Very happy.

The flowers I ordered were very beautiful. They came via a florist I was familiar with so was expecting good quality but as I now live overseas I couldn't go into my old local UK florist. They arrived on time. I ordered something left to the florists choice' and was more than happy.

We order flowers for a sympathy for our friends brother for the funeral of brother. It was so embarrassing they could not bring them. Some flowers were dead, majority of small bouquet was carnations which were requested not to be in. I reached out to bloomex the day of the delivery and asked if they could resend an appropriate arrangement. I sent them a picture and they said they would give me a credit. Today 2 weeks later they offered 20$ credit. This is unacceptable and this picture shows the 80$ bouquet with 2 of the dead flowers thrown out the day of arrival...

I ordered flowers from Bloomex two months ago when my mom got promoted. I chose Afternoon in the Garden, an arrangement of various colorful flowers, and she loved them. The bouquet perfectly matched to the vase my brother ans I gave our mom for her birthday last year. The fragrance of the flowers spread all over the room.

It's very useful

It's very useful that the flowers and chocolate were able to be delivered same day. I am out of city from where I sent them, so I did not get to actually see the product, but my daughter said the flowers were beautiful and the chocolate brightened her day.

I ordered a bouquet on Mother's Day, requested to be treated very responsibly. They did everything as requested. Flowers were one to one, the bouquet was made very beautifully according to my wishes. Delivery was carried out without delay.

Zero quality

This company has absolutely no Customer Service quality no accountability for the way you are treated or the product that they provide or choose not to provide. Zero sensivity of a situation regarding the loss of a person -condolences arrangement

As far as I'm concerned they are there for the money only and the slogan " We care" is absolutely fraudulen. The company refuses to respond whe requested that all of your personal data and credit card information once they get your data. This company is a security risk

Charged and never received
September 21, 2023

Was double charged for flowers, never got a confirmation, never got the product. I called immediately and they said there was no record of an order yet I had an account. Called 2 times after and the credit card company. Emailed bloomex and sent the screengrab of the charges on my card, they never got back to me, tried two more times to reach out and no answer. I was billed $142 dollars and will have to wait a whole month to dispute the charges with the credit card company now.

Once again an excellent delivery service from this florist to the Orthodox Church in Brookwood. I have been told this delivery for Christmas was absolutely brilliant. The Fathers phoned and told me. Highly recommend this florist

Arrived the same day, extremely quickly. The flowers were beautiful and very much enjoyed by the recipient! This is the second time ordering through Bloomex, with the same florist and I've had no issues at all.

Purchased flowers for Birthday delivery was not done I was emailed that I needed to pay another $30 for the location after I had paid and received confirmation of my order. The new delivery date was not done had to call three times was moved again still not delivered. Contacted customer service and was asked to call back in three hours can't tell me when will be delivered but will not allow me to cancel and get a refund!
Would never recommend or use Blomex again!

Birthday Flowers

You get what you pay for! I upgraded to a "deluxe" for an additional $12 - not happy (looks like a small bouquet from Safeway) and did not come with a vase (you have to buy for an additional $20 and the local shipping was another $20 + a surcharge so be aware of ALL the additional costs (not just the flowers)

They did deliver on time, however so there's that, I guess

This company is despicable. The package arrived a day late, in a damaged box with 2 moldy flowers. When approaching the company about the issue, they give auto-emails and the other emails asked for the same information over and over again. No real response. No apologies. I even emailed the company owner directly and gave him my phone number to call me to discuss their awful customer service... but of course he didn't. Dimitri Lokhonia (*******@bloomex.ca) - for those who need it. Dimitri, I dare you to call me. I've emailed you a few times. You know how to find me.

Generally pleased with the flowers and user interface of the website. Recently encountered issues where FedEx wouldn't leave the package at the front door if no one was home. This is not what the shipping method dictates since it can be left without a signature. Not sure if a Bloomex or FedEx problem but needs to be clarified. Don't want flowers dying sitting in a warehouse even with two day delivery or inconveniencing the person to have to go pick up flowers - it ruins the romantic gesture.

On the site you can choose any bouquet. The company promises that it will be as identical as possible to what you see in the picture. Judging by the photos of the recipients of flowers, and the bouquet, which I ordered this is true.

Total scam!

First I paid for expedited shipping to have them delivered on Monday morning between nine and noon they didn't arrive when I called and told me it was due to weather. They said it would be delivered the next morning I had a beautiful basket full of yellow flowers called basket of wishes for my grandmother who had open heart surgery and then a stroke. Instead they delivered some $10 grocery store flowers to my grandmother after what I paid for this beautiful basket! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Photo 1 what i ordered. Photo 2 what we got! Not happy at all.
If you want proof of purchase give me a call messaged me return my phone calls I'm leaving

This company says it will choose a 'selection of items" to deliver in your basket, from such items as chocolates, tinned oysters, truffles, almonds, gourmet items, etc. I got a cheap package of rice crackers, cheap wafters and FOUR packages of unknown brand or type of coffee. I emailed the company at Wecarebloomex.ca which is a joke as all you get is a standard reply of 'sorry'. I will never use this company again. They are one big rip off and should be ashamed of their advertising.

Very disappinted with Bloomex in BC. I paid $19.99 for delivery to my friend ON her birthday. They ask you to fill in the receivers phone number but don't call to check where they can deliver if customer doesnt answer door. I complained and got a $15 in-store credit which is useless as we dont have a store here.
Very disappointed... requested $15 refund to my credit card but they won't do that. Why ask for a phone number if you dont use it?
Totally useless company... will never use again! Plenty of others to choose from! Dreadful service...
