I was recommended to find my birthday dress on this site. Found the perfect 2, ordered it, paid for expedited shipping so it would make it in time for my flight. The next day at 6pm I received an email saying my order was cancelled, I was blocked from using my app, and they needed my personal info (identification, bank statement with address, and my card number with the last 4 digits showing, etc.) I sent all requested info. The customer service is non existent. I used the customer service chat the rep told me I'd receive a call the next day. Even though I expressed the urgency, I still didn't receive a call. I emailed customer service, expressed urgency and asked how long the process was, they completely ignored my question and basically to me to wait. Still no call. I had to use a friend's account to order! It has been over a week! Customer service still hasn't contacted me and I'm still blocked out of my app. Who did I send my personal info to?!
It's ironic how ASOS.com can still send me hella emails to buy but I can't place any orders!
DO NOT order from this company. ASOS has HORRIBLE, correction, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They ship wrong sizes, do not honor discounts or promotions, have horrible return process, inferior products, they take your money and run. They do not have a phone number, they only allow e-mail "portal" correspondence that they ignore or respond that the request is closed without doing anything. AVOID this company and warn everyone you know.
I placed an order over a month ago. No tracking number included and when I contacted them and asked for a refund they just kept on telling me that a team will look into in and get back to me... it's been over a month and still no response. THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU. THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST I'VE EVER BOUGHT FROM. AND YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR MONEY AGAIN. TOTAL THIEVES.

I bought north face jackets through them why I bothered it would have been so much easier to go straight to north face when it came to returning the item asos customer service don't know what the hell they are doing one sent me a evri returns label to go back to Asos I though was odd because it says it has to go back to North face so I go back online waited another 45 mins they then gave me one girl changed it to another girl before they gave me a bloke who then said they can't give me any label as I have to wait for an email it's been a joke unless you wanna give your self a stroke go directly to who you want to buy from these clowns never want to refund you the list of partners don't even include north face they tell you to contact customer services who don't know their arse from there elbow I know more and I've never worked for them
I used to frequently order from ASOS, always convincing myself that the next order will be good. It never is - It's always taken longer than 2 months to receive a package that I PAID shipping for. On my most recent order, they gave me the wrong size and had the audacity to tell me to pay the return shipping cost ($25 CAD) to fix THEIR mistake.
I ordered a modalu shoulder bag from the ASOS.com site on 8/19/2014. I got an email from ASOS with the order details and estimated delivery date which they said would be on or before 9/9/2014. That date arrives and no item so I send them an email and a message on their ASOS facebook page. Two ASOS customer agents reply and one informs me to wait till 9/17, another on 9/23. By 9/22 I wrote to the ASOS FB page again and said still no bag. An ASOS customer agent messaged me today (9/23) that the item would be classified as 'lost' given the amount of time that passed. I already visited my local post office numerous times to follow-up the 'package', what a waste of time and gasoline. I have to wonder if they ever even sent it since they don't provide a tracking number. Certainly not a trustworthy site and lots of people complaining about them. I advise not to order anything from ASOS.com.
Just an update. I was refunded back the amount I paid for the bag I ordered. However, a few days later I received notice from the post office that my package had arrived. My review of ASOS.com will go back a little, however, the package arrived in the Philippines on 9/12 and traveled to my city on 9/15, so a week late from their specified delivery date.
I ordered a prom dress from asos. I got it in 2 days and was so excited! When it got here it was the wrong dress! It looked nothing like the original dress i ordered! We looked for a phone number everywhere and they don't have one. I emailed them and they said they would get back with me within 48 hours. It was over 2 days before they got back with me. They said that the dress i ordered was out of stock and they couldn't do anything about it! Where did the dress go that i had ordered because it wasn't out of stock when i bought it! Was it already out of stock so they just sent the wrong dress hoping i wouldn't notice?! I am not happy and definitely will not be ordering from asos ever again!
For the first time, i went online on asos and decided to purchase 4 pairs of shoes for my husband as a birthday gift. After the transaction went through and i received a confirmation letter stating it was on his way, i received another email that my order was cancelled. They cancelled my order because they could not verify my credit card information. They wanted me to send in a copy of ID or passport, billing statement with my credit card information and a different letter with my billing address. They wanted me to send those infos over email. Why would i do that when there is so much scams and email hacking? I talked to them and they respond that this will only be fixed if i provide those documents. I shopped always online with the same card and never had this problem. For a first time shopper with them, this was very disappointing and horrible experience. Btw my purchase order was only $284.0 so it is not like it is a large amount whereas you can think it is a fraud. But again, this place and service sucks! HORRIBLE!
Great products. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was condescended to. I was never able to talk with one sales rep. Instead I was bounced around to 8 different people VIA EMAIL. There is no line to call or direct email. The PROMO CODE the gave me never worked. They won't reimburse me for my inconvenience.
I ordered a dress by Asos and was sent a wrong item which I returned. They didn't send me my money back for this wrong item even though they had received my parcel and had sent the return amount for the other dress I returned in the same package. Since I was not so smart to keep the receipt, I am not able to get my money back which sucks! They really take advantage! KEEP YOUR RECEIPT until you get your money back for your returned item!
I ordered a dress from ASOS on 6/29 and I got an email that day stating the merchandise shipped and it was guaranteed 4 day delivery. When you click the tracking info on the email, it only tells you that the mdse left the warehouse and "will be with you soon" no tracking # or anything else. When the merchandise did not arrive by 7/5, I sent an email inquiring about the status and NO RESPONSE. There is also no phone # to reach them. I then placed an inquiry online stating my package hadn't been delivered and it showed it should've been delivered by 7/6 and if it didnt, to please submit a complaint and they would respond RIGHT AWAY. Again, No response. Submitted another inquiry on 7/7, no response. So now it has been 3 emails IGNORED. What kind of business is this? I'm disputing the charge and never shopping with this website again. What kind of site doesn't have a phone # and ignores your emails?
It's been a month and have not receive my items or a refund. Horrible customer service! I have contacted 5 times and every time they keep telling me they are busy and need another 7 days to investigate and a couple times I got hung up! This place is a Scam Business. I ordered some shoes and the total qualified me for FREE 2 day shipping... didn't happen was told I didn't click the option... that option wasn't FREE... I got pop - ups telling me if I went over 140 the shipping was2 day and free... spoke to customer service and was told that this was my fault... WE ARE SO DONE!
WORST WEBSITE EVER! There clothes are terribly cheap and when i returned the items in the mail I NEVER GOT BACK MY MONEY! And there customer service is TERRIBLE! This has been 4 months of me trying to get my money back and wasting over $50 so far calling over seas... i just gave up!
So I purchased sneakers new balance 9060 on their website. First thing I noticed before I even opened the package is that shoes were out of the box. When I opened the package I found a box completely damaged and shoes I received were completely different from what I purchased from you. I received new balance model ct302, this is ridiculous. I inspected the box and saw 2 barcodes sticked to one side - one is for ct302 and another one for 9060. So guys probably did a mistake. ALSO. I think that shoes I received are actually FAKE. They smell like a glue and rubber. Take a look at the pictures and NEVER EVER ORDER from them.

Owning a business where customer service counts, and after now reading COUNTLESS reviews stating similar frustrated customer experiences, I don't understand how they are still in business.

I buy products from ASOS. Com and have been really satisfied on my purchases, they tend to carry a good amount of sizes and are very comfortable as I buy usually XL Long, or XXL Long as I am a nice size guy with a football players build. I have to say the items I have purchased was very well packaged, and very nice quality and material would definitely buy from again -
I have been trying to get my order ($300) for a month and half now. I HAVE NO SINGLE ANSWER FROM THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am based in CANADA and made the worst mistake trusting their website. They are nothing but scammers! I still dont know how to get my money back!

Answer: Look, as I wrote here I shopped with them many times and I was never disappointed. I don't know where you buy from, but I live in Italy and it doesn't take more than 4-5 working days for them to deliver the package. If you're concerned about the quality, well, it's not really top-notch, but considering the price it's really good (you can't expect Max Mara quality from a shirt you paid 20 euros). As for the fit be careful because those are UK sizes and they are definitely NOT vanity sizing! Meaning: when you read "model pictured wears UK 8" you may think "they're lying, she's clearly a 6" but they're actually not in most cases. I have a body similar to that of most of their models, I ordered size 6 twice and it was a tiny bit small. So size accordingly. All in all I trust them and I like their product. Perfect low-cost site to shop from online.

Answer: You have to be a careful shopper. Check the fabric content! I just purchased Is 4 pairs of cargo pants. Same style, different colors. They are 100% cotton and excellent quality. I also purchased things by topshop and free people on this site. Asos has its own brand but sells others. Returns are effortless so I don't know why so many people are complaining. I have very high standards and they haven't let me down yet.
