Good afternoon, I want to leave a negative review for the company asos. I was a regular customer, once I ordered a hat that did not fit in size and I sent it back, I did not receive money for the hat. I wrote to the support service, no one answered my requests for a refund. A month ago I ordered summer sandals, they also did not fit, I returned them back, but also did not receive money for them. I contacted support, my messages were ignored. I do not recommend this store, with the return of money the situation is terrible.

Their courier partner in my country told me the tracking number does not exist. Agents I chat to online all have the same approach, I'm so sorry, I understand your frustration, yet none of them kept to their word! They are taught to be empathetic, its actually annoying. Once the date passed where I was to receive my order, yet nothing arrived, they asked me to rate my item, I explained what had happened and my review was rejected. Four months later after speaking from agent to agent I finally got my refund. Will definitely not purchase from this site again.

I ordered from Canada and there was no information or hint at all regarding potential sales tax or duties. I had to pay 252 CAD at the post office. When claiming this they simply say it is not there tax and they don't see the need to tell Canadian customers about his. I feel completely deceived
Bought a pair of sandals for my graduation. They arrived used. No communication by ASOS and they refused to publish my feedback after numerous emails from them asking about my experience!

I put an order in on a Thursday, delivery said it should be at my place on Monday. I wait a week after the expected delivery and follow-up with their support team. They said something is wrong and they have to escalate it to a specialist. I never hear back and I keep following up and all I get is that they can not tell me what is wrong and that a specialist needs to look into this and they will get back to me when they hear back. Then when I have to follow up again a week later they say that they need to get IT involved. I was like IT? Isn't that an internal function not client-facing? Did you mean engineering? Again nobody could tell me anything and they said that they would not escalate to a manager because the manager would tell me the same thing. I follow up twice a week and get the same response back for 5 weeks for them to tell me sorry we canceled your order have a good day. I was like what happened? Why did it take you 5 weeks to tell me nothing? They are idiots, running a well-oiled support org is not rocket science ( I run one myself). They are do not care about customer service, and to be frank are complete idiots, all of them, every last one.
Asos canceled my order, after being charged, twice without any justification or apology. I've been waiting for orders for 2 weeks. He said that the COD was a Canada Post charge, but when I looked at the Canada Post website it says, "Collect on Delivery (or cash on delivery) is a Canada Post service. It allows the sender to collect up to $5,000 from the person receiving a delivery. You can use it on shipments sent within Canada. We collect the payment on behalf of the sender before handing over the parcel, and send it securely to the shipper." I sent this information to the agent as well, and they said, "Putting myself into your situation makes me understand and feel as you do. However, as much as I'd love to provide you an immediate resolution, I'm bounded by our process and this is all the best that I can do for you at the moment." I will never purchase from them again.

I was given a gift card to shop at ASOS. Their system would not allow me to use my gift card, even when it was redeemed on my a coj t. I spent hours and tried to work with support over many days and they just wasted my time and made excuses. After purchasing from them and asking for the gift card amount to be deducted and used as a solution, they would not. I then asked for a refund as I didn't want to order with them then. They refused and have effectively scammed me. It's amazing how such a big company can get away with scamming these days. Do not shop with ASOS!

I don't know where you buy from, but I live in Italy and it doesn't take more than 4-5 working days for them to deliver the package. If you're concerned about the quality, well, it's not really top-notch, but considering the price it's really good (you can't expect Max Mara quality from a shirt you paid 20 euros). As for the fit be careful because those are UK sizes and they are definitely NOT vanity sizing! Meaning: when you read "model pictured wears UK 8" you may think "they're lying, she's clearly a 6" but they're actually not in most cases. I have a body similar to that of most of their models, I ordered size 6 twice and it was a tiny bit small. So size accordingly. All in all I trust them and I like their product. Perfect low-cost site to shop from online.

I also purchased things by topshop and free people on this site. Asos has its own brand but sells others. Returns are effortless so I don't know why so many people are complaining. I have very high standards and they haven't let me down yet.
