“Return policy scam - don't order from them anymore!”

Return policy horror! Never buy from them anymore! I have 3 returns that are stuck at processing. I checked every day and the refund dates keep on changing. Now there's a message that asks me to contact customer service for my items. I've contacted them and I was told 4 different answers. All I know is they received the items on September 17th and they say I have to wait until November 17th! 2 months for a refund? Horrible customer service, especially that I order everything from them. Never again for real this time! I have screenshot proof! Here is the message written when I check my 3 refund statutes, I contacted them as the message asks, theirs no point since they can't help you with anything! Message From Amazon: Refund not issued: "Your refund could not be issued as the return is stuck in processing Don't worry! Our Customer Service can help you with your refund". Need I say more?

My last TWO orders have not arrived when they should have. Customer Service only gives a generic unimportant answer to the issue. They expect you to wait any where from 24 hours to 3 to 5 days. Yet they do not wait to get paid for prime. If they can not fulfill the order, to cancel is a hassle because then they say it is preparing to ship, yet customer service just told me it could take days. They are failing to fulfill the delivery times, or even shipping on time. Such a disappointment. You need to improve Seriously. I would add pics, but they put to much info on the page to screenshot even.

Tip for consumers:
Do not believe there times listed to receive the items. They are getting really awful at any item arriving when they say it will. And they will lie up until an hour after the items should arrive. Then never let you cancel, even though it being late it their fault. Just beware, and do not get it if you need it on time.

I've been a prime member since 2018 up till now. I recently cancelled do to how long it takes to get what we pay for. We pay for Prime, why does it take over 4-7 days (if it shows at all)to receive our packages. I will never understand. I'm so tired of hear " I'm sorry" from customer service with no better outcome on the next order. Mind you, the picture I posted with this was suppose to arrive on the 24th

Amazon is one of if not the best site to shop on! It has everything you could ever want and think of and then has other things you would never think of and most of it is very affordable. I've had an Amazon account for as long as i can remember and dont plan on getting rid of it anytime soon, if that tells you anything! Go there and shop now!

Tip for consumers:
Can ask questions directly on Amazon as well and will be answered by someone who has already purchased the item in question.or just ask general questions to get suggestions from people who have bought items your questions are about

Should have stuck with books. PRIME no longer means anything. Deliveries at 10pm? Almost never on time anymore. Customer service terrible. All blame on sellers, as if Amazon cannot hold its sellers to higher standards. A ton of junk from China. Far too much packaging and much of it frustrating and bad for the environment. Search function? Worst on the planet. Stop serving me what YOU want me to buy. Within 2 minutes, I'm out and buying elsewhere. You have become just one of thousands of of other options. I use Amazon less & less. If I do stumble on something, I often leave the site and buy directly from the seller. You've lost your edge.

Simply, how could anyone not like Amazon? This is absolutely one of the best online retailers that you can visit.
Huge product selection... great pricing... fast, free 2 day shipping (Amazon Prime... plus you get movies), great customer service (only had to use once in hundreds of orders...), etc.
There may be sites as good as Amazon, but there are certainly none better!

99% of all the orders I've had on Amazon were perfect with no issues. However, beware that Amazon may complete your order with an invalid payment method and then send your bill to a collections agency. I don't know if they still do this, but it has happened to me in the past.

Man I love this site! Great prices, excellent return policy, first quality goods!
It has been very easy to navigate and offers almost an unlimited array of products. My past concerns have always been addressed with the utmost professionalism and courtesy.

Ok, recently started doing some online shopping. Many have been raving about Amazon, so finally gave it a shot. So far, placed a few orders and everything has been perfect. Quick delivery, products same as presented on their website, no complaints here.

Amazon is hands down the best shopping experience ever! I've bought clothing, pet food, gifts, household supplies, electronics, books, dvds, and even food from amazon. My only wish is that everything was either "prime" eligible or eligible for free shipping with a $35+ order. I definitely recommend amazon.com to everyone.

There is nothing much to say. They are best online dealer in USA. I might have ordered 100+ items from amazon. Even if it is a one dollar item or 1000 dollars, they never let me down. The most reliable website for everyday shopping.

Amazon has some good prices but not necessarily the lowest on the web. Be VERY careful when ordering third party items from them as the shipping charges often make up the difference in any lower price they may offer. However they DO sell just about anything =)

I LOVE Amazon!
Have spent 1000's of dollars there.
There is no better place on the web.
If you need it, they have it, and not at the high prices you expect from "have it" places.
Have only gotten bad stuff once. A Chinese seller who did make good after a little prodding.
So much easier than driving all over town for hard to find items.

Tip for consumers:
If you have a choice, go for the one Amazon ships them self.

Love it, love shopping there, intuitive, easy to browse, superior functionality, smart website
The way a shopping site should work, no problems with returns but sometime you may lose some money on shipping something back an item you ordered but dont want.
Also their packaging improved and its much less wasteful

I'm really an Amazon person. From personal stuffs to the ones rarely needed or used, I usually go and see if Amazon carries them. Had some disappointing items there but overall this site is beyond amazing.

Been an Amazon Prime Member since they started the program. My first stop for all purchases online (and I do as little brick & mortar shopping possible.) Pricing is generally competitive and many times below total cost (item+tax+shipping) of other sites. I've become spoiled by 2 day shipping - few sites offer comparable total value.

I order frequently using Amazon Prime and the speed of fulfillment is impressive. Whatever I'm looking for they likely have and at a good price. Further anytime I've had an issue with fit or quality Amazon has addressed it to my complete satisfaction in a timely manner.

Really love the Amazon prime where it is able to ship in 2 days for just about anything. (or so.) They also have a very good support system with their live chat representatives! Love their product link ads and banners and etc.

They either process your returns too quickly, or not at all. I have done lots of shopping on Amazon - it's an easy go-to place for birthdays, holidays, special occasions, etc. However, I have noticed that they will issue a refund within minutes to hours after having it scanned at ups or usps or wherever. With a refund complete, I'll have thrown away the return receipt. Then, months later, they charge you again for an already returned item. I'm done with Amazon. They've made more than enough money off of me and in hindsight, I wish I had shopped elsewhere. Convenience comes with a price. Don't get sucked in.

Tip for consumers:
Better to shop in a physical store - at least you know exactly what you're getting before you buy it.

I purchased this dog collar through Amazon but it is available at other sites. Was pleasantly surprised. No plastic on this item it's all metal and heavy duty straps expandable from 10 in to close to 20 in. Well worth the money

Amazon never fails to impress. I returned a flawed tablet and they refunded my money within one hour of the UPS pick up. Items always arrive when they say, site is very user friendly and products extensive. My favorite online company.

I've been an Amazon shopper since 2002 and spend quite a bit there on everything from food to $1800 diamond earrings to a lawnmower and generator. I've purchased incredible bargains and some not so hot, but that was my choice since Amazon did not make the item! My customer service interactions have been fair to excellent, mostly quite good. You must remember and honor their 30 day return rule for easy and swift returns' refund. As long as any seller shown on Amazon's site is part of the Amazon guarantee program, they really will act on your behalf to correct the issue or provide a full refund which I was pleased to experience. They will refund or replace if food is expired or there is some other legitimate reason. Sadly they have really cut back on the Friday Gold box deals, but then now I don't impulse buy as much either. I visit there everyday and can find just about everything I need or at least a link to an external site.

Continue to take funds from my card. Impossible to cancel. They won't answer the phone which states 24/7. Anything with one month free trial is a scam if you give card details. Site Amazon audible Australia.

I often shop at smile.amazon.com (this site gives a percentage of your purchase to charity), but I've learned to always double check prices from Amazon vendors -- some of them try to rip you off. Any best sellers are usually great. And don't expect your package too quickly; in my experience -- especially during the holiday season -- packages can take twice as long to reach your home.

Of course I've ordered from Amazon lots o' times, but most recently had a great experience. Ordered wireless dog fence - paid $20 less than any other retailer was offering, even with a discount. Free shipping, arrived 2 days before scheduled - in time for us to install in a Saturday! What else can you ask for?
