I ordered a Mother's Day bouquet of roses and what we received was far different from what the order page described. The roses had no leaves on them at all and there was no greenery as pictured. The roses were very poor quality and died in 2 days. Bloomex will not give a refund and all they would do is quote policy. Not ordering from these scam artists every again.
Ordered a 600 dollar casket flower for a burial and instead they send a small supermarket flowers!

Tried this company again; had problems with it last time.
I did 2 separate orders and had 2 pay 14.99 for shipping on each, I wanted them sent on different date due to them being birthday presents. They sent them both on the same day and neither order was correct!
And they will not refund me. Also they did not send everything that was ordered.
Then I get a Google message stating I gave them a 5 star review! I did not! Not sure how they were able to give themselves 5 stars, but I'm very upset.
Do not order from this Company. My family ordered flowers for my birthday. They were delivered a week late and were very DEAD. Terribly disappointing considering the amount of money that had to be forked out. You are better off if ordering out of town to go through Safeway, SaveON, or a local Florist. Waste of money to order through Bloomex. I was so upset I threw the dead flowers in the garbage before deciding to write a review.
After trying to get through to Bloomex, they finally answered the phone and said they would upgrade the flowers because the first batch was frozen and the petals were falling off. The second batch arrived, but they are not much better. They are mums and they look dead too and dried out. Very disappointed in this company. I have advised my granddaughter not to order flowers from there again.
I received a Christmas poinsettia and plants but it came on its side, half out of its pot and all of the poinsettia was smashed other than 3 sad red petals. I called I emailed I chatted and no one did anything. What a scam this company is.
They. Large me twice by mistake and refused to cancel one order. They claim they are a Quebec company- they don't, offer service in French. They phone number doesn't work, nor their email address, I finally got a hold of a "VIP customer rep" who hung up on me,
Very easy to select and send from New Zealand to Lincoln UK. Flowers were beautiful and in keeping with a bereavement. Very well received, and arrived within 24 hours of order. I would highly recommend this florist.
Bloomex customer service is always excellent and the flowers are always fresh. If anything goes wrong then they will take care of it. I love their arrangements, they're different and always beautiful.
My great friends were absolutely thrilled with their bouquet and chocolates. Delivered on time and absolutely beautifully presented. I ordered these from England and can't praise Bloomex enough. A huge thank you.

Very dishonest company. I purchased flowers in the USA for a funeral in Canada recently, and the charges for the flowers were in Canadian Dollar. I thought when I received by credit card bill the final amount would be adjusted to the equivalent of USA $. The lady from customer service said that they charge the same for the arrangements it does not matter if you are paying with USA or Canadian credit card. As of today 1 Canadian $ equal 1.26 USA $. To make matters worse, the flowers that was received looked nothing like what was shown online. I send in a picture to customer service of the flowers received and the compensation that was extended to me for the incorrect flowers was $20 credit to future order. Do you think I would purchase flowers again from Bloomex, HELL NO. You can keep the $20 credit. Once bitten twice shy. Very shady establishment.
Ordered from Vancouver BC and they delivered to my aunt's house the next day in Hayling Island UK. Great job and the flowers looked exactly like the ones online. They also send you an email with a picture of the bouquet when they deliver which was really nice to see. Great overall!
Scam, no communication over 5 days of my 15 attempts, no answers that made me feel comfortable about my purchase over the phone, they start talking quite and say they can't help or hear you. I still have no idea if my order was delivered
Had order a Cookies and Chocolate Basket for Father's Day. Received it in the afternoon around after calling about it. The chocolate had melted all over the basket because it was probably sitting in a hot vehicle for hours. When opened one of the chocolate boxes had expiry date on it. Called to complain about the issue. Replied back with photos and didn't hear back with any email messages. Called again to see what is happening and still no resolution to the issue. Won't be order from this place again.
Still delivered during the pandemic brought smiles to my sister miles away. I like the way your floral subscription is set up it allowed me to stop at it anytime, make changes to the receiving party, types of flowers, etc. I'm not locked into anything.? In fact I decided to have the flowers come to me now! Nice work looking forward to seeing the bouquets myself
I ordered all white lilies for family after the death of our loved one. Bloomx sent a completely different cheap dead and frozen flower arrangement(not one lily in it). They shipped it by purolator from Calgary Ab to BC. I sent photos and a email for a refund. They refuse to refund will only offer a store credit. Like i will EVER order anything from this company again! Do not use this company it is completely misrepresented and a scam. Looks like a arrangement from a gas station, Those garbage flowers cost me $70
I'll be honest I ordered with high hopes and great expectations. I placed my order for delivery for the next day and received my confirmation email and patted myself on the back for picking such a great company. I then received an email saying they were sorry they couldn't deliver it the next day, they actually couldn't deliver until 4 days after but they'd send a big complimentary gift with my order and do a partial refund. I thought ok that's not that bad at least they are taking responsibility for their error... I emailed them back multiple times and left phone messages asking for confirmation that yes it would be delivered Tuesday. I finally got a hold of online chat who confirmed yes it was going today. What a relief right? Until I received a message from my brother in law who was with my mother in law when the flowers arrived. I understand that substitutions can be done but claiming these flowers are worth $69.99 is not right
I ordered my mom a bouquet for Mother's Day. Got there on time and it was gorgeous. Bloomex has a great selection of flowers and gift baskets. Definitely recommend this company when you are unable to give flowers or a gift in person. A friend of mine move to other city, so I had a sweets basket to be delivered to her. She was just elated.
Great service- I ordered from Australia for delivery in the UK. You get to choose a Florist in the area of delivery, view all their floral displays with prices in your currency so you know what you're ordering and how much it's going to cost you. The florist I chose arrived on time and the bouquet was exactly as it was pictured on the website. Very happy will use this again.
