My mother called Bloomex and ordered yellow and pink roses to be delivered to me for my birthday. What I received was a Christmas basket instead! My mother contacted Bloomex and their response was that as per their substitution policy online (my mom didn't order the flowers online!), they can substitute your order for something else. This would have been well and good if the substitute flowers were similar to what was ordered, however, they were not! Furthermore, the person that took my mom's order never bothered to disclose this policy. Had she known, she would have contacted a different flower shop. Never again will she (or I) use Bloomex to send flowers. Also, please note, I called asking for assistance in this matter and the woman who took the call was extremely rude!
Excellent transaction. Bloomex made it easy to order from the US for delivery to my friends in Western Wales. Many thanks also to the Greenhouse for a lovely arrangement and timely delivery. I could not be more pleased.

It is my favorite company among similar companies, and so I decided to leave a review about this company. I like it so that there here are always promotions and discounts. Four days ago I ordered a bouquet of roses for my grandmother's birthday on the company's website.
Bloomex is not a good place to buy flowers unless if you want to have a bad day, I order a flower for $85.63 us$ march 18/23 for my cousin birthday when she send me the pictures of the flowers l all most having in heart attack, it was very disrespectful,I buying a vase for $14 they put a very small amount of flowers in a small plastic bag, the flowers not fresh, when I called them they gave me website to file a complaint, to send the pictures, each time i call they said they not received the picture,and finally I just give up! They need to close that place before too many people get hurt!
Amazing, professional and fast service! I've been using Bloomex to send flower gifts to my love ones and Bloomex has the lowest price with beautiful flowers to offer. Not only that, they offer a variety of gifts such as edible gift baskets and teddy bears, chocolates and wine! I love their service, as they are available in different places as well
I don't typically write negative reviews but this one called for it! Bloomex US and Canada are scammers! They charge people and do not deliver the requested item. I paid extra for a pink vase and an ordinary vase was delivered. I even paid extra for a deluxe bouquet and it was a very sorry looking bouquet, not deluxe by any means. I am so disappointed. To add to that, their customer service is absolute garbage. Last year I ordered from their US site and a box of chocolates that I paid extra $15 dollars wasn't delivered.
Order from somewhere else I'd say. Terrible service! They ruin peoples occasions!
I just started using Bloomex flowers this year and couldn't be more happy about the quality and variety of their flowers! As a consumer, it is also very important to me that they are an eco friendly company!
We ordered an expensive bokay of flowers for our mom. Online it was nice and white, what she got is some tight lilies that won't bloom after a few days already! Very embarrassing! I would NOT recommend anyone looking for a peaceful gift to choose Bloomex. Very Upset :(
I oredered online from Australia on New Years Eve. I was so impressed when my Uk family member phoned to tell me they had received the flowers I ordered that very day. Thank you for such quick and efficient service.

Would never order from theses guys again. I ordered 6 days ahead for Mother's Day. They took my money but never delivered the flowers. So disappointed. Trying to get ahold of someone is like pulling teeth. When you make a mistake how you handle the aftermath means a lot. Live chat never worked either.
Complete misrepresentation.
I Ordered designer collection, paid extra for the supersized bunch. Quoted minimum 15 stems of quality flowers. Received 1 rose, 1 lily and a spray of daisies, said it came from Coles the supermarket. How embarrassing. No refund given, to apologise they sent out (Apparently a hamper) no basket just some dollar items in a ridiculously oversized box. Wrong name. Etc etc 2nd photo is what was advertised.
The message was full of errors and stapled into the card.
Shameful, horrible customer service. Ordered a tea sampler basket for a friend. Arrived with no tea in basket at all. Kinda ruined the whole idea. Several attempts made to contact customer service were useless. Their "live" online chat is just a robot giving multiple choice questions. I have contacted my bank to dispute charges. Bloomex refunded a whole $10 on an order that cost me $56. They don't care how embarassed their customers are. They don't care they take people's money and offer sub standard products and services. On Facebook their is a group dedicated to customers who have had terrible experiences, all with the same story. Paid for a product they chose and Bloomex delivered something completely different ( dead flowers, wilted flowers, no delivery at all). This group has 589 members. No idea how this place stays in business.
The flowers received looked nothing like the photo on their listing. This is for the bouquet called "Birthday Designer Collection I". I've attached a photo of what it looks like on the website compared to what was received. I wouldn't have paid $60 for that. The flowers also arrived 3 days later than promised (2 days after Valentine's Day), with no email informing us of this delay. Shouldn't we at least get a refund on the $15 delivery fee? When trying to contact a customer service rep via the live chat function on their website, there was no response despite being "next in queue" for over an hour. Their customer service is abhorrent and practically nonexistent so good luck if something goes wrong with your order. Very disappointed.
I haven't received my flowers yet but have ordered before and never been disappointed.My comment today was about your incredibly helpful chat employee. I couldn't figure out how to use my Groupon and she fixed the problem quickly and with a lovely attitude. Thank you!
What a terrible company. Definitely don't use them if you are trying to send someone a special gift. I tried to send my mom a bouquet for Mother's Day and they delivered a broken vase and squashed flowers on the wrong day. My mother tried to reach their customer service to resolve the problem herself and they wouldn't help her. She then told me about the delivery so I called their customer service to request a refund (as the delivery was garbage), and they would only offer refund the vase. I don't know about you but sending someone a box of broken glass and dead flowers kind of defeats the purpose of a flower delivery (seems like more of a threat than a gift). Last time I order anything from them and I suggest you save yourself the pain and look elsewhere for flowers.
My 8 year old reccieved roses with brown edges. 6 roses arrived looking nothing like the image online. No babies breathe, no ferns, never bloomed out. I called and they said I replied too late, then tried to accuse the shipper. Bad customer service. I spend 50 bucks and my daughter was disappointed. Next time I will go local. Cheap mail order old flowers. Pathetic!
Paid to have my flowers delivered first thing the next day - my daughter lives right downtown in Vancouver - not difficult to get to. By 8:00 at night they still weren't there - pathetic delivery service overpriced and very disappointing
Just wanted to surprise my mother, order flowers from the company with delivery. I use their services not for the first time. Everything went great, the company arrived on time, handed flowers, they were gorgeous. A huge bouquet of white roses. Mom was fascinated, even teared up. Thank you for giving such positive emotions

Answer: No, they do not refund. They send a sorry message and offer you a store credit. However if you had a bad experience I do not think you will try them again to use the store credit, so they do not then compensate at all.
