“Return policy scam - don't order from them anymore!”

Return policy horror! Never buy from them anymore! I have 3 returns that are stuck at processing. I checked every day and the refund dates keep on changing. Now there's a message that asks me to contact customer service for my items. I've contacted them and I was told 4 different answers. All I know is they received the items on September 17th and they say I have to wait until November 17th! 2 months for a refund? Horrible customer service, especially that I order everything from them. Never again for real this time! I have screenshot proof! Here is the message written when I check my 3 refund statutes, I contacted them as the message asks, theirs no point since they can't help you with anything! Message From Amazon: Refund not issued: "Your refund could not be issued as the return is stuck in processing Don't worry! Our Customer Service can help you with your refund". Need I say more?

Davvero non mi capacito delle recensioni negative rivolte ad Amanzon. Ovviamente ogni esperienza è soggettiva, ma è oggettivo il fatto che questa azienda è il top per quanto riguarda gli acquisti. Sono cliente Prime da ottobre con l'offerta Student con cui pago €18 euro all'anno invece che €36 e le spedizioni arrivano sempre in tempo. Anche il servizio clienti è eccezionale. Sono sempre disponibili a parlare e a risolvere i tuoi problemi senza remore alcune. Insomma, Amazon è una certezza.

“El mejor lugar para hacer compras online”

Se trata de un portal de compras online, en el que puedes encontrar de todo. Electrónica, ropa, objetos de decoración, cuidado personal, droguería, comida... Lo mejor de ellos es su programa de devoluciones, en el que si tienes algún tipo de problema enseguida te dan una solución. Además tiene su programa Prime, en el a consigues muchas ventajas por un módico precio, como gastos de envío gratis, entrega al día siguiente en muchísimos productos, almacenamiento en la nube, vídeo bajo demanda... Para mi es el mejor sitio para realizar comprar online, con la ventaja añadida de ser una empresa muy seria.

Como toda tienda online con varios vendedores, hay que tomar en cuenta a la hora de comprar los precios que no sean muy bajos lo que nos indica o fraude, o mala calidad, las revisiones de los compradores y las calificaciones. Usar los sitios de venta en forma adecuada garantiza una compra exitosa y por sobre todo una experiencia realmente satisfactoria.
