I guess biz is that good, eh? Listen people: Gilt. Poshmark. 1stDibs. Go there. The service is better, the merchandise is authentic. And in the event your parcel remains undelivered, you won't have to deal with a two-year-old who is mad at the entire world that their job involves some tact. The rest of your garbage is being returned. You clearly need it more than I do.

Ordered a jacket, customer service was extremely quick in answering a couple of my inquiries. Loved the item I received - it arrived in a timely manner. The only reason I'm docking one star is that the jacket did have a couple small holes in it. Nothing really noticeable but still a little disappointing. But I guess it's not that out of the ordinary considering the great price. Based off of these reviews I was a little worried but overall I had a good experience.

My Bluefly purse is my favorite. They provide excellent customer service. This store made ordering my new purse the easiest I've ever done. It was enjoyable. Only free shipping could have improved it.

Bluefly has a 14-day return limit, after which their site will not generate a return label, and the customer has no other recourse because they have zero phone support. I ordered an item that took more than two weeks to get to me, so it was past the allowable window for return when I received it. Default final sale, possibly by design on Bluefly's part. And I am out almost $400 because it is too large for me. Steer clear of this company! They are extremely dodgy.

First off they messed up and sent me a wrong item. Then I got lectured for not creating an rma for all of my items being returned (which was because the system was only letting me choose one item), by a very rude person Who should definitely not be working in customer service. Terrible attitude, condescending and I will truly never ever ever recommend or use this site again.

Placed an order almost two weeks ago. Per website they suppose to ship within 1-2 business days, contacted customer service after 5 days- no response. Phone is not working. Contacted them again today - received a cancellation notice. Wow. Never again.

My experience with this company is horrible. Bought a pair of shoes and just want to exchange them. Tried to call 30 to 45 minute wait... who does that? Sent an email to their customer service 5 days ago... received an automated response and nothing since... even sent one more email and still no response. I think they are trying to rip people off... try to push you off until their return policy expires. I'm sending my shoes back and if I don't get a refund like some of the reviews I have read then I will be happy to start filing complaints with anyone and everyone! Also found the shoes at a better price at a website that actually takes care of their customers!

I ordered a sweater and the quality is poor and very thin "Cashmere". Tried to return as it clearly states on my receipt - "We hope you're happy with your purchase but in the event you need to return an item, you may send the item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within the specified return days noted in the details section of the product detail page. Bluefly offers fast and easy online returns. Click here for additional information on how to make a return."
Now, they have changed their web page and it says "no returns". Well I purchased when it clearly said they accepted returns.

Hands down the worst company I have ever done business with in my 60 years. What a scam! Sell over priced items that one cannot return. For shame on this business---I cannot imagine how they even STAY in business. Who would want to do future business with a company that has a no-returns policy? Buyer beware. As a matter of fact, don't buy from them at all. Save yourself the very expensive, over $500 mistake I made.

Bought a pair of Gucci flip flops and I got to say, shipping is so slow. It pushed my delivery date back two days to travel up north just a little bit and back south. Literally no point in doing that. It has also been in one state for FOUR days! Like what the heck!

Whenever I see more than 50 percent discount, I always back off. I assume oh my gosh how much they had to add on the original price to give us this huge discount, something like 100 percent! Please be careful when you go shopping. I'd check a couple other shops before I go ahead here.

I love shopping online because my schedule makes it difficult to shop in stores. But due to my travel schedule, I may not see my shipment for a couple weeks after delivery. I can't find the number of days to return online... it is very ambiguous and makes me feel they are hiding it on purpose. And when I try to call the number on the shipping insert (also with absolutely no information about returns or any indication that they care whether I'm satisfied or not) it's almost impossible to get through. What kind of online shopping doesn't offer customer service on the weekend in the middle of the day? I'm giving 2 stars for the history of items that I've loved, but the service has become horrible and too inflexible to be a good place to shop. Too bad.

I ordered three expensive dresses that need to be returned or exchanged for a larger size. No return slip is ever included in Bluefly orders so you have to follow their return protocol which is time consuming and seems to not be working. I have an online account but when I click on my order history it is unavailable and has been so for the past 3 days. I wrote an email to customer service over 48 h ago and no response and there is no number to call. I guess I am stuck with these dresses and will not be ordering from BF again in the future and will tell everyone I know not to do so as well.

I've purchased more than $6,000 in shoes in the last 3 years on this site. The products received have always been good and authentic, but returns have become harder and harder to the point I can no longer do business with them. My latest experience included a return which they received May 12, and for which I still had not received a refund by May 30. I tried emailing 3 times, no answer. I tried calling, phone "out of service." Finally after using Facebook threats, someone did reply, and gave me a credit for $100 less than they owed me. My followup email resulted in their saying they would correct that amount. My guess is that Bluefly is now a sale and ship outfit, but they have nobody there for followup, problems, returns, credits, etc. I'f I'm paying $500 for a pair of shoes, I expect more than complete neglect even if I am buying online. Bye Bye Bluefly.

I have never experienced something quite like this. No responses to my emails until days later, and no actual response to the questions I'm asking. Just a note that the package was "delivered", but to their own distribution center. I have been waiting on a package for two weeks, despite receiving confirmation it shipped at that time. When I go to enter my order OR log into my account there is no trace of my order anywhere. No trace of it can be found, even though I was CHARGED for the order. It tells me my order number does not exist and that no purchases were ever made.

Customer Service was terrible. They could not locate my order for days despite having an order # and my mailing address and email address. Then refused to return the item (21 days is not long enough for returns)and were not helpful about it at all. Would not buy from them again when there are so many other retailers on-line.

All the stuff is great and low priced, but the shipping is a $#*!ing disaster. On most items, it says ships in one to two business days, but mine took at least 7 to be put in the mail. Its not even like these are fake products from china. I have no idea what is up with the shipping system at Bluefly, but if you can wait for your items, go for it.

I attempted a purchase with Bluefly on 1/28/15, rec'd an email on 2/4/15 stating my purchase was shipped the day before.
The tracking number didn't work so I called daily, asking for some resolution. I tried using the Bluefly website as well as mobile app but to no avail as both keep freezing.
It's now 2/18 and bluefly is saying the item will be shipped out TOMORROW!
Whenever I ask to speak with a manager, they say someone will call back but I don't believe them now.
Did the vendor purposely try to con me with a fake tracking number?
Why is bluefly acting on their behalf, not allowing me to call the vendor directly?
I would recommend that Bluefly not be given any more business.
Bluefly doesn't seem to take the consumer seriously. I was treated with condescension, no resolution at all.
I am now trying to get my hard earned money back. After reading all sorts of negative reviews, I am wondering if I will succeed.

Do not give Bluefly your business. You will save yourself much grief.

I called them to request a return if I can get store credit. They told me the manager said no because it's outside the return window time. I get it and at least I tried I told her thank you. Then she just straight hang up on me. What a rude communication!
Will not come back for anything or spend a dime! Go somewhere else people who actually can do a basic kind communication with thank you and you are very welcome.

Fraudulent activity on my credit card after I made a purchase. I only use this card for online purchases and haven't used it in some time. I find it too coincidental. Emailed customer service and received a form letter type reply telling me to call customer services. I've seen similar posts after searching online regarding this company. Something is amiss here.

Received my Bed Stu Tess Leather boots today only to find out once I stepped outside the leather was peeling. I own many leather boots, have never seen this. It's like paint peeling off the boots. Received in box an order sheet that specified No Returns Final Sale, not what I read on return policy which is 21 days. Not happy with this purchase

I ordered a pair of $300 sunglasses from there and they broke 2 months later. I always put them in their case, didn't drop them, didn't step on them, didn't sit on them, cleaned them - essentially i took very good care of them. I called customer service when it happened and they were very unhelpful. Their return/repair policy is 14 DAYS which makes sense for returns but repairs? Cmon. I get that it's discounted designer items but they should still stand behind their product and not treat their customers like crap. I will never be purchasing from this website again and suggest you do the same.

FIrst off, I ordered an item and never received an order confirmation or shipping confirmation. Then I receive the item today (jeans), and it's about 4-5 jean sizes smaller than what I ordered and the quality is very "off". ALL of my other jeans are this particular brand, so I know this designer well, and this is a flat out fake I believe. The slip in the package says final sale however, and I cannot get a return email from anyone at Bluefly. Imagine that. What to do with a pair of jeans that would fit a 9 year old?

Be careful with them; their one day only sale prices are often inaccurate. For example, today I saw a pair of gloves supposedly only available today for an extra 15% off... that upon closer examination were the exact same price bluefly has listed them for the last two weeks (without the today only language). When I called them about this blatantly false advertising they refused to honor the promise of an additional 15% off. The supervisor's explanation gave me the impression this is a typical business practice for the company.

Bluefly was my go to site for years. I bought quality clothing at a reasonable price. Lately, it's gone down hill. I've returned items in the past without a problem and wasn't charged a $20 return and restocking fee. I didn't check their return policy before ordering a dress last week because I didn't know their policy had changed. They wanted $20 to return a $38 dress! Thinking I had misread the information, I contacted their customer service department, asking for clarification. Yep, they wanted that much money to return the item! I also asked if I could pay for the shipping fees myself using a carrier of my choice to avoid their inflated fee. I was informed that I could pay the postage myself, but I would still be charged the $20 fee for restocking. I'm done! I will never order from Bluefly again! Price gauging is not a good look, Bluefly! In addition, their sizing guide is way off! Now I'm stuck with a dress at least two sizes too small. Waste of money!
