I guess biz is that good, eh? Listen people: Gilt. Poshmark. 1stDibs. Go there. The service is better, the merchandise is authentic. And in the event your parcel remains undelivered, you won't have to deal with a two-year-old who is mad at the entire world that their job involves some tact. The rest of your garbage is being returned. You clearly need it more than I do.

They doesn't give a $hiT about the customers. They are liars and crooked. Please do not buy from them. They get their defective products from different merchants and they have no idea what they are selling. I'd avoid this website like plague. I bought a pair of New Balance. It clearly says on the description page they were made in the US. But when i received them i found out they were made in Vietnam. Bull$#*! lies! I called them and asked if they could refund because they deceived me. Now they are telling the shoes are worn and we dont issue refund on worn items. WTF! You liars!

Scam site - wouldn't let me return shoes that don't fit. Only have 21 days from date they claim they shipped to me but it took 18 days to actually receive the shoes. Didn't realize i would only have 3 days after receipt to return them. Emailed customer service and explained situation and was told tough no refund no exchange. Stay away from these crooks.

I ordered some Sperry's since my dog ate mine. They were limited edition and hard to find when they were in season last season, and nearly impossible to find now. I found them at Bluefly for $40 (I paid $90 last season) and figured it was worth the risk at that price since I saw some iffy reviews. I got them within a week and they were exactly what I expected. I am very happy with my order.

I never received my order. Emailed bluefly 3 times and never got a response. After several tries I was able to talk to someone on the phone - who didn't care and wasn't going to do anything. Called back to speak to a supervisor - and was told everyone went home early. Tried again the next day - same thing. Had to resort to cancelling the credit card transaction

This has to be the worst experience ever. The website went back to old addresses I had on file and used an express checkout without any warning. I tried to cancel my order or call to have it cancelled and there is no customer service at all. I tried calling my credit card company and Bluefly has already charged my account 800 dollars for the item and there is nothing I can do. I do not want the item. I tried to cancel immediately and there was no way to contact the company - no call center on to email them. This is a poor website and even worse customer service. If I am charged for this and get no response I am plastering this over social media and to the Today Show. This is ridiculous.

Order 5 pair of shoes only received 2 pairs. Shipment says delivered however they were not delivered idk if its fedex or usps at fault, or if package was stolen. However i keep calling blue fly 1800 number and it seems to be disconnected, everything has been email, now i a emailing blue rep back and forth all day, and it seems like a run around all day to get my money back or my darn shoes. They keep telling me i have to file claim with fedex and usps, they keep telling me blue fly did not ship packages, then why is blue fly on my Bank Statement? This is a hassle, time consuming, i wont be using them again this is absurd

BlueFly has the worst customer service of any online store in which I have shopped. Customer service makes or breaks a good shopping experience, It doesn't matter if you get a great deal and then cannot return it because it doesn't fit. Or, you can return it but your return isn't credited to your account. And you have to pay for the return, to boot. And depending where you live, drive miles to drop it off. To add insult to injury, the return process is complicated and have to wait on the telephone for quite a while before a customer service agent is available. Horrible experience. I will never shop there again.

My transaction went very well. I bought a pair of diamond earrings. Was worried initially, but they kept me informed from moment one as to where we were in the process, the earrings arrived quickly, and they were as described. I have had great compliments regarding the quality of the diamonds, even from the saleslady at De Beers. They even checked on me after the sale to be sure I was happy. I would buy again from them.

"I was one of the earliest customers of bluefly 1n 1999. I bought two Daryl K sweaters, which were very nice, and then a new bedding set. I returned the bedding and they credited my account. The only problem was that I was unable to access the credit, as I could not change my address on the account, nor have them sent to me at my new address. Spent many hours on the phone with them, and still they clung to this ridiculous policy to screw me out of $150. I never shopped with them again, and am still bitter about it 14 years later. Bluefly essentially stole my money, and it appears that, going by other reviews, they are somehow still doing the same to other customers all these years later. How in the world have they stayed in business? This is a horrible, horrible company and I hope they get exactly what they deserve. I hate this company and will always remember that they stole a little chunk of my youthful innocence. Burn, bluefly, because you absolutely suck."

Ordered shoes that was priced, on their website, at $121; however, upon receipt, there was a sticker on the shoes that read $46. I've attempted to get the difference back but was told to send the shoes back and they'll refund my money, minus shipping, and supposedly they had attached the label to the email, but it was not attached. I asked several times. There was no return label. I've been bamboozled! Wish I'd read the reviews first.

They are a fraud. You'd better call police and report them.
I ordered one top and they didn't ship it, but sent me a track number. I sent numerous emails and they didn't respond except a automatic respond mail. They didn't explain why this happened, but I found out they lost the item in the warehouse, but never sent me an email or responded. They took my money. Finally I was going to call a police, and they refunded me. Again, I'm telling you they are a fraud. I don't understand how they still can run their business.

This evening, I tried to generate my return label and entered my order # and email address, and then the website said "Oops, that page does not exist". Then I tried to create an account with my email, the website then showed "ERROR". I will call customer service tomorrow morning.

I have had a terrible experience with bluefly.com. Their return policy states that a refund will be issued within 10 days of them receiving the merchandise at their wearhouse. It has not been exactly one month since they have received my return and I have still NOT received my refund. Every time I speak with customer service, they tell me that they have put in a request to process my refund on PRIORITY - but here I am 30 days later, with still no refund!

I was done with Bluefly but they were not done with me. After my last experience, I vowed to never shop there. I failed to close my account. A $400 hand bag shows up at my house last month, ordered on my account. Luckily with my CC company I was able to return. Bluefly was unable to explain how this happened. My account now closed.

How come they never have my size - This site seems to only carry the left over sizes... I'm a size 4 and I have yet to find something I like in stock. It seems you need to be either a size 0 or 14 to find anything here.

I ordered a pair of Swarovski sunglasses. I was pleased with how fast I received them. The glasses however appear too flimsy and I did not received a Swarovski eyeglass case as depicted on the website. This site is questionable and I don't think I will order from them again.

This has got to be the worst site to shop on! Every time I have tried to place an order it got cancelled because the item was unavailable. Recently I placed an order and received confirmation that my item was shipped. Once I received my order the shoe box had the correct size on it but the shoes inside were 3 sizes bigger. I contacted customer service via email and received a response 3 days later without any resolution. The response was that I received the correct item. I then took a screenshot of my order confirmation with the correct size I ordered and sent it back to customer service. This time I received a response immediately (which was nice) however, the rep told me that their system shows a different size than my email confirmation showed. I will be sending the item back and needless to say, will NEVER SHOP there again!

I ordered a dress on May 29. It shipped on June 3 and was delivered on June 8. I was only given 21 days from the date my order shipped (June 3) to return the dress. This really is not enough time to return an item. In addition, they would not give me store credit for the item.

I ordered few items late in the evening, first thing next day i called about my order. Reason was the night before the site wouldnt allow me to change my address so i called first thing in the morning to do so. The lady was very unhelpful. She said they cant change the address for security reasons; how is it we can call our credit card company/insurance/etc over the phone and verify our info but to do a change of address is a breach of security. Long story short my items will be delivered to an address from 7 years ago and i cant do much about it. Never shopping with them again.
