AT&T has a rating of 1.2 stars from 2,434 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers complaining about AT&T most frequently mention customer service, new phone, and next day problems. AT&T ranks 245th among Internet Service Provider sites.
Very disappointing when finding that all rewards offered when activating Internet 300 service online are automatically switched to a bundled product that after 7 weeks has not yet arrived. They sent an email 2-3 days after service activation showing that you qualify for an "extra" reward but what they don't disclose is that if accept this "extra" reward, it automatically disqualifies you from the other rewards, close to $250. Just cheating to get you in because most probably you won't even receive the bundle. After 7 weeks waiting period, they just said that an extra 4 weeks are needed. Would it arrive? I think this is just an AT&T SCAM!
I switched from T-Mobile to AT&T recently. Terrible experience from the beginning! Customer service is non-existent! Wait time to speak to a rep was greater than an hour multiple times! Additionally, my bill contained duplicate charges.
We had to move my mother to an assisted living facility, so I call AT&T to cancel her internet and move her land-line. The first person I talked to said AT&T did not service her new address, and I would have to cancel her AT&T contract and sign up with Spectrum. I wish I had done that. I said I wanted to verify that with the facility she moved to, and hung up. When I called back, the person I spoke to said I had to transfer both the landline and the internet, and drop the internet afterwards, but I also had to call a different number and transferred me; I hung up after being on hold 58 minutes. When I called back, the third person said AT&T did service the new location but did not provide internet there (I had already said we wanted to drop the internet), but he would have to transfer me to a 'specialist'; eventually the specialist came on and introduced himself as 'Tony in Los Angeles'; when I explained what we wanted to do he said the LA office did not support North Carolina clients like myself but not to worry, they could handle it; back into another phone queue. One hour and 25 minutes after the string of transfers began, the line abruptly switched from hold music to a busy signal and then disconnected. And of course, none of the 4 representatives I talked to could actually DO anything except transfer me to another phone queue.
Meanwhile the recorded message kept saying go to AT&T.com to easily move service, but the website just listed a phone number to call. When you call in, they offer to text you a link to their move app, where you can easily move service; when you use the link, you get a text message that the server is down and they can't do any moves.
Stunningly incompetent service.

Att needs to do alot of work. To improve their service. They don't value their customers at all. When you complain they do not thing. To make it better. I refuse to use their chat service. You can call ten times. You make only get one agent. Who will half way help you. In the right way. They don't know what they're doing. Keep putting you on hold to do nothing. A waste if time they don't know how to get the information. For your account I always request a supervisor. Which they refuse to get one. They've hung up on me several times. I've been with att going on six years now. Does it matter not at all. Only thing that dies with them. Is when my bill is due. That they get their money. All they care about. Called the other day. To upgrade my phone. I was told to go into the store. Niw it says you can do it online. Set it to pick up at the store. Was I able to do it that way of course not why not. The agent didn't know how to do it. So of course I have to go into the store. To make sure it's done right. I've complained about their service for years. Has an acceptable rousultion been given. Not at all everything is still the same. Agents aren't well informed at all. Long as I've been a customer with them. You'd think they'd value that not at all. I get a better offer from other companies. Who want my business more then att. They will tell you one thing do another. I'd say record your calls with them. For your protection if you don't do that. You'll have a fight on your hands. Deal with them at your own risk. I do reviews to warn ppl. About bad service so they don't have to go through. All I have dealing with them. If you don't do your dugilengence. Then that's on you I've done my part. I always look for reviews. They matter make a difference for sure today. ATT doesn't care about it's long time customers. Which is very sad indeed. I recommend going elsewhere. Before dealing with them
Tip for consumers:
Go elsewhere not worth the hassle. You go through for simple service here. They don't care to improve. These issues have been improved at all. Even though I've made it well known. By complaining for years now. They ask then do nothing to make it better. Just want your money that's it. Don't care about the service they give to you. At all only when they start to lose money. From their pocket do they care. Then it's to late to do anything. Take the time acknowledge the complaints. When you can do

I live in the country (not even the country, I live about 2 miles out of my city). ATT is the only ISP out here and at first, I had no issues with the WiFi, as I didn't use it that much. But now that I am a hardcore FPS gamer who would LOVE some access to the WiFi my friends that live on the city limits have access to. I can't get it. I run off the outdated technology that ATT calls, "High-Speed DSL." Well, when I think "High-Speed," I think around 5MBS (as it is DSL), but I can't even get my EXPECTED speeds of 2MBS. I have not ONCE seen speeds that I have been told countless time by ATT I should be EXPECTING. It bothers me because ATT won't do anything to attempt to fix it. And my "WiFi" half the time won't even work so that I can chat with an actual ATT customer support representative. I have had a very... Wait let me go find a good word to use of thesaurs.com OH WAIT CAN'T cause my WiFi is to slow. Thanks ATT for making me pay $80 a month for crap. And I mean actual crap. I give the finger to you and pity to anyone that has to sit through hell trying to do daily tasks that not even your fiber lines can handle.

My whole family and I came from Verizon and they have the best phone services! This Service At&T We have been having issues left and right our text message doesn't go through at all in any weather conditions esp if it's a little bit windy to very windy, our calls won't go through too, I have been sending messages to my family and they aren't getting my txt messages and they arent getting mine! What if I had a major emergency, I can't reach them because of this service, and the crooked thing is we all came to At&T with brand new iphones that were paid off all upgraded iphones and said to us we wont have to pay any payments in the phones we will be getting for our phones as a trade and Guess what we have a phone payment for each line of service paying for the phones and if we wanted to go back to Verizon we would have to pay the remainder for each phone of what they cost even though we gave them our brand new Iphones each Iphone over 1200.00 paid off! THEY LIE TO YOU, THEY RIP YOU OFF AND THEY TRAP YOU! We have to Pay another 26 months with At&T for a piece of plastic and glass and we can not even communicate! DO NOT EVER SIGN UP WITH AT&T the WORST SERVICE EVER! WE WISH WE NEVER LEFT VERIZON! I DONT KNOW HOW THEIR SERVICES FOR MOBILE IS STILL IN BUSINESS! THEY SUCKED THEN AND THEY STILL SUCK NOW!

I had at&t for over 16 years. I figured all cell carriers are pretty much the same so I just never made the switch. This last year was the last straw, I'm embarrassed I waited so long. Challenges/regrets: 1.) they're prices are at least double of all the competitor providers. Long term loyalty meant nothing when negotiating a reasonable plan. 2.) the customer service was a never ending headache; I constantly had additional charges for things that I had to dispute yet the resolutions given by customer service never seemed to match my bill, meaning more hours of calls, hold times, and reexplaining my concerns to god awful customer service reps. Never ending. 3.) I brought my fiancé to my plan. She traded in her 6S iPhone (brand new) because we were told we'd receive a buy out. They took the phone, gave us the steps to follow, we did everything at&t told us to do and in the end we got NOTHING for that phone. Nothing short of stealing my fiancé's phone and then charging is an arm and a leg for service. Loss of over $600. We tried to get the phone back and after weeks of effort they said there's nothing they can do and they no longer have our phone 4.) when I finally moved to another carrier I reduced my bill by 2/3rds and I have an additional line! (Sprint) I discovered, after weeks of calls and effort, my paid off iphoneX that was finally was unlocked but unlocking doesn't matter because the phone can only be used w at&t service. So what's the point of unlocking? I paid over $1,000 for that phone! What a scam. In the end I feel like the foolish one. It was an abusive relationship and I should have left them years ago. Don't make the same mistake I did. DON'T DO IT!

OMG! Where do I even start? I was on the phone for 4 (four) hours tonight and got NO help with a simple question! I kept getting "transferred" and then disconnected every time the agents transferred me. Each time I would call back, I had to go though the absolute phone-hell automated AT&T system to even get back in the que again. And then, of course, when the NEW agent answered the call, there were NO notes in the system, so I had to start over from square one AGAIN every single time I was forced to call back. ALL I needed was a print-out of an old bill. Because it was over a year old, I was told I would have to pay $5. I told the agent that was fine. I have 2 addresses on file with AT&T because I work part of the year in one location, and the other part of the year in the other location. We have houses that we own at BOTH locations, and BOTH addresses are on file with AT&T. When I FINALLY got an agent on the phone in the US, she ordered the transcript of the bill, then told me she HAD to send it to the address SHE had listed as "primary" on the account. I explained to her that for the next few months, I would be living at the other address she had on file, and I needed the bill to be sent there. She refused to send the bill to the secondary address, telling me, "It's against the law for me to send the bill to the second address. I'm not going to break the law." As someone who works in the law field, I have two questions for this girl: first, "What specific law are you breaking?" and two, "Are you kidding me?" So now, AT&T representatives are quoting laws to customers that don't even exist? Is AT&T teaching their call center reps to tell these lies to their customers? AT&T, your customers are not as ignorant as you think! I will be switching phone service TOMORROW!

We tried to get her number switched to charter! Well first they need a transfer pin! So call them to get it and they said the security code is not right when it's printed right here on my bill! So I call customer service from the flip phone they wanted me to and they said that's not the right pin and sent a temporary pin I could not give him due to being on the call the flip phone wouldn't pull up messages and I told the foreigner twice that I couldn't access it! He would not comprehend that! Instead of getting another way he proceeded to repeat the same thing he just said so I told him a 3rd time I couldn't open the message! I finally hung up I was so mad! Hire people that understand English! Not to mention they had her signed up for a business acct when she has never had one! It's a personal phone and they wouldn't change it so they were scamming a senior citizen! Disney from the store signed her up 5 years ago and they have screwed her out of thousands of dollars! She doesn't text or use internet she doesn't know how! So we closed the acct and switched to prepaid! Now we're going with charter and can't get the number transferred to activate it! Around in a circle we go cuz the automated bull$#*! didn't have the option I needed and couldn't get to a representative! Fix your damn systems! So tomorrow we will go to the store cuz your employee doesn't comprehend $#*! on the phone! I'm beyond livid she is 63 years old and doesn't get around well so thank a whole lot for your help AT&T you personally suck! First off this is something that has happened about a year ago but I have never giving a review about it. I decided to write a review because I was thinking about what they did when they switched over to 5g.
I was told my phone was compatible with the 5g switch over and that my phone if it had HD voice over calling which it did I was ok. My phone wasn't on the list but the representative on the phone told me my phone will still work. I was also not told that I would lose my number should my service get interrupted because of the 5g network switch, However when that date showed up my phone quit working. Not only did my phone quit working but I also lost my phone number. So now I was working to restore my phone number many representatives told me I could have it back but the store said I couldn't. It was a battle I tell you but I needed my phone number back it was tied to account for health and financial reasons. I trusted the representative on the phone because I figured they would know more than some local store. But the fact is I still don't have that number to this day. It's lost forever. At&t customer support was was deplorable to me. They had the power to give me my number back but refused. Now this review may seem long but in all what you are reading here is a very very very short version of what happened I was trying to get my number for days and was mislead believing I could. I was told I had to wait and wait so many days and to call back. All I can say with at&t is to not go with at&t and go with metro or TMobile. I had at&t for 8 years and I gladly moved over to a new carrier and got a deal for switching to them. There are awesome deals out there where you bring your own device and get a deal.
Date of experience: January 8, 2023
Where to be begin, I was lied to about my contract, promised things I never received, they lost my devices I turned in and they confirmed they received with a call and text but never gave me credit for it, and can't send them back to old service carrier so I'm screwed on them, told I have to deal with that. Was told a million times they would take care of my previous carriers balance with 2 three way calls by two different agents just to find out they can't do that so it was wasted time for noting. Was charged crazy amounts that kept raising higher and higher every months, the service sucked, always dropping calls and lagging. Spent countless hours waiting on hold explaining my situation for help and kept getting hung up on. Then when fraud was put on my bank account I do what they ask if me explain and inform them of it so my electronic payments are not effected, they charged that account anyways, kicked me off of auto pay charged me the additional nOn auto pay fees instead and then turned my phone off when 3 months later they said my payments got sent back from that account I told them not to charge but they did anyways. So now they are saying I have a balance of over $1600 which they never informed me of when I just gave them $957 for two months and then was told to turn my phones back on I needed to lay in cash at the store even though they were informed and have incompetent employees. I was told the truth maybe 1 time the whole entire year I've been dealing with them and even then I was told sorry I don't know why you were told that but nothing we can do. Sorry they lied to you. But lay your bill. WORSE SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE ENTIRE WORLD they are thieves and crooks and will bleed you dry and give you a to bad for you in return. DO NOT USE THEM.

I had zero problems till this situation.
Promotion: turn in any android in any condition for the new s22 for free.
The salesperson over the phone stated they wld send the new free phone to me, and include the mailing stickers to return my old phone. However, the stickers were not included, so I had to call to request some to send my old phone (the customer service knew exactly what label to send me, so there is no excuse)
You wld think they knew what they were doing...nope.
I get the labels and the salesperson reassured me I was still in the time frame to get credit for the free new phone.
I proceeded to mail in my old phone to get my new phone for free.
Several months later I noticed my bill was wrong and I still wasnt receiving credit for the phone (they tell you it can take 3 months or more for it to show). According to the salesperson I spoke to, AT&T/the 1st person sent me return labels for the new phone instead of the old phone! The box with my old phone then went to the new phone warehouse, and nobody raised any flags or contacted me.
Now I'm stuck paying installment plans for a new phone when it should have been free!
The customer service stated without proof from emails or a store of them stating the deal I was getting, I am stuck paying the new installments (I did everything over the phone), so I get no credit for turning in my old phone that was paid off.
I've been a customer for over 4 years, and this is how they treat me. I wld not have traded my paid off note 9 for nothing, especially for the s22 if it wasnt for free.
The 1st 2 salespeople I spoke to said they had no record of a tracking number or even receiving my old phone, until I found proof, then the 3rd person stated they located it but it went to the wrong place and they cant do anything. Sketchy.
I found multiple reviews stating the same thing happen to others.
Do your research! Double check everything. Go to a store if you upgrade or trade in. AT&T doesnt know what they are doing.
Tip for consumers:
Go to a AT&T store if you ever upgrade or trade in. Only takes one time to mess up your bill for the next 3 yrs

Do not waist your time!
I filled up an order as a new customer to have an internet service for a 1Gb Fiber Optic. The process was simple. Follow the screen and fill up all the information including your credit card info. Account was set-up and the appointment of the service was Chosen based on their available (not grayed) slots. My appointment was scheduled then for Dec 23rd,2022. Guess what? On Dec 23rd,2022 I stayed at home after calling my job that I will be late, and to my disappointment, nobody showed up and nobody call, and nobody apologized. Waited like one week or so, and someone called from AT&T to tell me that I have an appointment on January 07th,2023. I never made any appointment or so ever. To make it manageable, I told him sure, let's do it that day. He said, we need to cancel the first one. I said that I won't be able to do it but if they can that would be great! "We will do it for you,Sir! No problem" the rep suggested. My appointment of Dec 23rd was canceled by AT&T because they failed to appear and because I still have the appointment on my app as a proof of their failure. The rep went on and canceled the expired appointment and wrote:"we had to cancel"). BUT here is another Drama! Nobody showed up on the January 07,2023 either!
Getting frustrated I went to my app and I clicked on chat with customer service … I waited a good amount of time before a representative asked me how I'm doing and what she can do for me. I explained everything to her and she checked all my account then asked me to hold while she can get help from somebody else. The rep Came back and she said that they will call me. 9 days passed, as I'm writing this, and still nobody called or showed up! This is not the AT&T that I used to know! I'm happy with my current provider but I was trying to test the Optical fiber option that is provided by AT&T. AT&T should fire those rubbish incompetent managers and employees because they are loosing a lot of customers this way.
Tip for consumers:
Talk to them in person and do not use their app. They do not even check it…

This is the absolute WORST business customer service we have ever experienced. From either very poor or zero communication with us or across departments, there has been little to no follow up on anything! From the get go, phones were linked to the owners personal account, conflicting information was provided, and the whole transaction was devoid ANY useful assistance. We received our phones a MONTH after set up with them. We are an extremely busy healthcare clinic and when our phones were down over 12 hours (vs. The 2 hour expectation given) we not only missed a huge amount of business, but also potentially missed very important or even life threatening calls. After all of that, this is where the nightmare actually began! The multitude of reps we've been passed around to in various different departments either "can't find" or verify our account (even with phone numbers, "corrected" account number and fan pin and all IN HAND), only to either pass us on to some other obscure useless department, or conveniently "lose the call" in transfer (and believe me, we tried both the honey AND vinegar approach). While trying to configure our phones, one which came broken, with no overnighted replacement as promised (yep. Still waiting on it!) and after countless HOURS spent on the phone trying to get features set up we have still yet to talk to one human being that seems to give a flying f$%@ to be of any assistance. And the best part? Our caller ID comes up with the office managers FULL NAME- rather than the business name! If you want to keep your sanity AND money in tact- DO NOT CHOOSE AT&T AS YOUR BUSINESS SERVICE PROVIDER!

AT&T treats its prepaid customers like second class citizens.
I ordered a iPhone 6s prepaid -- they shipped it without requiring a signature. I live in a city, so naturally, the package got stolen.
I called to tell them. Instead of telling me that they flat out would not replace the iPhone 6s (which is the decent thing to do), after speaking with 4 customer service representatives, I was finally put through to their escalation department. I was given an email address to send my documents to (police report, phone number, etc). Please note that I said if they wouldn't replace it, I just wanted an iPhone 6s shipped to an at&t store and was willing to pay again. They refused to do that. I finally am given an email address (*******@att.com) to send my documents to. The email bounced back. I have to start the whole process over again, and when I get to the escalation department again I'm told someone would call me over the weekend. It's been 4 days, and no one has called me about this. I tried to just order a new phone online and ship it to my work address. AT&T canceled the order because they claimed they couldn't verify the shipping address. I went to the store as their email said to and the employee at the store said he couldn't help me. I called 611 one more time, and they also wouldn't un-cancel the order or place a new one.
The order value was only $211, AT&T has spent more money on customer service representative then the order was worth at this point. I am literally willing to pay them money for a new phone and they won't place a new order. This doesn't make sense to me as a business model and is a terrible way to treat people. DO NOT TRUST AT&T. I regret ever changing to them.

THEEE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ALL AROUND VALUE EVER! My guardian angel Cassandra and her manager hooked me up more then I've ever been before by any phone carrier. After untold amounts of frustrating and lengthly customer service interactions over the years it's all finally over. Hands down best service and value me or my wife have seen of ANY company let alone a globally recognized multi billion dollar giant of a company like AT&T where u would totally not expect such a "with ur best interest in mind" and personal trusting familiar envirnment. Across the board. To ever take place.
ALSO WORTH NOTING
At&t and TMobile are the only 5g providers that have a coverage map that doesn't look like you shot a map with a paintball major companies like Verizon and Sprint have a 5g coverage of just over 10% unless u live in a big city... if u want. TRUE 5g

I signed up in March, had service techs out here 3 times, they did diagnostic showed outside wiring., finally got someone to do,
I was told numerous times i would get full credited since march, not so, I paid the bill, still internet down over 3dozen times just in evening.
Plus they installed voip phone service, when I asked for basic land line. What good does voup do, when never have internet, plus no streaming. Now 6 months later, still no internet, no TV.
They shut off my landline, I keep calling, all I get transferred to 1 dept. Than another. Trying to tell me all different companies. Users, etc. I keep telling them I signed up with att., not users. Or any others. Every employee and supervisor so rude, Matthew, I'd # Hp2136, May Id#mc800y

I have been a customer of ATT for 14 years. I have also been a customer of Direct TV for 4 years. In July of 2019 I was running out of mobile hot spot data and wanted to inquire about getting more. On 7/18/19 I was routed to James at the Pueblo CO ATT office - *******614. He suggested I add another line and carry an additional phone to get more hot spot data, oh and by the way - ATT is having a "Buy One - Get One Free" program for the iphone XR - great problem solved! I ordered 2 phones. On my 1st statement I noticed I was being charged for both phones. I called in and they said it would be taken care of on my next billing cycle. This happened every month - I would call in, have to tell my story each time to someone new and each time they said it would get handled, never did. Each time I called in, it took about an hour. Finally in January 2020 they gave me a case # CM*******_******* and said it would be handled, Then in April of 2020 I called in and got a new case # CM*******_******* and this time they said they were not sure if there was a program and to write a letter to Office of Dispute Resolution ATT, 1025 Lenox Park Blvd Atlanta GA *******, which I did. My ATT bill is about $250 each month x 12 = $3000/year x 14 years =$******* plus another $5000 for Direct TV. I am a good loyal customer and should not have to go through this. I have probably 12 hours wrapped up in this - I'm done! I have begun to look for both a new wireless carrier and cable/satellite carrier. I am blown away, I have been a manager in retail for a long time - as a company you make it right instead of being like a government bureaucratic entity. I should receive at a minimum, a credit back for all the months I was charged, then for all of the time I have wasted on this, they should pay for my other phone. Would not recommend these guys!

I had a past due amount of $400. Yeah, I know, but paid $250, and I DoorDash, so asked if I could get an extention just for the weekend and make up the difference. After being booted out repeatedly, on attempt number 4, I was finally given a way to get around the suspension and got booted out of the chat again. I gave up, try the next day, now needing WiFi, because my service is suspended. I finally get someone who looks into in, and the only thing that can be done is to contact the Finance Dept., for them to override it. But, you see, I can't call Phyllis in Accounting, nor 611, as YOU SUSPENDED MY SERVICE. The WiFi no longer allows me to sent IMs, so I'm now cut off from the world. I go into an AT&T store, explain my situation, and can use their phone to all Finance, where a guy tells me that my account is suspended. "Yes, I know that. That's why I'm FREAKING CALLING YOU, CAPTAIN OBVIOUS. Is there anyway I can have just a few days of service so that I can pay you, because I need my phone for my job with Doordash." No, he says. "Well, here's the problem. No service, and I will be unable to pay you. Even if I go get a different job, they can't call me to tell me I got the job, because, yeah,, no service. So, if you want to guarantee I never pay you, just keep it suspended." He's sorry. Me, too.
So I apply for an EBT card, get a paper saying I receive EBT, which gets me a free phone, have to transfer my into to the new phone, but it keeps sending a security code to the Old Number, and since I no longer receive texts...
I've been working on this problem for over a week, all that could have been avoided if the had just given me 2-3 days to come up with the money. Over 7 years with this company, and I think it's time to start seeing other people.
Tip for consumers:
Overpriced and the people that chat with you can't really do much but offer sympathy. Their customer service - making exceptions, a small bending of rules, is nonexistent, and knowing that without your phone you are basically cut off from communication with everyone, even potential employers, is something they don't care about. The bottom line is paying your bill, but without service, you can't even search online for a loan. There has to be better service out there. Just say no.

I only have one bar while at home despite living just eight blocks away from their (at&t) cell tower. Four blocks north of my home I don't have a signal at all. I only have sos no bars No 4 no 5 no L no G nothing. It's been this way for over a year since I went to at&t they always say we'll troubleshoot and that does nothing it might get me two more bars and 5ge which goes away in about Fifteen minutes. I don't have a signal on the highway or at work. I traded in my iPhones which canceled out the price of the iPhones I have now. But AT&T is telling me that in order to leave then i have to pay them "what's owed on the phones. Which should be nothing because I traded in my phones for these phones. They won't give me my phones back and they won't take these phones back anything they have no damage. And they keep yelling that 14 day buyers remorse although I've called them during the 14 days about the service. Then i asked them about arbitration which is in the contract but they no longer go through arbitration somehow they can change the contract in their favor but won't go against it for a loyal paying customer even though it's their fault that i don't have service or signal. I would not recommend this company at all for anything they lie and tell you that something is in the contract when it's not. They take your phone and still make you pay them for the phone you traded your phone for if you leave them. You have no service no signal no nothing and they can't fix the issue they just give you the runaround from one department to the next then back around again and again and again. The pics show how I have one bar after they did troubleshooting also how I couldn't connect to the internet while I was on the phone and how just 23 minutes after troubleshooting I have one bar again

I have had time to reflect further on the details regarding that fateful day last April when I tried to buy a cell phone from ATT in West Seneca NY.
I entered the story telling the ATT staff that I desperately needed a replacement phone because my own phone was dying. The store manager almost didn't want to sell me a phone in the first place. Now that I think of it, I believe he knew I was different because I always wear my Star Trek baseball cap.
ATT has shown how completely unprofessional they are. ATT wants my respect? Respect has to be EARNED! Let me remind EVERYONE how all of this started. The ATT West West Seneca manager REFUSED to send me the receipt for the phone! He very rudley HUNG UP THE PHONE CALL ON ME!
This whole message board is full of people that hate ATT's customer service. If my post isn't going to be read by ATT then why does anyone bother to post in here at all?
You want to know my bullet points? The ATT manager was completely unprofessional. It was like pulling teeth trying to get him to sell me a phone because he didn't believe I was an ATT customer. When he finally did sell me one he failed to include a sales receipt. When I later called him to request one he was belligerent and abruptly hung up the phone on me. I don't know how you were raised but I was raised that respect has to be earned. I will not be paying to be anyone's punching bag. Since I have a complaint filed against this company with the FCC a representitive of the office of the ATT president called me twice. She was extremely condescending and both phone calls were a total waste of my time. Being a mental health consumer means that I cannot tolerate excessive stress. ATT doesn't seem to care about any of that because they continue to trigger me.
Tip for consumers:
Stay away from ATT!!
