WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
November 23, 2020

The context was I bought that items and waited for delivery for weeks. The deliveries were delayed again and again and I had to wait for so long for the items. The customer service provider was really disappointing because not only I did not get my items in the end, my items were returned without my knowledge. There was no further update after 12 November on the delivery status of my items. I had to reach out on my own to your customer service to find out what is the status of my items. I was then told to contact the delivery service man in Singapore on my own without any help from your customer service. Furthermore the information provided on the live chat and Facebook messenger a completely different and not updated real time. I was frustrated because I was told that I will be refunded and I had to wait for another 21 days after having one hour inefficient live chat with customer service? WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, NEVER COME BACK.

Horrible!

Horrible! I used to order from them, their sizing is completely messed up and off, whenever I order something my exact size, it's always too big or too small when it's from ASOS. I just recently got an extremely expensive sweater, it says it's been delivered but I never received it! So I log on and try to contact them only to see that they have absolutely no email or phone number or any way to contact them. I go on my Paypal account and see an email so I email them, only to shortly get an email that said it was sent to their trash and will not be replied to. Absolutely horrible service. So then I log on to my ASOS account and try to contact them there, but there's barely any options and you have to click on the order you are emailing them about. So I look for my order- and it's not there! It was no where to be found. They took my money quickly and said it was delivered when it obviously never was. Horrible customer care/service and not that great of a store to begin with. I've paid a lot of money and I deserve to speak with someone about my order! Ridiculous. They call themselves professional but there service is a joke. Do not order from them!

I paid 15 euros for a yearly premium delivery, which I think is great if you think about making more than one purchase. I made my order from France and the first time I bought on their website the item arrived within 4 days with DHL, while the second time the package arrived within 3 days with UPS!

I still have not received a refund for items I returned three weeks ago (order no. ***********) worth over £120.

I have contacted Asos customer care four times about this and each time I have been assured the refund is being processed / I will receive a refund confirmation letter within 24hrs / my case has been referred to the specialist team to investigate, and yet still nothing! And noone from the specialist team has been in touch. Their customer service is atrocious. This company lies through their teeth and does not value its customers in the slightest.

They will say anything to look like they understand how you are feeling and pretend they are resolving your issue just to get you to leave the chat. Like other reviewers here, I have been an extremely loyal asos customer for many years and am bitterly disappointed with the way I have been treated. I am also heavily pregnant with the baby due any day now and should not have to deal with this level of stress over something as simple as as a refund.

They really do not care about their customers and are very happy to rob them of their money. They should be ashamed of themselves - thieves and liars.

Great Experience- US
February 22, 2016

Well I found a dress for my 30th birthday party and I was ecstatic about it. It was the Boohoo Sequin Paneled Body-Conscious Dress. AFTER I ordered it I read all these mixed reviews of ASOS and not receiving the product or the size was incorrect. Needless to say, my experience was nothing like that. It was AMAZING! My dress came within 4 days and I was pleasantly surprised. The material was in great and it was sequins. I received sooo many compliments and I felt great in it. It was true to size. I wore an 8. I had to do a review just so people would know since there was so many reviews.

I ordered something on June 23,2020 and expected to arrive June 30,2020, didn't arrive on date and was pushed until July 2,2020. I live in a apartment complex but each apartment is separated and lettered A-Z & not only did they input my address wrong, the company that shipped it delivered it to the wrong door with NO proof! So I proceed to call the shipping company where I found out what happened, they told me to contact ASOS which I did and they told me to retrieve it from the wrong doorstep that it was delivered to. How can I retrieve an item when 1)no photo proof was taken upon delivery 2)if these neighbors would actually fess up and say they took it?! ASOS HANDLED THIS SO POORLY. The fact I reordered the same item in worry of my size selling out before a response is so frustrating. I just want a refund/or store credit at this point!

You are just cursed

I'm not sure what happened to all the folks here with bad experience about ASOS. I'm a first time user of ASOS and was skeptical of ordering from this website after reading all the reviews but I took a chance and ordered a pair of boots and 2 t-shirts. Logistically speaking, soon after I ordered a prompt email was sent to my account notifying of my order, 2 days later I was notified that the package had left GB and the best thing of all was the tracking # that was provided that I was able to track with UPS. The order showed up on my doorstep as promised with standard 4 day shipping. NO COMPLAINTS here and ASOS earned a loyal customer. I just think some people are cursed with bad luck and ASOS cannot be blamed for that... thanks

NEVER buy from ASOS
November 18, 2021

Due to COVID-19 I had no choice but to buy my wedding dress online.
Refund policy 21 days I returned 4 wedding dresses the next day or 2 to 3 days later. Plenty of time for a full refund. You must follow their return process. The dresses arrived months later due to the service they use Rebound. Tracking my packages it became clear it is impossible to get this refund as your package travels the country before getting to the destination. Out thousand dollars they stole. FAULSE ADVERTISING!
No international customer service number, no email, they they have live chat click on it nothing. Zero way to get any customer service.
STAY AWAY from ASOS
I buy tons online ASOS is the first company I have had any issues with. No one buy 6 wedding dresses with the intention of keeping them all

Four returned
ASOS is NOT a reputable company
They scammers
They are thief's
I would give them ZERO
If possible
STAY FAR AWAY FROM ASOS

Terrible Service

Ordered for Christmas Present for my sister on th Dec now Feb she still has not recieved it and ASOS won't give me my money back! They tell me someone is going to contact me and then they don't NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE! Worst service ever

I have been shopping with them with no hassles, until I ordered for wristwatches that never came, that's when they did not refund my money. Customer service keeps telling you stalling then later said they had transferred my money back, but there is still no refund in my account... its terrible. NEVER GOING BACK THERE!

Harsh returns policy

I've been a customer of ASOS for 12 years and have given them SOOO much money as it was the only place I used to shop when I was a teenager. I stopped shopping with them recently due to the quality of clothes and that there's way too much choice, even when you narrow it down, you see the same sorts of clothes on there. Anyway, I decided to recently shop on there again to give it another go. My mistake, I didn't know they had changed their returns policy. I wanted to return 3 of the 6 items I'd ordered but I was two days late. It just leaves a sour taste in your mouth when you've placed so many orders throughout the years and never caused any issues, to be told you can't return them at all, not even for a voucher instead. The clothes I got are low in stock as well, so they could easily sell them. It was my fault but I'm so upset that I now have this on my credit card to try and pay off. It's a cost of living crisis and online companies like this (where you buy more than you need so that you can try them on) should show some grace. I miscalculated the 28 days and thought I was fine.

I won't be shopping with them ever again. Yes, a policy is a policy but if you can go above and beyond for certain cases it would have made me be like "woah, they're AWESOME." They've changed their returns policy a bunch of times so it's hard to keep up! I'll stick to my trusty John Lewis now. RIP ASOS.

If your shipping orders to CAnada don't unless you wanna be charged heavy dutie/ tax prices I order 167$ worth and had to pay 95 dollars before ups was able to drop my order. Not worth it!

I recently order what was clearly marked as a sweat short SET! This company only sent the shorts & not the top. I contacted their customer chat service and the person I was chatting with stated that they also saw it as a set and requested the completion of my order. Note the chat person was very helpful. It was what happened afterwards that was shady. She also noted that their manager said the website administrator was going to "work on that page", but that I would recieve an email for the replacement piece. A few days later, I received another email stating that what I ordered was marked as "Part of a Set" rather than my replacement confirmation. They clearly waited until their web administrator updated the page to notify me of this. Fortunately, I had both my order page and web page saved showing it to be a "Set" and that the link they sent me was after they updated it. They clearly do not want to correctly fulfill my order that I paid for. This products page was modified after my chat & order complaint to "part of a set". You can clearly see it was originally shown as a "set".

Worst experience... i have order alot of stuff which was on sale on black friday... they told me your products will be deliver to you not more than 14days which was already too long but i didnt receive any email, message from asos team after waiting of almost 24days then i decided to contact them... i have contacted them online after waiting one hour in a queue... they told me your order was cancelled by asos... i told them you didn't gave me a single message about it... they literally said you can order again... what a great disrespect i got from asos... we used to buy alot of stuff from asos but now i strongly dislike the company because they dont give respect to their customers... i wish i can give zero star if you need proof email me: *******@rocketmail.com

The headline to my review is - They don't give a damn about one personel customer. Еhey use the fact that they have a volume of orders, and when there is 40 of a 100 delivery problems, that's ok for them, I'm pretty sure that this they business model, that include this risks in they marketing and economical strategy. That is why they support don't even tried to improve for so many years.
I ordered goods at the end of June, omitting details Pony Express made a mistake with my personnel ID's which cost me problems with Russian custom and regret from them to let the package in the country. Then Pony Express and Asos both began to accuse me and send, one to the store, one to the carrier. And now it's over a 4 month without goods and my money. The delivery lays at the Pony Express warehouse without movement from 29 aug. All permissible terms according to Russian laws and according to British ones are violated. Asos is a big company and I understand that fighting with them hardly possible. But I will telling the truth about them in any possible way. I just want all the current customers and especially potentional customers to think not twice but 10 times before having deal with Asos and Pony Express this couple is absolutely not client oriented. Еhey only need a scale, only a huge turnover.

I ordered a dress and at check out they said spend $30 more dollars and you can get two day shipping so I did and I proceeded to check out. Then I get emails of confirmation and tracking. I track my order and it doesn't really change much now it's at a "post office for final delivery" I went back to track and it's been posted a second time "post office for final delivery". I was supposed to have this within two days cause I spent well over $100 after seeing spend $30 more and get two day shipping. So I finally get intouch with their online chat representative and she is rude and keeps telling me you can track your order here and that I didn't put express in the code box. I told her over and over again I never got a code to put in or else I would have. I feel the check out system should have recognized me going back and spending over $30 more and done it automatically for two day shipping. I've asked this online representative if I could speak to someone she said she would take my phone number and have someone call me in 48 hours. I then asked how am do I know I'd be guaranteed to speak with someone and know that my number and info has been sent over to the person who would get in contact with me? She then ended the chat after I was not done asking questions so here I am with no dress for a wedding and my other items I bought. I spent $175 and received absolutely nothing and only seem to have a "FAKE" tracking number. So please do not spend your money with these people and know what you're getting yourself into if you do decide to order with them! This has been a nightmare and I've gotten NO help!

When I contacted them to resolve the issue, they blamed me for their mistake and failed to take any responsibility and took no effort to resolve the issue.

When I told them I would be contacting my credit card company to cancel the payment, the customer service representative they shut down the chat abruptly.

DO NOT SHOP AT ASOS. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
