And in the event your parcel remains undelivered, you won't have to deal with a two-year-old who is mad at the entire world that their job involves some tact. My first time buying consigned (except for ebay and Etsy). This site is a gosh diddly scam, whatever they Were, they are No More.
What's happened to me, like many reviews below, is that a wrong address was automatically chosen, with no recourse to rectify the situation. They have a disclaimer that they do not cancel orders or change addresses. How am I one of many people who's 'wrong address' was automatically inputed. This is a scam. Based on other reviews you probably don't want it anyway, but I am going to try my hardest to get my money back. Even if the package is undelivered, read below what fun adventure awaits. Call 911, I have been robbed. Disgraceful. Blew fly boogers all over that nasty warehouse floor while they steal your credit card info and scam you into a purchase you can't back out of. I'm calling the FBI. I will get that money back, Mark my words.

I am not hopeful this will be resolved. This should be illegal and probably is. You don't act like you are a real vendor because you are a robber.

I have been calling the company for numerous days and at different times. A machine answers and says agents are busy and to call again, then hangs up. So when will I get to talk to someone! I haven't ordered at this site in years and just recently placed an order. It will be the last one, most likely if I don't get my issue resolved.

After reading the reviews on this site I was questioning the order I placed with Bluefly.
Fortunately I had a great experience with the purchase of my Maui Jim sunglasses.
Price was 25% less than retail. Package was delivered one day earlier than anticipated, in brand new condition.
I'll definitely be shopping here again.

Bluefly recently sent me used Burberry bag, and won't let me return. Emailed customer service but they never respond. I can't believe this company can stay in business in USA. Which most of companies' priority is customer satisfaction... I am speechless. I personally won't recommend this site to friends and families. How rude they don't even reply to your email?

Like everyone else said, worst customer service possible. They flat out lie to customers.
To keep a long story short, I returned two items through the mail to BlueFly. The shipping tracking states they received it on 12/19. It is now 1/27, more than 6 weeks later, and I still have not received the amount back on my credit card. I have called customer service three times now (in addition to multiple emails) - once on 1/3, again on 1/20, and again on 1/23. Every single time, they said the return was in process and I should see the credit in 24 hours. It still has not gone through. I am calling my credit card and reporting the original charge as fraud to get my money back.

Although I love the stellar selection and fantastic prices, the customer service was sub par when I experienced an issue with a purchase.
I received an item I didn't order in place of 2 items I actually ordered. I had to file a dispute to have the items credited because Bluefly determined they were not culpable. I don't know how that is possible considering I received an item I never order, but not the 2 items I did. Anyway it turned out they had similar issues with orders placed by other customers as well. There was some kind of warehouse issue. I was finally credited for the purchase, but I never received the 2 items ordered to wear for a special event- so that really sucked.
I am disappointed I had to escalate the issue to obtain resolution.
Aside from the one awful incident, I have been generally pleased with my purchases on bluefly. I wish I could get past the sour experience and shop there more often because they do offer some fabulous deals.

Despite 10 days passing since a return was delivered and signed by Bluefly, got no email confirming the return was processing. Emailed customer service and heard back the next day stating they processed a refund that day. Took an email from me to process a refund. The response also stated that it will take 5-10 business days for the refund to post to my credit card. Been 10 business days and still don't see a credit. They are prompt in immediately billing your card when an order is placed. Terrible service. Will not shop with them again.

I have recently purchased an expensive designer handbag from Bluefly.com as a final sale item. However, the handbag was defected when I open the box. I have contacted their customer service many times and trying to get it returned, but they don't take it back for return! I understand the final sale item is not returnable but that doesn't mean you can sell customers with defected product especially when it's over $2200!

I ordered 4 pairs of shoes from Bluefly and three have arrived but the fourth one has not. My online account says the missing pair have been delivered to another address. I have sent numerous requests via email and tried to call during the last two weeks and have had no response. I am very disappointed with their service, and will not be purchasing from them again.

Wow. I should have read all the reviews before i bought something. I shop on line all the time and thought this company was reputable. I ordered a pair of shoes and it took 2 months to arrive... when they finally arrived i didn't want them. I tried to return them and they told me my order "did not exist"... upon further review, they then told me that the order was delivered 2 months ago and i am outside of their return policy... i literally just got the package and tried to tell them i have not had the order for two months. Very stressful situation and now facing a store credit that i do not want or need since i will not be shopping there ever again. I am still waiting to hear back from customer service which they said will take 2 days... this is crazy and very bad business. Order number *******6130 1 which, by the way, they claim doesn't exist... do NOT order from this company. Beware. Wish i was warned.

I have ordered from them twice now and the first time i returned an item it was no problem at all. The customer service reps are friendly and made sure to make my call a priority. The second item i received is outstanding. It is a beautiful watch, brand new, and bought at such a great price. Can't compete with these guys. The shipping was fast and they kept me up to date on my package from the time it left, to the time it arrived. I will definitely be ordering from them in the future.

I tried to purchase a pair of Common Project shoes in a size 5.
The confirmation came through as a size 9 and Bluefly blamed me for their mistake and sent the wrong size despite numerous emails from me asking them to cancel the transaction.
They were not helpful and actually abusive.
I have been a heavy consumer of designer fashion for almost 50 years and believe Bluefly is the worst platform. The worst!
Do yourself a favor any do not do business with this company.
Even if you have to pay more, skip this horrible web seller.

I just ordered a dress from Bluefly and regrettably checked the reviews of this site after I had placed the order. Shocked that this company does not respond to the vast number of negative reviews it receives. Hoping that my experience prompts me to write a positive review to refute some of the serious complaints against this site. I think the lack of HUMAN phone support for customers is the worst of all grievances - and no reason for it. Fingers crossed that I can follow this statement up with a favorable review of the site.

I placed an order for a top on Bluefly. Shortly after placing my order I received an email advising the order had shipped. After not receiving the item for weeks, I checked the tracking link and it showed a label had been created but the item was never shipped. Despite repeated emails to Bluefly, I've only received one response from a customer service representative (written in poor English) advising Bluefly is looking into the issue. It's been weeks since I ordered this top and I have a little to no confidence I will ever receive it. I plan to dispute the transaction with my credit card company. Do not purchase from this site.

Ordered some UGGS Boots for my daughter for making straight "A's". She received them today and was very excited until she opened the box to see they were damaged. "BlueFly has the worst customer service of any online store. I was out of the country unexpectedly for one month and two weeks overdue for the return as specified online (21 days from the purchase date). So I made a couple of phone calls asking for an exception for return and no use. They just don’t really care about customers’ satisfaction and don’t have the intention to keep a client. I don’t think I will shop from them any more and my family/friends will all boycott this store. The Worst Store Ever."

It only initially tells you that it ships out in 2 days, not that it will take 5-9 business days. Not a huge deal but you can't cancel orders and they charge you for returns if you don't do it their way in their time. Well their estimated time on my one pair of socks exceeds the amount they originally stated.
Don't waste your time and money on this site. Shop at Amazon or Ebay. The policies are real, clearly stated, and fair.

Check to make sure if the item is "Final Sale" because they won't care about customer service if it is. They already got your money...

I bought several dresses and was ready to return what didn't work the same day I received the merchandise so I would meet their return policy of 14 - 21 days because you need to make sure you add in the number of days it may take to be received at the warehouse. They would not let me return 13 items that didn't work until they shipped the last 2 dresses - which is 4 days later and the 2 remaining dresses still have not been shipped. This is ridiculous!

I had used bluefly.com for years without any issues on returns or quality of product.
In the LAST 6 MONTHS late 2013 early 2014 I have had issues. The quality has dropped they seem to offer the designer outlet quality clothing (if you don't already know, a lot of designers have an A & B line) similar but not the same.
I returned two sweaters 62 days ago, weeks of phone calls and emails I finally received a reply and a yet to be received on my credit card statement credit for only one of two items returned. Buyer Beware this company has changed

This site practices deceptive sales practices. Received an order and wished to return as item. They claimed it was a final sale. I received a blouse that smelled like cigarette smoke. Upon receipt of the package, I sent an email to customer service to ask if they had another blouse like it that it could be swapped with. The back and forth with their customer service rep was laughable. They were the most rude and condescending people I've ever dealt with in all of my online shopping experiences. Their policy is confusing which is why I had questions and was shamed by their "customer service" person for asking questions that they said were clear in their policy! It will be my first and last order.

I ordered shoes and they were excellent quality but too large. I wanted to exchange them but a return has a $20 fee. I would have exchanged them but took the loss for fear the 8 1/2 may be too small. Not worth it.

I got an email from shop style claiming there is a sale on a suit being sold on bluefly, however when I went on their website they had a higher price advertised. Then I called bluefly and they told me they are no longer "affiliated" with shop style and so they cannot honor the price listed in the email I received. Very poor customer service.
