And in the event your parcel remains undelivered, you won't have to deal with a two-year-old who is mad at the entire world that their job involves some tact. My. Package was given by USPS to a stranger and stolen. When I reached out to Bluefly this was their response.

Bluefly is one of the worst online sales companies I have ever experienced. They charged me for an order they cancelled bc it was out of stock. Then continued to tell me the order was still coming and thats why I got charged, despite an email from them saying it was cancelled. They also never sent me tracking info. The returns are also a nightmare. They dont tell you you will have to pay for both shipping to and from which is no refundable. So you end up eating $16. They claim to have designer discounts yet the prices are still so high despite selling out of season and discontinued product. Everything is also shipped ground so it takes nearly two weeks to arrive and returns will also take two weeks plus 10 plus days after for them to process. Customer service is a whole other issue. TERRIBLY RUN BUSINESS. STAY AWAY.

I purchased a $300 belt which did not fit. I returned it with the return shipping label provided by bluefly on 6/21/17... To date I have still not received my refund. I have emailed bluefly with no response... Reading these reviews I am now afraid I may never get my money back. I will never order from them again.

I have never in my life experienced such poor customer service and the website in general. I tried to order a pair of boots four times and each time it said my billing address was incorrect. I checked with my bank and it was correct. This website should be shut down. It is despicable and poorly run. I do not recommend buying anything through this website.

I ordered something on the 22 second of january they have not even sent me a conformation email saying it was shipped off yet, i tweet to them trying to get there attention and they just ignore me. They told me my calvin cline body spray would be here in 2 days nothing yet not even a conformation email.

If there is an option for zero star, I would give bluefly.com zero star! My bf bought me a cashmere for Christmas and he ended up returning it. He gifted the store credit to my account and unfortunately I forgot the password to my account. I called the customer service 3 times on 2/29/2016 and was told there is a IT issue that's why I am not getting the password reminder. They put in a IT request ticket for me and promised to give me an update in 2 days. A week later, on 3/8/2016, still no contact from Bluefly. I called the customer service again and was told IT request is in waiting status and there is no promise of when they will actually look into my issue. 4 phone calls and waited for more than a week, I still can not get my password back! Please spend your money somewhere else.

I confirmed with customer support that the NEW BV belt I want as a gift was gonna come in the original BV box. However, it came in a generic white cardboard box and it was badly scratched. Here's the customer service response when I asked for a return. Even at a discount bluefly should offer goods as advertised but the customer service person pretty much told me that I should expect to be scammed. This better-than-thou attitude is astonishing as they're in wrong in the first place.

I will never shop at Bluefly again. The merch quality is excellent but service is atrocious. Fast to charge for orders, and endlessly slow to credit returns. You can never get through on the phone. Chat servers always crash. Account online doesn't reflect orders and returns, so you need to hunt emails to track orders and returns. I'm fed up -- Still waiting for refund for merch returned and received by Bluefly two weeks ago.
Follow up: it took almost a month, ten emails, a dozen calls, and complaints with my credit card company to get my money back. Whatever turkey says bad reviewers are being paid to write bad reviews is drinking kool-aid. If the company were decent, and stopped blaming their warehouse for poor servicemen I'd be happy to give it a good review. Who gets paid for bad reviews, anyway?
I do a ton of online shopping. Bluefly stinks, it's that simple.

Fraudulent representation of merchandise. Purchased 3 dresses that turned out to be terrible quality. Have never seen such poor materials in any store. Not even close to a reasonable knock off of "designer." After they emailed me labels for return, they gave store credit on one dress, and took the two others with no refund, no credit, no resend, nothing. Nothing had been special sale, and they were all sent at the same time! Deceptive advertising, contradictory customer service. Ordered a 'designer' handbag to use up the store credit, when it came it was a second with manufacturing defects, glue bits sticking out, truly shoddy. I threw in the towel. Will try to sell it on ebay for 1/3 what I paid to cut my losses. Never, never, never. Avoid these Massachusetts hucksters.

Really bad customer service experience! Bought a couple pairs of pajamas and Bluefly sent the wrong size. Asked to return but because we had taken off tags, could not get any return.
Amazon would have just sent the right size because they were the ones who made the mistake!
Customer service was EXTREMELY rude in responses and personally insulted my wife for getting upset after several reasonable requests.
Would love to hear from someone if this is standard practice here, but unfortunately other reviews online seem to show similar issues.

Garbage website and even worse customer service. Ive ordered twice from here and all their products are damaged/ defective usually in some way. I ordered a ferragamo wallet for my girlfriend for her birthday recently (July 19,2013) and it came damaged. Funny thing is when i called, the CSR said that she can completely believe me when I say its damaged and that it would probably be re listed again when i returned it. Sure i got my refund but only after 15 days and i had to call 3 times and yell at CSR. Most frustrating company and harrowing experience. Absolutely crapppp website. Ur better buying from gilt or zappos. This site is GARBAGE

I ordered three products from this site and only one arrived. The first time I called, the CS agent hung up on me. The second time, the hold time was over 10 minutes. No one answered and I hung up. My email has gone unanswered. I had to contact people through Linkedin. Several weeks later I see a partial refund on my credit card, after the company publicly states that they couldn't find my order. Then, they post my PERSONAL INFORMATION on public website. A retaliatory, unprofessional and illegal practice. Yet another example of how ridiculous Bluefly.com is. Stay way. Tell your friends. Read the over abundance of negative reviews.

I gave Bluefly another chance after so many disappointments and boy did they not disappoint on being the worst company ever!
After 2 freaking weeks of waiting for my order i finally received my shoes in the wrong size!
Now, as i suspected, i could not get in touch with their customer service again! After having waited for half an hour on the phone, despite promised 4 min, they just hang on me!
How is it that they're still in business? I think i should report them to a Better Business Burea! I really want to see them go down once and for all!

Have ordered thousands of dollars of merchandise from this company over the years. Recently ordered a tote for my daughter and discovered the next morning that the order had been duplicated and was incorrect. I called very early to ask that the duplicate order be cancelled and was told it was too late - just send the duplicate order back they said. After seven phone calls, two emails and multiple assurances that they would send a return merchant authorization, I have received NOTHING. Was told that a supervisor would be calling - no call. I will not be doing business with this company again - EVER.

Purchased a dress and returned it the next business day. Didn't receive any notification that the return was received (good thing I had the tracking information) and they still have not issued the credit. Holding on to a customers money and not issuing a credit for 7-10 days after they received it back is totally unacceptable. Beware if you need to return anything to Bluefly

So many times i've been on websites and had a quick question and tried Chat help, only to have it fail, go unanswered, or received answers that were clearly cookie cutter broad responses. I wondered if i had even found a live person. I've purchased several items from Bluefly.com and being told it will be shipped from different locations. I've been waiting for the last item to be delivered for about 10 days, so I tried to contact them, OMG you will never find a customer service that bad, never answer the phone and don't respond the email. The day after I filed the complaint, the last item has arrived, but they shipped the wrong item. I tried to contact them again, of course, no one answer the phone and no email sent back to me for the exchange instruction. Beware buyers, Bluefly.com is not a company with integrity, especially their customer service is horrible, do not buy from them.

I ordered a lower case diamond initial j necklace. I was unable to track my item using the bluefly website. They finally sent me a tracking number days after contacting them, which was pointless because it arrived the day they sent the tracking number. When I opened the package I discovered that they sent a completely different J initial necklace. The item I ordered was originally $440, but on sale for $350. They charged me the $440 price. Really disappointed with this site, I definitely wont be shopping here again!

I've purchased sunglasses from this despicable website thinking that it is a good and honest website. I waited more than 2 weeks to receive the item only to get a fully intact mailing box with damaged items inside. The original sunglasses box and case were severely dented and in very bad shape. When I contacted costumer service the person insisted that this damage occurred in shipping. Obviously it is absurd since the mailing box was in pristine condition. Sunglasses inside were damaged as well, but honestly judging from the exterior look I'm amazed that the damage wasn't more sever.
Costumer service only by email. Whoever is responding to emails needs years of training until able to communicate respectfully with people and provide good costumer service. Bottom line don't do business with this website.

I ordered three Harrison cashmere sweaters from Bluefly.com in early November 2014. After less than 10 wearings each, all three showed varying degrees of pilling on the sweaters. I've had cashmere sweaters for years with no signs of pilling, but in attempting to rectify with Bluefly in February 2015, they said that was 'normal wear', and were unwilling to do anything about it. It took two and a half days for a response of 'tough'. Of course, you only wear the same thing so often, so I didn't figure out the sweaters were junk until my dispute rights had expired with PayPal. I reached out for a 'goodwill' replacement or refund, and was told by PayPal I was out of luck.
The only positive I can think of are that they shipped quickly.
I'll certainly never buy from Bluefly again, neither should you.

Bluefly is supposed to sell high-quality, designer items, but they are among the worst for returns and customer service. In one instance, an item I ordered and paid for did not ship for over a month. When I asked for a refund, they said I would have a store credit on my account. I never received the store credit months later. The website tries to scam you out of money for products you never receive. Also, they have the slowest shipping.

I got up this morning and checked my bank account on-line and found 4 charges from $1.00 to $389.95, totaling $448.95 leaving me a bank balance of $9.77 all from Bluefly.com and I had never even heard of them. I wonder how my card number was used at this establishment? And how I will make it for the next couple of weeks without this cash in my account. I vow to never use my credit card number on-line ever again! I don't know if this has anything to do with Bluefly, but there were 4 charges AND one reverse charge for $1.00. Looks like an inside job to me.

This is the second time I have ordered something from Bluefly that they said was in stock, but wasn't! So disappointed since these were items I really wanted.
Bluefly already went out of business, once back in 2019. Leaving customers and their staff high and dry.
