I had purchased an arrangement based on what I saw on there website, they sent something totally different ( not as described), when I called them all they kept telling me was, "it's a recipe on what you see", that you don't get what you actually see on the website
They refused to give me a refund
Just a 20.00 in store credit
I will never do business with them again

I just recieved there standard response ( copy and paste), that they send to everyone that have complaints. I have not gotten any solution to remedy this issue, they offer me in store credit of 20.00, this is insulting as I have spoken to 5 representatives already
The only way to remedy the situation is refund my money or send exactly what's advertised on your website to my grieving friend
First experience with Bloomex. Ordered and used a $20 gift card I had. The discount code was applied successfully. Completed the transaction and was provided with my total, which was correct. Flowers were delivered in a timely manner and I was then issued a receipt. The $20 coupon was not applied and I was charged in full. I left a message for customer service. No reply. I emailed and received a response simply stating nothing they will or can do and to use the coupon on my next purchase. The delivery fee was $19.98, which I believe to be a bit pricey. Won't be using this service again.
This is the second Christmas I have ordered flowers for my aunts who live in England. The displays have been beautiful. My aunts, who are house-bound, really appreciate the ray of sunshine they bring into their lives. Thanks for doing such a great job, Bloomex UK!
Used to order flowers through another country but over the last few times it either confuses the orders, or delivers the flowers too late. So I decided to look for another floral company and came across Bloomex. I already used them twice. They have great service and beautiful fresh flowers (not overpriced). So for now I'm quite contented with the company. Hope I won't regret.
Excellent service as I had left it very late to organise my sisters birthday flowers. Next day delivery and absolutely lovely selection of flowers which were greatly appreciated. I received a message with a picture of the display too, which I thought was a nice touch.
By coincidence, I both received and gave flowers from bloomex's this week. Both arrangements were gorgeous, really different from each other and not at all the same usual thing you see. The one I sent was a designer's choice and it was interesting and very evocative of spring. It was incredibly easy to order online.
My son ordered me mother's day flowers. I never received them. I was home all day. My neighbors were home all day as well. The delivery driver was supposed to leave at the back door if no one was home regardless. No one attempted delivery. I called the company and had a very rude condescending man speak with me. He would not give me his name or let me speak to someone else. He said that they will " do an investigation " then email the results. It just really sucks no flowers were recieved and they were happy to keep my son's money, until I decided to call. My son work 21 day shifts, so he has no time to deal with this problem.
This is the last time I ordered flowers online. The worst experience, flowers were not delivered to my friend as agreed it, the driver was rude on the phone. After 3 days of emailing and threatening she finally got the flowers dropped in front of the door.
Never again!
We sent a deluxe bouquet of roses to a friend who had recently suffered a very tragic loss of a child. She was so touched -- and sent us many photos of the flowers displayed in her home. They looked gorgeous! So pleased we used Bloomex. Our order arrived exactly when we asked (the day and time were important to this delivery) and just as they were pictured.
I recently purchased a bouquet of roses for Valentine's Day. The flowers arrived and were already wilting. I took photos within 24 hours and opened a complaint with Bloomex for a refund or exchange.
Bloomex sent back an email stating that I could not obtain either a refund or exchange because my complaint was more than 24 hours after the flowers had been delivered, despite the fact that the timestamps on the photos showing the decaying flowers was within 24 hours of their delivery.
I would give them 0 stars if I could. Avoid at all cost.
Bloomex ripped off my grandmother and refused a refund. They didn't seem to care that the product they delivered was not only wrong but half of the flowers were broken! I sent multiple emails and called multiple times but nothing! I just don't want to see anyone else get scammed by this company. I can't respect a company that shows so little consideration and respect to elders! Garbage company - garbage product!
Misleading description about number of flowers in a bouquet saying its 50 but then you get 15.
Not willing to refund
Impossible to reach a supervisor by phone and they send you back the same email over and over without even bothering themselves by acknowledging your concerns
Disappointed me on the most important occasion
Too expensive and they add lots of fees

Just encourage your local florist and save yourself from this bad service...
Flower delivery left on doorstep in -30C weather. Dead flowers obviously. Idiots. Bloomex blamed their delivery contractor and would not refund the purchase price. They are a scam. Never ever order from Bloomex. Ever.

I would never order again. Terrible service …, late delivery …flowers ordered were not what was delivered …. We even upgraded the order. Company will not do anything. Won't even answer phone. I worked customer service over 40 years and this is beyond terrible customer service. I advise not to use them. I got stung twice slow learner lol.
Delivery is great & I don't order the vase. I feel that everyone already has a vase & another should not be thrust into the household. When I sent the flowers from Bloomex Company the recipient has texted me a photo of their beautiful arrangement. Now if only I could get my family to send me one!
The site was very easy to navigate, adjust the order and to go through the process without a glitch or any surprises.
We even called to ask a question and had immediate help and fully answered all of our questions.
Much easier and smoother than the other 3 sites we first tried.

I get great service here. I use it to send flowers to my family from France usually, but this year it was Australia. No problems encountered and the recipients were overjoyed withe the quality and presentation assured by the local florists. Thanks.
Bloomex flower delivery is a heaven sent because my girlfriend lives in Australia and me in the united states' so being able to have flowers delivered to her is so precious, the deals are great and I do much appreciated this company.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The order was never delivered and they refuse to give any type of a refund for a 70$ order. The best they are willing to do for me is 15$ in store credit. Even though my 70$ order never arrived? Literally stealing at this point. I never got my order thus people should be reimbursed. What a joke

Answer: No, they do not refund. They send a sorry message and offer you a store credit. However if you had a bad experience I do not think you will try them again to use the store credit, so they do not then compensate at all.
