I ordered a pair of trainers, simple order. The pair came back a completely different size advertised on the website.
I arranged a return as well as a new pair sent to me one size up with someone called Charlotte who CONFIRMED the size up order.
Having already wasted my time dealing with this and also not getting my purchase on time when needed, they send me a pair that was exactly the same size as the first. THE WRONG SIZE... Again, having to waste my time dealing with someone called Alice, who said she couldn't process a new pair for me to be sent next day because they still hadn't received the original WRONG ORDER. --- Alice advised me to order another PAIR? Then get a refund on it? Or wait until June 11 when they receive the original WRONG ORDER in the warehouse, so that I can get a new order processed. Which means I am going to... again have to deal with. I am exhausted and pretty much overwhelmed by the whole process and the "amazing" options given to me, like I have any other choice. What a waste of time, the product is not worth the headache.

I ordered some shoes i waited for it then it was delivered but i didnt recieved anything i contacted Asos (very bad customer service)
They say they wil investigate it
4 days later i get a email that the courier says it is delivered but if you dont got the package we can refund you
I message them with that i dont have the package the silly indian guy says to me in the chat yes i will refund you i ask for a confirmation email he says he cant do that and that it will come in 24 hours
Next day i ask again for confirmation email and the other college said "which refund" so i explain it and she refunds me
Again without CONFIRMATION EMAIL
Next day i wake up i see my account is blocked and everytime i go in that live chat they give me half anwsers i ask 3 qeustions they only anwser to 1 and with stupid replies like yeah the specialist team did it i dont know why?

I talk a bit more in depth about the products I purchased and my general experience using the ASOS website. Overall a really positive experience.
I made my very first order in November because they had a sale. I ordered black thigh high boots. When I looked closer I realized they were "slim fit" (all the thigh high boots I looked at under the same name looked exactly the same with the same model wearing them so I couldn't tell the difference.) Anyway, I tried getting in touch with customer service to let them know I'd like to change my order since It wouldn't be arriving until Mid Dec. They said I only had an hour after ordering to change my mind. (mind you, this isn't written anywhere on the website)I explained to them that It was my first time shopping and I did not get any notification that I only had an hour to change, and that I did not get a confirmation email. Why lock your customers in like that? Mistakes can be made and I think that if an order is an entire month away from delivery customers should have a longer time frame to change their orders. They refused to do anything about it. I had to wait a month for boots that I knew wouldn't fit to arrive. Then I had to pay $18 in duty fees + and extra $20 just to return the boots! I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.
This is honestly the worse company I have ever used in every aspect. I have made a few orders from them in the past, however I never had a positive experience and all I had was issues since purchase, delivery, to returns/refunds and customer service. It was so bad that at the time I even emailed the CEO and I never had a reply, so I just decided to stop using ASOS completely.
However, on Christmas someone gave me an ASOS gift card. I knew instantly I would have issues but as I had the card, I used it. Well, I had to place the order 3 times so it could go through as it kept failing due to ASOS system issues (it took me over 1 hour to place an order of 1 item). Then, the order never arrived (all I need to say is that the courier they use is Hermes and I guess the majority will understand). I tried to contact ASOS several times with no success. At this point, I have been waiting for over 1 month for my refund, and is just impossible to speak with ASOS. On the live chat the customer service advisors just do not reply to you (i have been over 20min waiting for a reply from Alyssa and others do not even connect). I have sent a complaint weeks ago regarding the whole issue along with other emails and messages to ASOS on facebook which I never had a response. I mean, everything is just terrible with ASOS and I NEVER had a positive experience with them. All they care is to take your money. Avoid if you can, I will definitely avoid this company and spread the word as quick as I can so people do not go through the same where there are other similar much better companies.
Refunded $50 of items and they took off ALL DISCOUNTS FROM THE WHOLE Order off from my refund. So essentially stole my money. And kept the items I returned. They're trash.
Why do I need to pay to exchange my items? Scam return policy, and I will never order from this site again!

I have been an Asos' customer for a quite a few years and I was very happy about it in the beginning. After the second year I got my first wrong order. I had ordered a dress to wear at a wedding party and I received my order with some other items but not that very wanted dress. After a lot of emails exchanged with customer care I ended up with no dress and a refund. And that's when it all began. I started having problems with my orders (an item was missing, a wrong shoe size, a wrong dress...). I still kept believing in Asos because I like their products until my last experience. I ordered two sandals size 8 and I received two sandals size 7. Once again, a very rookie mistake that could be easily avoided if they checked the order twice before sending it to the customer. Very disappointed I talked to customer care by e-mail. First I talked to this woman who was supposed to give me an answer about the size chart conversion. I waited for the answer and after a week I sent an email asking why she never contacted me back. I received an automatic e-mail from Asos saying that this customer care case was closed. So I had to talk to a different person and explain everything again. They admitted that it was their mistake but they couldn't fix it. So I had to send the sandals back by mail and never re-ordered new ones because I do not have time to deal with problems like this every time I order something online. It is an unpleasurable experience and one that I would like to avoid.
I told customer care that I was very disappointed with asos but they didn't really seem to care that they were loosing a customer so... (Plus, there is no phone number to call for Asos and sometimes you really want to speak to a person!)
No customer service no customer relations, unhelpful and all problems trying to move on others, unhelpful staff on chat, don't have a standards
I RECEIVED MULTIPLE ORDERS WITH THE WRONG SIZES, WRONG ITEMS AND SOMETIMES THEY FORGET ITEMS. I DON'T THINK I WILL EVER USE ASOS AGAIN FOR THIS REASON. HOWEVER, THEY DO HAVE GOOD QUALITY CLOTHING.

So disappointed with asos. I was about to send the item back about one month ago I received it. But when I brought it to the post office i couldnt send it back for free so I send it back on my own costs but not with a tracking nr. It would cost for me to much. Now I am waiting for an answer or my money but it's seems they act like i have to proof it. I am really angry first about the time I lost to get contact and answers from their costumers care team, then they lied it was about 45days ago but it wasn't. I was like ok I will send it back the normal way I have just an bill for the price it took from my land to them but no evidence so now they have my money and the jacket. And it's now about an month ago I sent it back. I was tree years buying from asos and it was not the first time I returned something back but this time it's ofiecly they changed rules how they work. Maybe it's all brexit fault so they give a $#*! about customers from other countries. Who knows,... Its all about the so Asos $#*! you. This is the worst experience I have ever had!
1) I ordered something total almost 500 dollars, not even after 12 hours, there was a sale for every item 20% off. I talked them online but they told me they could not price match it, and told the only way I could get the discount is to order the same items again, and when the first shipment arrive I could return it. Good luck I did not follow the instruction, as I was afraid that maybe I would end up paying shipping for return the order.
2) When UPS delivery guy got there I was not home, so they left a notice asking me to go to the UPS depot for pick up. I called them asking if they could deliver again next day, and they told me no, end up I had to drive more than 40 minutes to pick up the order and another 40 minutes to go home.
3) UPS charged $147.38 for this package for duty and handling, this is 31.5% of the total order price! Very expensive. Good luck I did not place another order! Otherwise I would end up paying this money for 2 orders.
4) The quality of the clothes is really bad, it not worth the money at all. Also the size is not correct. Information on the website says UK 10 is equal to US 6, but it's not true. UK 10 is US 4, so most of things I orders is to small.
5) I was going to return the items, end up ship them back will cost me $193.
Normally I will not give bad feedback. But this is really too much! I feel lucky as I did not follow the instruction to order 2nd order just for the 20% off, otherwise I will end up wasting thousand dollars.
I don't want to see the clothes anymore. There was one shirt, I paid over a hundred dollars, but it looks so cheap, the quality is really bad. I just put the whole package into a donation bin after dinner and this is the first and last time I order anything from ASOS!
ASOS delivered dress without tags and is clearly worn. Paid 18.00 at post office. Do no not purchase from this site!

Answer: Look, as I wrote here I shopped with them many times and I was never disappointed. I don't know where you buy from, but I live in Italy and it doesn't take more than 4-5 working days for them to deliver the package. If you're concerned about the quality, well, it's not really top-notch, but considering the price it's really good (you can't expect Max Mara quality from a shirt you paid 20 euros). As for the fit be careful because those are UK sizes and they are definitely NOT vanity sizing! Meaning: when you read "model pictured wears UK 8" you may think "they're lying, she's clearly a 6" but they're actually not in most cases. I have a body similar to that of most of their models, I ordered size 6 twice and it was a tiny bit small. So size accordingly. All in all I trust them and I like their product. Perfect low-cost site to shop from online.
Answer: Complain about Asos through the Retail Ombudsman, if more people complain about companies like Asos they will have no choice but to improve their service to their customers.

Answer: You have to be a careful shopper. Check the fabric content! I just purchased Is 4 pairs of cargo pants. Same style, different colors. They are 100% cotton and excellent quality. I also purchased things by topshop and free people on this site. Asos has its own brand but sells others. Returns are effortless so I don't know why so many people are complaining. I have very high standards and they haven't let me down yet.
