As a woman with a larger bra size, I was really (naïvely) excited by the fact that ASOS claims to sell lingerie in larger than average sizes. I ordered a 30FF bra that is now sold out (am very true to that size), but when it came and I tried it on, it was more like a 28B. Have no idea how they can be so off, but anyways! Will definitely be returning.
This place is amazing to shop! They have sooooo many choices, they are endless! They sell amazing brands for good prices and they ship everywhere. The shipping is not too pricey at all and its fast and effecent and they have great customer service! Their prices range from high to low but I guess it depends on the person. If you like high end expensive brands then I expect the price to be on the higher side, but if you love finding very very cute items for good prices. Expect that too :)
I purchased a dress, but received the wrong item. When I tried to return the item I was unable to print the return label because the item I purchased was on sale.so I printed a return label from a previous purchase, sent the item back with a not attached explaining the situation. When they sent me refund they shorted me on my money.
CANADIAN BUYERS BEWARE. ASOS hits you with shipping charges when you go to pick up your items from the Canada Post office, when the shipping should have been free, as advertised on their website! I believe in transparency in conducting business to form long term business with customers. If ASOS was not going to pay for shipping, they should have stated so on the order placement page. I've tried to contact them through customer service on their website and have not heard back. They don't even have an email address posted on their website for inquiries. I'm very disappointed in their business practice and will not be a returning customer.
I ordered a present for my boyfriend on February 23rd with Express Shipping. His birthday came and went, and his new jacket didn't. It is now MARCH 11th (Day 17 of my Express Shipping) and I still haven't received it. "Scheduled" to arrive on the 15th, but that day has changed multiple times. They are stealing people's money for faster shipping and claiming they can't do anything about delivery times. I will never ever shop here again! Seriously, STAY AWAY. The customer service representatives are total idiots.
I placed an order 2 weeks ago with a guarantee it would be delivered by Dec. 10th. My debit card was charged $44 however I never received a confirmation email on my order or a shipping email. I tried to contact the company but the chat isnt working and the email option just keeps resetting to the original page without allowing me to send an email. I have no way to contact the company to get my money back.
I ordered my homecoming dress from Asos and it was perfect! It wasn't too expensive and honestly it was the most unique and beautiful dress at the event. Asos isn't your typical women's fashion, it IS fashion. The sizing is more like H&M and I wish they had stores in the US so I could try things on in store because I'm sure there are things that just don't fit right when you try them on, just like H&M. You can find great deals if you look for them (outlet!) and there are things that you might not like when they come in, that's just how it is sometimes but Asos hasn't let me down and I do plan on ordering more. I love this site. My wishlist is over 400 items long. :)
My goodness, I met a group of EU liar, the customer service did not provide the delivery certificate, did not receive any goods for more than 40 days, send an email to them, every time is a reason, do not give me a refund, terrible British liar!
Ordered items via international shipping and they were delivered DAMP and MOULDY! I contacted ASOS customer services and after a week of messaging they keep giving me the same stock response and they keep getting my order number wrong even though I correct them on every email. They've refused acknowledge any of the issues i've raised and they have refused to escalate the issue even though I asked on 2 separate occasions. Atrocious customer service.
I have ordered an item from ASOS and the estimated delivery time was 4/12/2019.
Not only that the item didn't shipped to my country they let me handle with the customs service of UK and they didn't give me any answer and after 3 weeks they told me that delivery has sent back to ASOS because of a technical problem. And they didn't even thought about confessions

If you need to return anything to this BS company, save yourself some time and aggravation, and sell it on eBay or literally anywhere else. They keep blaming UPS, and offered to let me ship INTERNATIONALLY through the post office on my own dime. Never ordering from them again. Unfortunately, I would have really liked the shoes I ordered, but didn't think they were in US sizes, so they're not the right size.
Return was shipped 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting on refund. After messaging ASOS they finally processed the return but state it'll be 10 days for it to reach my account.
Ridiculous.
My next day order on asos is still not here two days later. I needed this stuff urgently - the customer service is absolutely useless. No help given, they've just tried to pacify me.
I was suppose to receive my shoes a week ago.they were stuck in one UPS facility for 9 days and then have been moved from USPS facility daily.I called twice.the first time I was told to call back in 2 days if I didnt receive the shoes and I would either be refunded my money or new shoes would be sent. "Magically " thr shoes that were stuck for 9 days leave UPS and move to USPS…so on the second call I was told I had to wait another 7 days before they would do anything…poor customer service.
The customer service is absolutely unbeliavable. My package is late and they are not even making an effort to investigate what happened to it. They have provided me with a new delivery date (I am pretty sure this was done without even contacting the delivery company) and basically told me to wait for another 10 days, as they cannot do anything about it and they are not responsible for 3rd parties. There was no explanation behind it and no desire to help at all.
It is quite fascinating that in the era of Customer Experience, ASOS has not learned that they are responsible for the end to end journey of their customers and should take responsability even for the 3rd parties that they are contracting with. If a delivery is late, will reflect bad on ASOS and not on the delivery company.
Will never order from them again, as the level of reliability is ZERO.
I hadnt ordered from Asos for over 2 years and I recently put in an order march 2nd That was a very big mistake. It's now April 28th and I still dont have my order. I've contacted customer service countless times and noone is willing to actually help I've been given the run around so many times and all I want is a damned refund. I'm SO sick of dealing with these people. They are scammers. You cant even track the packages. I was told to wait until april 16th which I did and now its April 28th with still nothing resolved. I've emailed them so many times as well as messenger on facebook. No reply now for days. I'm putting in a dispute as I'm sick of waiting. This is by far the worst customer service from any company I've ever dealt with. I absolutely will never shop with them again. Total joke!
Placed an order on the 2nd August, items were due to arrive by the 20th August. Received an email on the 19th August stating the items were out of stock and I would be receiving a full refund. It took the company a day before the items were due to arrive to notify me of this? Plus I now have a very unhappy daughter, being let down by the whole situation. Definitely take our custom elsewhere!

Rudely costumer care is trying to convince me how they did with no proof whatsoever, never answering to emails and when u get to chat with them, they tell you how they will inform there refund specialist and get back to you! Refund "specialist "then reply to you after 2 extra weeks, with no explanation just again saying how they refunded me and i don't have the money on my account! I have a mobile app on which I'm able to follow up every single transaction, i also made a screenshot from the dates they are claiming to have refunded me, but no response to emails from them at all!
All I'm doing already 3d month now is chasing them in the circles they are the worst website ever!
If you apriciate money you earn don't order from here!

I love this site. But there's one thing that is totally negative; I live in Saudi Arabia and when I ordered my package (July 12th) I marked it as standard shipping, up until this day I have NOT received my package! I've contacted them and after some back and forth emails they apologized and sent out another shipment with the same items (minus one because it was out of stock) with no additional payments, and THAT shipment too didn't arrive yet.
I have learned that when I order from asos with direct shipment to SA I should choose "Express" shipping method and you will receive your package within two weeks max. But it's too late now.

Answer: Look, as I wrote here I shopped with them many times and I was never disappointed. I don't know where you buy from, but I live in Italy and it doesn't take more than 4-5 working days for them to deliver the package. If you're concerned about the quality, well, it's not really top-notch, but considering the price it's really good (you can't expect Max Mara quality from a shirt you paid 20 euros). As for the fit be careful because those are UK sizes and they are definitely NOT vanity sizing! Meaning: when you read "model pictured wears UK 8" you may think "they're lying, she's clearly a 6" but they're actually not in most cases. I have a body similar to that of most of their models, I ordered size 6 twice and it was a tiny bit small. So size accordingly. All in all I trust them and I like their product. Perfect low-cost site to shop from online.

Answer: You have to be a careful shopper. Check the fabric content! I just purchased Is 4 pairs of cargo pants. Same style, different colors. They are 100% cotton and excellent quality. I also purchased things by topshop and free people on this site. Asos has its own brand but sells others. Returns are effortless so I don't know why so many people are complaining. I have very high standards and they haven't let me down yet.
