Very nice product. Exactly as described. Easy to assemble. The grandkids absolutely love it. Had issue with the drawer arriving damaged and company responded promptly. Replacement was issued. Follow-up was amazing.
I was given permission to return an item that I was noy happy about the construction of it which was great. I took it down to Fed EX and the item was returned to them on the 9/9/2024 but I still have not seen the credit.
Great product - fills with water (vs messy sand) making it much easier. Good quality materials and very easy to assemble. Had a minor issue and Customer Service was responsive and efficient in resolving. I highly recommend.
We ordered a 32 in fire pit table. It functioned perfectly and looks very nice. We noticed, however, that the wicker had a couple of strands that were broken. I reached out to the company - which to my surprise was very responsive. After sending them a picture, they made it right. They sent me a new unit. Beyond my expectations. I will buy again from them.
I had order 2 Zero Gravity Chairs from by "bcp" upon arrival one of the chair trays was broken, I wrote the company hoping to get a replacement tray, they could not replace the tray, so they replaced my full shipment. They not only took care of my issue they even answered my email on a HOLIDAY weekend. They made sure I was fully satisfied with their product and their service. This was a great experience and I never write reviews, but they went far beyond my expectations. Thank You Best Choice Products for doing the right thing.

Madeline was courteous, respectful and solved my problem.
I strongly recommend buying with from Best Buy with confidence knowing the company is honorable.
Best Choice umbrella stand is the best choice. I needed a umbrella stand that was mobile and sturdy enough to hold large umbrellas around my pool. Best Choice fills that role very good. Easy assembly, very sturdy and it looks like it will last a very long time. Customer service was very helpful with my selections, actually everything I needed. It was very nice talking to someone in CS who could really help me.

We purchased patio set, and just before the warranty ended a chair broke. We reached out to customer service and by the time they had a resolution the warranty was up. However, they were still willing to honor the warranty and they replaced it hassle free. This is the type of service I look for when I want to do business. Amazing thank you.
I think the beds are great quality except the cross braces seem flimsy. But they just support the structure from bowing so they should be sufficient. I will find out once they are filled. Customer service was very helpful and prompt with replacement. I did the interaction with "Chat" but I had no problems.
I reached out to the company because I had a faulty part with the umbrella. They wanted to replace the umbrella but I only wanted a part replacement. They weren't sure when the part would be in stock so they sent me a new umbrella. Love the product and the way they respond to their customers.
I purchased 3 Jeeps for Christmas gifts for our grandchildren. Two of the jeeps ran perfectly but the other one was sluggish and would not keep a charge. I emailed the company and they were very apologetic and helped me out right away. They sent out a new one immediately. Thru all of the emails that was sent between us, everyone was very helpful and friendly. They were so easy to work with and I will definitely continue to give them my business.
We purchased an Adirondack chair from Best Choice Products. While assembling the chair one of the pieces cracked while screwing it together. We contacted customer service. After sending them a photo of the defective piece, they agreed to send us a new chair. We received it a few days later. Looking forward to enjoying my new chair!
Ordered a 10'x10" two-tiered umbrella. When it arrived I went to erect it and discovered that some parts were missing I emailed Best Choice products and explained why I was contacting them. I received an email from them the next day and they asked me to answer a few questions. I sent them back an email with the answers to their questions. The following day I received another email from them. They said they were very sorry for the missing parts however they have no spare parts but if I wanted they would send a complete new order to me and I was to keep the one missing parts. I received the new umbrella package within three days. I have never received such wonderful customer from anyone.
I ordered outdoor lounge chairs. First, they are extremely well constructed, light weight, easy to fold and position. I ordered sage green and the color was exactly as pictured. They were shipped 2 chairs per box and one box arrived smashed. And one chair arm was smashed also! Customer Service? Incredible! Customer service is sending a replacement arm rest (one of the things I really like about this chair is that you can get replacement parts! Awesome!) and I should receive it this week. I wanted chairs for poolside that I could carry, set up, and take down and clean when needed without hiring extra chair help. These chairs are perfect for that and they have so many positions that anyone would be comfortable. My True Love (my husband) dropped some mustard on one chair and it immediately cleaned up easily leaving no stain. So here you have a quality product at a very modest price backed by incredible customer service—so feel confident about your order. Yes, they are made in China and shipped out of California and yes, the quality is excellent! The price may be modest but the chair isn't cheap—and yes, I would order again and recommend this company to anyone! A superb company offering reasonably priced quality backed up not only by an excellent Customer Service but also replacement parts! Excellent! Ten stars!
You have all heard the saying, "It's not what happens to you, it's what you do about it." This Company believes in that wholeheartedly. Things can happen when products are made and shipped to the home. In my case, when I opened the box of a large and heavy foosball table game, everything was perfect except for one broken cup holder. When I contacted Best Choice Products they responded immediately. In fact, their email response started with "Warm greetings from Best Choice Products,". Pretty unusual wouldn't you say? They made my new foosball table whole in less than a week. It was overall a pleasant experience. Not too many times you can say that right? This Company lives up to their name. Best Choice Products is the best choice. I totally recommend them.
I advised BCP via email and photo that the top portion of my Christmas tree was smaller than the rest. They offered 25% discount which I accepted. They then offered a free replacement. I turned that down. The tree is quite nice so no need for a replacement.
Making Home Depot look bad! Every bag was taped shut not sealed. Reused bubble wrap thrown in. Everything was going smooth until I got to the culprit that caused the original return. If you are going to ship returned products to a new customer have the decency of checking it out first! Planned on spending the day designing my bird sanctuary and you all put a HUGE damper in it.

I have purchased a number of items, elevated planters, dutch ovens, garden beds, standing desks, greenhouse. Every product has exceeded expectations and all were shipped amazingly fast. In the one instance where I did need to contact customer service, they responded immediately, to make things right. They do not over email if you sign up on/order from their site, but I love getting emails on things I might not have thought about them for, like the dutch ovens. Forget La Creuset at $200. Check out BCP!

Bought a seven piece patio set. Did not receive all the parts and had no hardware to put together. Unfortunately it was passed the 60 day warranty so no help received. Be very careful of this company. They do not stand by their products.
