I have ordered on Mar 6 for flower and delivery on Mother's day Mar 9 (3 days ahead). However I did not receive it until 22:45 PM when everyone went on bed and quit waiting for the flowers. I have tried both live chat and call center but has no answer.
Contacted this morning and was informed since it was delivered there will be no refund, not even an apology. Your delivery policy is " Regular Delivery (Next Day) $14.99 Orders will be delivered between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. for residential addresses, and between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.?
I request a full refund and apology from Bloomex, and I will reserve any further action sin legal and social media.
Beautiful flowers as usual. Order with confidence every time. Make sure you check ALL details before completing order, as I forgot to change the delivery date, and they arrived 'Next day'. 4 days early of birthday. But the quality was superb, and the recipient was overjoyed. 10/10
I bought valentine themed flowers from these jokers and not one flower was red like the picture shown. If you got scammed, go tell your credit card company and ask them to issue the refund. KEEP the flowers even if they dead so you can prove what garbage they are.
This company is so garbage that no matter how badly they give you the wrong or bad quality flowers, they will only give you some credit, no money back.
Best advice, don't buy here, you will be disappointed.
Flowers arrived dead. I could not believe it. Plus we paid extra for a super arrangement and look what came. Bloomex said they will refund the money if the recipient, who just had surgery, ships the dead flowers back to them. Rude customer service. I do not recommend ever. These pics are from the day they were delivered. They froze in the UHAUL. Yes, bloomex uses UHAUL to deliver.
Overall, the Bloomex services were fair. At times the flowers were not fresh and lasted less than a week. Usually they were fresh and beautiful. The biggest issue I encountered was the online account management. Initially it was confusing to understand what the plans and pricing were. This improved marginally over the years of membership. Still it was never easy. The deal breaker and why I left Bloomex was the environmental cost meaning the flights from Ecuador, the heavy cardboard boxes and my concern for workers rights. Local supermarkets have flower for 25% the price, minus the cardboard and international shipping and unclear international labor policies behind the scenes. It is a company that seems to pursue a continuous improvement protocol and will probably get better over time.
I ordered a Birthday Bundle. It was delivered on time, but what the recipient got was nothing like what the picture portrayed. Even the Mylar balloons were deflated. I guess the old adage holds….You get what you pay for.
I will never use this company again. I'll spend more next time.
I am at a disadvantage as my flowers are sent from Australia to a very elderly aunt in a care home who is unable to tell me how lovely they are. However the picture the florist posts of the arrangement she has sent always looks lovely whether for Christmas or birthday. Thank you. Pauline

Recently I discovered this online flower shop and now I order flowers for all the holidays. Couriers arrive on time, flowers are always fresh and in a beautiful wrapping. It is very simple and convenient to make orders.
Horrible! Despite the pic we ve sent them showing the dead flowers delivered which are not the ones ordered, a $20 voucher offered to try to make it right! Avoid shame and embarrassment with family, friends or clients and save your money…go with anybody other company but them. They are a joke to stay polite…
Failed to deliver to the correct address as there were two of the same street names in the same city, despite giving them the correct address. I also provided my email and phone number yet it was only when I asked the intended recipient that I discovered they were not delivered. On contacting the support address two weeks after delivery date I was told the flowers were not delivered as the address was incorrect, I must pay a fee for them to be delivered (over two weeks late) but would not refund, even though the florist was able to reuse the flowers?! Terrible service, terrible customer support and not contacting me seems nothing short of deceitful. Avoid NZ service at all costs.
Arrived a day late, even after charging me $19.5 for next day delivery. Got only roses instead of a bunch of roses and lilies. Kept contacting them for two weeks, but did not get an apology, nor did they admit they were wrong. Wanted to cancel an order right after placing it, but could not cancel. They replied a week later and stated it was too late.
Never did I ever have to fight for my money like this. I do not need a voucher, I need my goddamn money back!
I ordered a bouquet from the Bloomex Contemporary collection which was colourful and funky. What was delivered was ugly, distinctly uncontemporary and not anything I would have chosen. I received no answer to my complaint and request for resolution. This is a terrible company and I will never do business with them again.
I ordered my wife the Valentines Designer Collection III special with all the bells and whistles... all in $106.
Received $25 in Roses and a small package of German Cookies, no vase or embellishments as in the pictures on the website. The deal advertised was certainly not delivered. When I go to the website to provide feedback there is actually no forthcoming way of providing feedback.
What a let down to see my wife have to look around for vase and make the arrangement herself. Could have done better buying a bouquet at the grocery store.
I ordered a bouquet for my daughter's birthday. She received dead flowers 3 days later. The tulip bouquet looked nothing like what I ordered and thiey refuse to give me my money back! Never seen anything like that! Stay away from BLOOMEX!
Ordering has never been easier! Flowers delivered the next day, as promised, even though I ordered very close to midnight the day before. My friend loved the flowers and they are still blooming now (days later). Would definitely recommend using this service to friends and family.
I have sent flowers with Bloomex several times. The site is easy to use, delivery is when promised and flowers are fresh and as described.

The Flowers were delivered prompt and just as advertised. I used a coupon for an additional discount and was able to purchase beautiful tulips, pink and white, which are one of my wife's favorite flowers. Instructions for care and set-up were included. No fuss to make the presentation perfect. It was such a hit that I will use them again for other occasions. Thank You
Ordered for my sister in Brampton who was recently hospitalized. Paid premium for a Saturday delivery.
She got the flowers on Saturday afternoon and said they were lovely. She sent me a pic. They were supposed to be in a jar but were delivered with a mason mug instead. I sent pics. I sent copies of my review(google) all to Bloomex customer service and customer reviews for the $5 refund. There have been 12 plus emails with them and they always say "can't see review", "review was removed", please provide link... etc... etc... They never rectified anything. And asked for pics but have never said anything about the mug. What a joke. What was a positive experience has since turned into a very "ugly" one. I will never order from them again!

Ordered flowers just once. Chose Love and Laughter bouquet for my sister's birthday. Despite they arrived a bit early than I expected it didn't ruin the surprise. The flowers were in great condition. My sis LOVED them, especially the colors. She said they were fresh and gorgeous! Thanks for making this day special!

Answer: No, they do not refund. They send a sorry message and offer you a store credit. However if you had a bad experience I do not think you will try them again to use the store credit, so they do not then compensate at all.
