon has stolen my heart now wins almost every time. I can order today and it is here tomorrow. No shipping charge most of the time. If product is not what i expected or no longer needed there is no problem returning with no return fee and money is refunded with out delay.

I was very excited to receive this wireless headset because of the wireless Bluetooth feature. The sound is great both listening to music and making phone calls. Easy transition from listening to music to answering a phone call. They are very comfortable to wear.
It comes with a small portable case that allows you to store the headphones and the charging cable together. The charging cable can be used with any USB charger. It also comes with three sizes of ear pads, which is nice because I have very small ears and not all headsets fit me well. They charged quickly and the bluetooth was easy to sync to my iPhone. This headset can be used with any smart phone.
The product arrived in a small, sturdy box, form fitting box which kept the product secure and undamaged. Easy to follow instructions included.
Monday November 25 2019, my car caught on fire and a driver from Amazon Prime stopped to put out the fire for me before the fire department showed up. The fire was right near the gas tank. So it could have easily been worse if he had not stopped to help me. Again thank you to the man who stopped.
Up until 3 weeks ago delivery service from Amazon was absolutely perfect. Now however they changed the pin location for my house without permission to a street 3 miles away. So now nothing is being delivered. Company so far REFUSES to change my location back to the correct address.

Purchased an item that was cheaper the next day, so I went on live chat and asked if they could refund me the difference or I'll just re order it and return it, they said they would refund me the difference instead of sending it back as it's a big bulky item. 7 days passed and still no refund so I got back in contact with them to be told their not refunding me the difference as promised because it's not in their policy. If I known I was lied too then I would of just re ordered it and the cheaper price I've attached photos as proof. Any other company would of apologised and refunded me the difference as a good will gesture, but not this one!
If you ever buy anything and the price drops within 30 days, just re order it and return it. It will be costing them more money
These trendy gold rings came in a pack of 6 and look just as good as they do online. I bought them in a size 6 so that it could fit my first 3 fingers and they fit perfectly which doesn't happen often when i buy rings for my small finger size. Overall I am very happy with this purchase.

We are called multiple times and it frustrating agent disconnect the call in between without listening to the customer problem this really pathetic never had in the past. Let me explain my store: I called prime activating with out intervention and taking the money from gift card every month. We cancelled three time but it is happening again and again explained the same to agent they kept me 30 min hold and his supervisor not able to accept the refund and he waited 10 more min and disconnected the call without any resolution. Amazon customer support really gone down recent days. I was taking the Amazon customer care as role model for other online sites but not now it lost the trust of the customers

Offered a promo for downloading their app and signing in for the first time with it. Did just that and I got a notification stating that my promo was denied. Contacted customer support and was informed of certain other "criteria" that was never initially stated. Went up to an alleged supervisor and he didn't solve the issue. Asked to speak to his boss and was denied. Have screenshot proof of the entire thing.
Worst customer service ever - and I say this as someone who remembers the old days of the bell Telephone monopoly. Every phone call starts with a "conversation" with a recording that repeatedly asks to send a text message - apparently it can't understand the word, "No" - eventually leading to a customer service rep who usually has seriously limited English language skills.
I just spent an hour on 6 separate calls to Amazon to inquire about $6 purchase. If I had any sense at all I would have given up after the second call and just let Amazon keep the six bucks - but maybe that's what they're counting on...
Amazon is starting to be on the same level as ebay (which is not a good thing in my opinion). I ordered a home gym June 4th 2022. It was supposed to be delivered July 4th 2022 (a month after I was charged for it). This was an almost $850.00 purchase and as of today I'm told by customer service to give it another 48-72 hours. If it is not delivered they say they will give a refund or a replacement. I was the home gym but I'm scared to get the replacement and have to wait another month and then that one not show up either. So frustrated

Because Amazon is so vast you can find pretty much anything you need on their website. To that end I was looking for a way to avoid slipping and sliding on the inevitable ice sheets we get each year in New England. While browsing the Amazon site I found what I was looking for "car tire studs" Normally used in vehicle tires to help cars keep a grip in icy road surfaces and just the thing I needed to help me keep my balance. I had a new pair of boots also from Amazon that have very thick soles which would easily take the 12mm stud length. The result you can see in the picture attached to this review. Now I just have to wait a few weeks to test them out!

Things are changing at Amazon and not in a good way. As I state below I have been a satisfied customer of Amazons since 1999 placing an average of 200 orders per year. Lately I have noticed some very strange and unacceptable changes in Amazons policies, changes that seem to be being keep secret. First the free return of some items faulty or otherwise will now incur a UPS pickup charge of $7.99. This seems to apply to small electrical goods like computer mice or light switches not larger items. They also give an option to drop off your return at a local drop point which in my case is some 34 miles away. The cost of gas in most cases would exceed the cost of these small electrical items. So much for free delivery and return as noted on all these items Amazon listings. As a Prime member I object to this charge especially as items I return are almost exclusively faulty!
Next we have the strange case of missing reviews. It seems like Amazon is aggressively censoring reviews even 5 Star reviews, which are being withheld without reason or notification. I recently sent in a 5 Star review with a video and images, after 5 days I had not heard back from Amazon and decided to resend the review. When I tried to resend I was redirected to a page which basically said we are not accepting reviews on this product from this e-mail address? I re checked my submission and could find absolutely zero reasons for my review to be declined, no watermarks or links to sites no bad words only a glowing report on a great product. I contacted Amazon via the supplied e-mail link and after 3 weeks no reply. A customer service agent gave me another e-mail to try and again no reply as to why this review has been declined. Now while I 100% agree Amazon has the absolute right to decline reviews I believe it would be in their interest to educate customers as to why these things happen. Instead reviews like this tend to proliferate the web.
I have a third issue regarding seller reviews and how Amazon keeps sellers from getting bad reviews by taking responsibility for delivery, but that will necessitate a much longer review at a later date.

I have been using Amazon since 1999 and rarely had cause for complaint. Prices seem reasonable and product selection is second to none. Most of my YouTube videos which are about 3D printing, woodworking and airbrushing have some or all of the materials purchased from Amazon. Whenever i do a remodel project i search Amazon for furniture or as in my most recent kitchen update, appliances. Sadly living in New England presents delivery issues which makes being a member of Prime pretty much useless (most delivery take more than 4 days with Prime). Other than that i find Amazon to be an excellent company to deal with.

Check if Amazon is charging you $7.99 for a UPS pickup and if so call customer service and let them know how you feel about this recent policy change

After my recent fiasco with trying to return a shirt to a department store purchased through an online purchase, I can really appreciate the effortless returns I have had with Amazon over the years. That's the reason why I will always look for items on Amazon prior to any other retailer. Returning an item is as simple as selecting a reason, typing a short description of the problem; and choosing the return method (my favorite is dropping off at the UPS Store). Returns are free and the money is returned quickly.
I was always hesitant to use Amazon. But after a time I decided to try it. For several years I found it was worth it to shop for specific items on Amazon.
However, within the last year I have had nothing but issues. Their support is seriously lacking and so is the shipping process. I'm getting sick of ordering things expecting to get them and then the day after purchasing they are delayed and I have to wait for a refund to replace the order which winds up coming faster then the first order. I'm not sure what is going on at Amazon but this occurs for me on every other order I place.
So frustrating as I have had to cancel several orders and could not replace them as I was not staying in the location where they were be shipped.
The only reason I use Amazon over other shops is due to guaranteed express shipping. If I pay for this guarantee express shipping and you can no longer provide it, should I have no need to pay a membership?

As a young tech enthusiast, my recent Amazon experience was truly amazing. From the latest gadgets to trendy fashion, Amazon offers an incredible variety. Easy navigation, swift delivery, and excellent customer support made my shopping spree a breeze. Amazon has definitely won me over!
I received a gift card code in an email from Amazon. The Amazon website states it is invalid. I never used it or sent it to anyone else. I contacted customer service twice and spent over 90 minutes trying to resolve this issue without success. I will not be using Amazon's services in the future if this is the standard of customer service I can expect.
1- they dont follow up on calls as promised
2- the orders get delivered somewhere else Nd they dont even know where it is
3- it is almost impossible to get in touch with them, emails they dont answer phone calls u cant hear them the call is diverted. Thousand times.
For a seems to be successful company they are going in a very wrong direction.

I order items from Amazon Prime, trusting that they are being truthful as to the delivery date. Lately however, that trust has been broken. In the last month and a half Amazon has used USPS to deliver a few of my orders. Unfortunately those orders were not delivered as promised. Two of the items were needed to complete orders for my customers. Today USPS determined that had "No access to my location," But Amazon includes delivery instructions on the label, which in my case is our gate code. Why any company would use USPS to deliver orders when they can not be trusted to do so on time and without asking their customer if that is acceptable is beyond me. When I asked Amazon customer service how to avoid my orders from being delivered by USPS, I was told "that is not possible." I consider this totally unacceptable. Amazon Prime delivery trucks are in our gated community every day, several times a day and my last order was a "sponsored" Prime item. Very bad way to do business.
I placed 2 orders and have been waiting on my paid for order.each time i go and check on the status of my shipping hasn't shipped yet contact customer service all you get is a preset questionnaire.last time i use this trumped up delivery service
