Return policy horror! Never buy from them anymore! I have 3 returns that are stuck at processing. I checked every day and the refund dates keep on changing. Now there's a message that asks me to contact customer service for my items. I've contacted them and I was told 4 different answers. All I know is they received the items on September 17th and they say I have to wait until November 17th! 2 months for a refund? Horrible customer service, especially that I order everything from them. Never again for real this time! I have screenshot proof! Here is the message written when I check my 3 refund statutes, I contacted them as the message asks, theirs no point since they can't help you with anything! Message From Amazon: Refund not issued: "Your refund could not be issued as the return is stuck in processing Don't worry! Our Customer Service can help you with your refund". Need I say more?

Utilizzo Amazon da anni, mi son sempre trovato bene, prezzi bassissimi, spesso sconti sui tantissimi prodotti, per i resi è semplicissimo, con amazon prime inoltre l'immagine di amazon è cresciuta, posso ordinare in questo momento e ritrovarmi il prodotto in casa esattamente domani!

Een schofterig slechte service!
Ik heb een aftermarket BORA filter besteld en weer geretourneerd omdat deze van slechte kwaliteit is (zeer onnauwkeurige maatvoering). Nieuw en in de originele verpakking.
Vervolgens verzand ik in een idiote mailwisseling waarin Amazon stelt dat ik een gebruikt artikel heb geretourneerd (niet waar), zij deze hebben weggegooid en ik alleen mijn geld terugkrijg als ik het bestelde artikel retourneer. Wat dus al lang gedaan is (maar door Amazon weggegooid). Ook diverse mailen gemaild dat het bestelde artikel geretourneerd is, incl foto van de slechte kwaliteit.
Amazon stuurt alleen automatische emails in slecht Nederlands (automatische vertalingen) en sluit de mailwisseling af dat ze verder niet meer reageren.
Dit is pure diefstal!
J'ai commandé plusieurs fois pour différents articles. Je n'ai jamais été déçue de mes achats. Les articles correspondent aux attentes et les prix sont très corrects. En plus la livraison même standard est rapide.
