This company is by far the best company on the internet. No matter what I order from them,..., "and I order a lot" they always give me what I order and it is always super fast and well packaged. They do an excellent job with the sellers that sell there everything is perfect for me.
The service is usually good. The shipping is over priced. Some of the product prices are good. Some things are over priced. I have read horror stories about how the Amazon employees are treated, which makes me think twice about ordering from this company. Amazon has some hard to find items. I used to buy most computer parts here. But the N company has a better price on shipping. If you make too many returns of the cheap junk coming from China that Amazon sold to you in the first place, Amazon may threaten to close your account. I only buy from Amazon now if I absolutely have to.
Have used Amazon since it's early days of selling CD's, I have found the site has kept up with it's growth and continued to provide excellent service for everything I have purchased.

I have purchased many things from Amazon from books to electronics. Not all of the vendors are reliable but for the most part I have had pretty good results with this site. Whenever I did have a problem with an outside vendor, Amazon would investigate and work with me to resolve the problem, even reimbursing me for the money I was owed from a related vendor. I would definitely recommend Amazon.

I ordered a laptop and I was scammed by the person b/c they stole my gift card code but amazon did give me the $500 back to my account after a couple of agents but do your research when purchasing from third-party sellers through Amazon there are no regulations for them to follow and they know Amazon does not manage their gift cards well so they will try to get your money but thank you for my research and Amazon rectifying the situation

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
