My phone was not delivered and when I called them to about the problem after that they said they will order new phone but they never ordered it and said to use another phone until the phone comes out but they kept on lying me everytime when I called and now it's already been 7 months and now they say they cannot do anything cuz it's already 7 months and the exchange time has been passed she was the store manager her name is Ashley of grand parrie store. Now I cannot trade in and I don't have the phone which I ordered they just lied me everytime they don't know how to work they just do one time business they make us in a trap now they are telling me to pay full amount of the phone which I didn't ordered they don't know how to talk to customers I am suffering from their mistake My bills are high and I am overpaying everytime I have 6 plan with wifi but they treated me as if I am using their service for free. They keep on adding lots of money without customer notice they are just a fraud.
Their customer support is quite frankly the worst I've ever dealt with specifically the fraud protection who try and get aggressive with you because you can't remember something right away this whole company needs to be dissolved
A Supervisor named Kenny proceeded to loud talk me and argue at me this evening over the phone. Very poor conduct, very disappointing behavior especially coming from a Supervisor

Received a bill for international day pass after having an international line on my account for over 6months, then received bill with international day pass of $10 per day with additional equipment charges that was paid off the month before one called customer service agent kept repeating herself and not getting anything done for an hour and 15 minutes then try to get me to a supervisor they put me on hold and never answered the worst customer service ever issue still not resolved. I will be moving to another courier

I was told if I turned in my old phone I would get a $1000 credit for the S23 Ultra. This was not the case at all. Theuly are charging me $33/ month til the $1200 phone is paid off. Total scam

I have 3 other services from ATT. Went in to get one wireless line. Found out I have cancer. I've had the wireless service about one month. Tried to cancel. Was told THE ONLY WAY I CAN GET OUT OF THE CONTRACT IS IF I DIE! To do THAT, SOMEONE would have to bring the phone AND a copy of my death certificate! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? No compassion, here! If I can't pay the bill, due to being off of work and losing pay, the service gets turned off and I get charged for the entire THREE YEARS AND cost of phone. While I'm going through surgeries and radiation. NICE. Now, do I pay for phone or rent?
My mom's bill went up because of fraud on her account that was set for auto debit. When we called and they told us that she was charged for a restoral fee. They said I can call back Once the billing cycles shows the charge and ask for that to be waved. We called back and spoke with the representative and was told they cannot honor waving the restoral charge because the previous operator did not document it properly. So the customer is faulted because the last operator did not document it properly. I know the calls are also recorded so that seems like just another lie. Please AT&T don't treat your customers like they're stupid.
I would give no stars. The man who set my boyfriend and my phone up when we switched, put my installment plan (i traded my phone in) on my boyfriends phone instead of mine. My boyfriend switched carriers because we dont get service at home with att, and now im completely screwed. They took my trade in, and because the idiot switched the installments to the wrong phone, im being charged full price for the phone (700 more dollars) just to keep my service! I dont have that juts laying around. Thank you att for stealing from me.
Worst company ever i cancel service with this people over 3 to 4 years ago and i pay everything off and now they're charging me over $1800 and they can't even validate my account when i call how I owe you guys money if I pay you back everything i owe and you can even validate my account every time i call you guys
Ordered my phone over the phone on installment plan. Was not offered next up. When I called about upgrading my phone now 24 months later. The person for AT&T on the phone said they don't have to offer it and probably forgot. So you will just have to pay off your phone if you want to upgrade. Not offering any resolution so the problem. Didn't care at all and pretty much said to bad to sad. This is the worst. I am a person that likes to upgrade and would have opted in right away. Thanks for making sure I move to a different company after this.
My Dad had this company for about 20+ years. He dies last year and I had a phone under his account. I contacted AT&T and explained the situation with my dad dieing. I told them I wanted to switch the account in my name and the $400 credit that was on his account. I told them I'd switch ONLY if they waived the money I owed on the phone I had, they agreed. 2 months later, I received a bill and explained that I had a 400 credit moved from my dad's account. They looked and seen that I was right, they made adjustments to my account. I was paying about 140 a month for one phone line! I cancelled my account and wanted the remainder of the 400 that was left after paying my bill, they screwed me over, kept the 400 and told me I owed them 1000 for my phone because I closed the account. I explained the Agreement, but to no avail. They just sent it to my credit report. DONT GET AT&T I WARNED YOU!
DO NOT GO WITH AT&T They are big time scammers, they take 2 hours to answer their phone or don't answer at all, their online chat is a joke, they only will speak to you if you want a new plan, and are very rude, every agent is completely stupid! They tell you one thing and lie! I accidently made a payment from my bank to them that was suppose to go to the company below, my bank said they would refund it in 2 days. At&t after 2 hours of holding, said I would receive a check in 3 days, a week later I called because no check, they then said oh you will get it by Thursday, 2 weeks later still nothing, called again on hold for hours. Then was told oh it will take 2 months to get that, stupid me I should have let my bank dispute it in 2 days. The agents are so incompetent there they all need fired. I quit their services 6 months ago because of this, and they raise their prices every month also. Go with google fiber. 9 years and they never raised a price.
The last 2 months my phone service has been horrible in fort collins Colorado I was told it was a bad tower and it would be restored on Aug 31 well that day came and still bad service the new date became sep 7 that day came still no service new date became sep 15 that day has come and still no service this bad service has caused me to miss a video call with my wife for our child's Ultra sound caused me to miss zoom calls for my college classes and now everyone I have talked to says there's nothing else they can do for me
When we were transferring our server to a different carrier, we needed AT&T to release port protection to retain our phone number. I contacted them seven times, and each call involved navigating through a lengthy menu before speaking to an actual person. On one occasion, I only heard background noise from the representative's end. After several minutes without clear communication, I had to hang up. Later, I discovered that the line had been placed under fraudulent protection, which took me 2 additional calls to solve the issue. All these people in the fraud protection who ask questions are with a strong accent.
I was (foolishly) roped into trading in my old phone for a "free" Samsung S21 during their Samsung promotion. After being assured that my phone would work for the trade-in, AT&T reigned back their offer and claimed my phone "didn't meet the requirements." Now I'm locked into a phone plan where I'm paying full price for the S21, and customer service refused to help. I feel scammed and cheated. They could have had a lifelong customer by simply living up to their terms of the trade-in deal. Instead, they've ensured that I will NEVER use AT&T again. Terrible, soulless company
They canceled my account even though I had money in my account and the live phone staff couldn't help me as told me to go into an AT&T store. I'm out of the country on business and can't resolve the problem until I'm physically back in the country. Sorry AT&T, you just lost a customer.
Please stay away from AT&T, they have the worse customer service, and they steal. I am going to get rid of them as fast as possible. They add charges to my account without my knowledge and one can spend hours trying to correct their mistake and inaccurate information. Plues they up the cost of my internet without notifying me to twice the amount.

Customer service is horrible, their service in general is horrible, and they don't offer anything I can't get at any other competitors store.
