Usually, when we need a phone, we usually need it fast because it broke or was lost.
So, BAD MARKET If what you do is ship phones that people have ordered online because you they want a replacement phone immediately it seems you'd want to get those phones shipped, fast!
Instead, the first phone, that was purchased to be unlocked, wasn't... so it took over 24 hrs for them to answer an email and another 24 hours to send a return slip, and another 24hrs before they would send out a replacement, not over night to make up for their first error, but 2 day mail, which really took 3 days and they sent it to the wrong address, even though, I indicated the new address in 2 emails to them.

They replied within 24 more hours, that they would send another return label. But it was at an address 8 hrs away.

Each step of this I noted my frustration at not having a phone, for a week... and there was not one acknowledgment of their error, not one, until after I went to Best Buy, bought a phone and got it hooked up,( in 3 hrs,. Dang, I sure learned my lesson) all they replied is
We apologize you had an issue getting your phone.

NO LIVE CUSTOMER PHONE SERVICE!
( the number they have included for returns has a 7 month old COVID message saying they only take email)

DONT DELIVER WHAT YOU PURCHASE

UNPROFESSIONAL,! SLOW TO RESPOND,
Vinny, head of customer service, includes a link, that may address something, but it doesn't work.
They Greg Head of customer jubilation, sends me a link to a response by someone else in customer service that says, we are sorry you had issues.

CUSTOMER SERVICE. No personal, Hail Mary.

Disgusting company

Do not use this company. Please listen to me. Buying a phone from Back Market is just the same as buying a device from a man on a street corner. If you get sold a faulty device, or in my case a phone that was totally unusable, Back Market will not give your money back or take any action whatsoever against the seller. Basically if you are scammed, you will lose all of your money and the only way to get it back is to take the seller to court. It is not like Amazon or Ebay where you have some protection from the platform.Let me explain what happened:

I bought a Samsung S10 plus from the seller WHITE HAWK, based in Birmingham, on the Back Market site.
Phone arrived promptly, but upon using the phone, the battery was dropping THIRTY percent every 20 mins. Basically the battery was completely wrecked.

Baring in mind, the seller WHITE HAWK described the phone as being in excellent condition.breaking the 2015 consumer law - product faulty and not as described.

I sent numerous messages on Back Market to the seller requesting a refund, all were ignored, despite Back market's promise that I would get a response within 24 hours. Eventually I messaged back market on Instagram and asked them to intervene. They messaged the seller requesting a refund, again this was ignored. Back Market will not do ANY more than message the seller for you. They will not intervene any other way.

So, realising that I had just been conned, I took the phone to a phone shop and asked for help. The phone, again this phone had been described by WHITE HAWK company in Birmingham as being in excellent condition, was completely messed up. The battery was completely unusable, and thr repair man said it had been installed with SUPER GLUE. There is also a piece in the phone that you can look at to check for water damage. This had been REMOVED by the seller. The repair man agreed I had been SCAMMED by the seller. Back Market are NO help at all.

So please, do NOT buy from this company or the platform. Both throughly unethical companies. To do this to people at any time is disgusting, but especially during a recession and before Christmas.

I do not recommend you buy anything from Wireless Boss. I ordered this phone from them on Mar 24th. The first phone came on the 29th. The quality rating was "good" which meant no scratches on the screen. The screen had many scathes./scuffs and one crack. Had to send this one back so they emailed me a USPS tag, went to the post office and it took 5 business days for them to get it back. I got a message saying that they are sending me another phone but that this one, and I quote - "I am happy to inform you that your replacement order has been carefully picked, packed and shipped in very good condition." Well, that is a flat out lie. The second phone that I received yesterday (Apr 9th) was as bad as the first one. The screen is all scratched/scuffed/scraped up. So I am sending this one back as well. One time is a mistake, two times is incompetence or worse. This is part of the response I got from their customer service. "Please note that Back Market is in the process of changing the grades and updating descriptions and our Shipping Department is still having a hard time transitioning and differentiating the new grades." The grading system is very easy. Good means no scratches on the screen. You look at the screen and if you see scratches, its not "good". I am now being told that they do not have any phones in "good" condition, yet this exact same phone is for sale on their web site. So if you are going to buy this phone and think it is in "good" condition, I hope you are either blind or have very low standards because the phone will not be in good condition - per Wireless Boss - "I reached out the Inventory Department to see if we can provide you with a replacement device in Excellent condition, however, this grade is no longer available at this time. " If I could give Wireless boss a negative rating I would so so, unfortunately, one star is as low as the rating goes. I am not sure if this company is a scam, crooked or just massively incompetent but if I were you and looking at this phone, I would take a hard pass.

Back Market attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond
