Extremely poor, so disappointed I was ASOS customers for years but they become so bad lately.
I have bought £300 worth of gifts and the delivery man have never turned up, ASOS told me it was sent back as confirmed to ASOS form DHL and I have to wait for 2 weeks for my money. Now I have no money to buy gifts for my family before I travel and I have no gifts. The online chat girls "LAURA" chat ref. *******- could and would NOT do anything to help, could not speak to a manager who might have more power, could not raise a complaint and I was not even allowed to get my prime service fees which are only £9,99 refunded. In the end, she closed chat on me. WOOOOW.
DO NOT use ASOS, switch to Chi Chi or Very.com.
Not only receiving such an awful service but the way they treat you as a loyal customer who spent ££££ in the past few years is disgusting.
I can't believe I am writing such a bad review about a website I've loved so much over the years but OH MY GOD WHAT IS HAPPENING! I made 2 different orders with more than 250$ almost a month ago and NONE have arrived! Whenever I contact them they keep telling me to wait more. WAIT TILL WHEN? Am I supposed to get my stuff after I actually need them? I ordered stuff for my honeymoon which I'm supposed to be leaving for very soon and I still didn't receive them! Very disappointed!
Wish I had never heard of ASOS, firstly after contacting customer service regarding sizing and being told I had ordered the correct size on their recommendations the item arrived and surprise surprise was way to small, after returning the item I'm now told in will have to wait 3 months for my refund, which I'm told by ASOS is the standard procedure for them. I'm so not happy with the customer service and will now never use this company again, poor form ASOS
I ordered a dress from ASOS in July of 2023. I carefully reviewed their returns policy because I was buying multiple dresses, choosing the ones that fit/I liked, and returning the rest. The policy states that as long as the item is not marked "final sale," the item may be returned with a full refund. The items are not labeled final sale until checkout. When reviewing your cart, the items are not labeled as final sale. It is not possible to differentiate between sale and final sale items until you click checkout. This is very easy to miss, and misleading to customers. When on the page with the item listing, even if the item is listed as final sale, underneath the item it reads "free returns and free delivery." None of their items are listed as final sale, which is also very misleading to the customers. I contacted the company via chat, was not satisfied with my response, and followed up by contacting the company via email. I have not received any contact from the support team following the email.
I have been a HUGE ASOS supporter in the past, especially during my college days. But over the timeframe of Covid-19, the customer service is HORRIBLE. I made a mistake a used an old old old address to order a coat. Once I realized the mistake I reached out to ASOS customer chat and I was told it was too late to refund and that I only had 60 mins from the time of order to cancel. I did that and was still told I couldn't cancel. I then was told to go to the location and just knock on the door. 1 its covid!, so that's a no 2. I'm a single female what do I look like knocking on a random door in NYC looking for a package. I'm just appalled but the lack of concern for anything but the dollar Asos makes off buyers.
These $#*!ing idiots shipped me the wrong size and expect me to ship back to them for a refund and lose out of pocket $70 for shipping and taxes! Horrible company. Incompetent! Not trustworthy
Stupidest website. Don't say it is free shipping when we have to pay more than $100 for customs.
Worst EXPERIENCE ever. I don't want to give even a star
I can honestly say I WILL NEVER USE ASOS AGAIN. I have NEVER been more disappointed in a company in my life, with horrible customer service. We live in a generation where online shopping is easy, yet asos goes out of its way to make it the worst experience of your life. With my order getting shipped to the wrong address after I tried to get a hold of asos countless times to change the address I have had no feedback, and now my order is being shipped back without any communication with me, the buyer. I dropped $50 on these pants and now they are going to take them back without even notifying me, hoping to keep my money. I was on hold on an international phone call for 45 minutes which cost me over $30 plus my lost $50 pants which has now concluded that asos has cost me over $70 with absolutely no return. I can honestly say I will NEVER use this company again, and will tell every person I know and friend to do the same.
Purchased a sweater w/ guaranteed delivery before Christmas, this was their response, I am still cracking up over this. They told me they looked into my order & it has left the UK & is on it's way to the US for delivery BUT once it leaves the UK it's out of their hands.
Asos is a great site, i ordered $150 worth of clothes and got free express shipping and it came within 3 days! The clothes are great quality and im very happy with my order!

I love their cloths but sadly I would never order from them again, the made I mistake when I order i suit for a wedding and when I contact them customer services was terrible and they didn't wanna do anything to fix the problem, Im really sad because I really like the cloths but the need to fix their customer service and get better at fixing clients problems when they're the once that made the mistake
Usually great, although recently I ordered something - didn't get it. Took them 40 days to tell me that it wasn't in stock then another 2 weeks for a refund. Nearly 60 days wasted... thanks...
I bought 5 items from South Africa and had to pay R1000 for custom duties, it's way too expensive. The quality of the clothes I'm happy with, but duty charges stopped me from buying again
Horrible customer service! They won't respond to emails if something goes wrong and they will most likely NOT give you your money back.
I don't recommend taking the risky of shopping here tbh.

Reading the posts on the ASOS Facebook page (that being the official way to communicate with the Customer Services - no really!) I see I am just one of many 100's having their Christmases ruined. I have been waiting two weeks for delivery of a massive order of Christmas gifts and it still hasn't arrived. Delivery has been pushed back by them again and again without any notice, emails and facebook messages go unanswered. Its my THIRD order in the last month to be either delayed or simply just never turn up.
ASOS are currently unable to cope with orders, I have been a regular customer of theirs for years and years, so it pains me to say this, but AVOID AT ALL COSTS #asosREVOLT
I LOVE my items from ASOS. A girlfriend told me about it about five years ago now, and from season to seaon I would look at it but never pulled the trigger - until a few weeks ago.
- Be patient - shipping takes a couple of weeks
- Expect customs - great style and overseas online prices is not without its import costs
- Chose carefully - look closely at pictures to make sure the fabric and fit is what you're looking for
- Check your size - have a tape measure handy and research UK vs US sizing carefully
ASOS has trendy quality pieces for competitive online prices, you won't find anything this price style and quality in store. LOVE and will definitely be back for more
Pay attention if your purchasing above 55$ and your delivery is "free". Tha shiping company will contact you and tell you that you need to pay additional charges (expansive ones!), just because they need to take your order from Asos! This is outrages! And if you don't pay, the package sent back to Asos and the refund takes a lot of time! NEVER BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN!

Answer: Look, as I wrote here I shopped with them many times and I was never disappointed. I don't know where you buy from, but I live in Italy and it doesn't take more than 4-5 working days for them to deliver the package. If you're concerned about the quality, well, it's not really top-notch, but considering the price it's really good (you can't expect Max Mara quality from a shirt you paid 20 euros). As for the fit be careful because those are UK sizes and they are definitely NOT vanity sizing! Meaning: when you read "model pictured wears UK 8" you may think "they're lying, she's clearly a 6" but they're actually not in most cases. I have a body similar to that of most of their models, I ordered size 6 twice and it was a tiny bit small. So size accordingly. All in all I trust them and I like their product. Perfect low-cost site to shop from online.

Answer: You have to be a careful shopper. Check the fabric content! I just purchased Is 4 pairs of cargo pants. Same style, different colors. They are 100% cotton and excellent quality. I also purchased things by topshop and free people on this site. Asos has its own brand but sells others. Returns are effortless so I don't know why so many people are complaining. I have very high standards and they haven't let me down yet.
