You heard me. Your ridiculous and unhinged responses to me asking to verify details that I didn't have access had me raising an eyebrow. But your defensiveness? How do you still have a job? I guess biz is that good, eh? Listen people: Gilt. Poshmark. 1stDibs. Go there. The service is better, the merchandise is authentic. And in the event your parcel remains undelivered, you won't have to deal with a two-year-old who is mad at the entire world that their job involves some tact. The rest of your garbage is being returned. You clearly need it more than I do.

Today I received an email per paypal and bluefly that my $68.10 was refunded. Although It took several reviews and continuous calls, complaints and emails. I'm very appreciative that my money was returned. Thank you for posting my review but I stand strongly on the one Star. Bluefly customer service has been the worst experience I've endured as an online customer needing assistance. I'm always online shopping and at times I know people will say they didn't receive a item and did. I'm not one of those people I truly believe in Karma and that saying "What goes around comes around" as well as "honestly is the best policy" I felt bullied with this company but I didn't give up. I kept pushing back with true Facts. Thanks again Sitejabber for sharing my review.

I order a pair of sunglasses 2 was ago! Haven't receive my glasses!. Now I'm ready to go on my trip without my designer sunglasses!. I will not support they line again that's it!..

I placed two separate orders from them. First a pair of mezlan shoes. When I got the order I was so excited! I opened the box and almost cried. Lol the shoes were used and scratched. I just couldn't believe it. So then I said let me at least open the 2box which was for a ferragamo belt that I paid over 250 dollars. I was also very excited. Well I opened the box the buckle was tottally tarnished and scratched up. And the tags were not on the belt it had no numbers on the belt I was fuming! I called and said I want to return ASAP. I'm waiting to see if they give me trouble. I will never order from them or recommend anyone they.

Deceitful and untrustworthy advertising practices, and shady handling of customer dissatisfaction.

Received an email from them saying "$40 for you" that included a $40 off purchase coupon code. I normally don't believe in a "free lunch," but have received and redeemed legitimate free credits from other shopping sites, so I clicked on the link. It turned out to be $40 off a $200 purchase. I went back to reread the fine print in the email to check for restrictions and rules like minimum purchase required. Nothing of the sort was noted in the email. I then visited their Facebook page and saw that others experienced the same thing and felt that Bluefly was employing deceitful advertising tactics. I voiced my unhappiness along with the others. Upon visiting their page the next day, I noticed they had deleted all negative comments on their page.

Rather than acknowledge their mistake, they merely covered it up in what I assume was an effort to protect their image.

How about addressing your problems directly and honestly, Bluefly? Your disingenuity and questionable handling of customer dissatisfaction makes me wonder what other shady business practices you employ.

I was looking to buy a Longchamp bag for my daughter and found a good price on this website. I should have read the reviews first. I felt that the web site was not very user friendly, as I struggled with inputting different shipping and billing addresses because my daughter lives in another state. I double and tripped checked before placing the order. I knew something fishy was going on when I received an order confirmation with the order number only and without my name, address, or any order detail. I went on the website to check the details and was horrified to see that the shipping address was not my daughter's, but mine plus my daughter's apartment number slammed to my address (I live in a single house). It is Friday night now. Their chat does not work and the customer service keeps banker's hours (M-F, 9-5 EST). I am going on a week long trip early tomorrow morning and callings the customer service to figure things out is the last thing I want to do. I have sent the e-mail requesting the correction. I am very unhappy and feel sorry I used this website. If they ship this item to my address, it will cost me $15 to ship it to my daughter or fight with these sharks to get my money returned. Ouch!

I placed an order over a week ago for sunglasses for my girlfriend's birthday. The website says that the item will ship within 2 business days, yet my order still hasn't shipped - rather the website says that my order is "still processing"! Bluefly had no problem taking my money before they "processed" my order.

I called in last week and spoke with a customer service rep who was no help. She said that the item will ship out "tomorrow" - that was 4 days ago. I could tell when talking to her that she was lying by how she sounded and reacted to my questions. She was just trying to rush me off the phone. She obviously had no real insight into when my product would ship.

I was initially pleased with my purchase as I figured this was a legitimate site/company - but now I am beginning to find out and realize that it is a fraud. I should have read all of the horrible reviews before ordering from them.

I'm still hoping that the company does whats right and sends me my order in a timely fashion. If so, I'll edit this rating/review. Unfortunately, I'm not holding my breath after reading that the company more often than not doesn't even send people what they ordered and then responds to their complaints with, "Sorry, Final Sale - No Returns"

I wrote this quick review of the website on for others to see but my next review/action is going to be with the BBB and FTC.

All I want is a truthful response from Bluefly or better yet, the product that I ordered, delivered!

Tip for consumers:
Do your research before buying here. They seem to go out of their way to scam people and give horrible customer service. Like that is their mission statement.

I purchased 2 pr of shoes from blueflly. This did not fit properly so I proceeded to try to get in touch with them. It took me a week before I finally reached someone and at that point she informs me that my return time is 14 days from the arrival date. She said I was 2 days over but would take care of it. I returned the shoes within 2 hrs of speaking with her and was expecting $60 minus the 7.95 fee for shipping. Instead I was issued credit for $22.05. I have now tried for days to get in touch with them again DO NOT PURCHASE FROM BLUEFLY... I WILL ONLY USE ZAPPOS! NO RESTOCK FEE, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, 365 DAYS TO RETURN... THANKS TO PAYPAL THEY ARE TAKING CARE OF THIS FOR ME.

I wish I had read some reviews before purchasing from bluefly. First of all, they give you a 25% intro coupon, which was invalid on anything I was interested in purchasing - due to the brand or amount it was already marked down. So definitley read the fine print before getting excited. Secondly, after placing an order for 2 dresses, the transaction was cancelled due to "error with the billing information" - a problem I have never had before, anywhere, ever. The actual "error" was that MY name was listed on the billing address but I was using my HUSBANDS credit card, on an account that we both share. When I called to remedy the situation, customer service was useless and rude. Also, because the transaction was cancelled, the dress is now no longer available. What?! And what they offered in apology was a joke - an express shipping credit. FOr what? A dress I cannot buy? I will not need the credit because I will never be shopping Bluefly again. My original intention was to purchase 2 dresses and return the one I liked least. Now I am concerned about the return process as I have read multiple reviews stating they are slow to refund. I would have given this review 1 star, but they do have nice merchandise, and I'm sure you could get lucky and receive something you like. But, I'm not going to chance it again. There are too many other more reliable options on line, with better customer service.

I placed an order beginning of May. The order somehow got lost at the Fed X warehouse and has been sitting there for SIX WEEKS now! I have contacted customer service at least half a dozen times now trying to get a refund since they cant even tell me where my package is. First they tell me they have to file a claim before they can issue a refund. I've never received email verification or any proof that a claim was created. Then I was told they have to determine if the package is in deed lost before they can issue a refund. The vendor has never reached out to me since apparently they have to issue the refund not Bluefly. So here we are more than 30 days later no package no refund and I'm out almost $200. This company is scamming people the customer service is terrible. I told them the way they treat consumers is completely unacceptable. Anyone considering buying from this bogus site be aware! There are much better places to spend your money where you wont have a terrible experience or be robbed! Worst experience I have ever had!

Ordered a diamond ring, which was way smaller than it was looking on the pictures. I returned it and ordered a more expansive one. Same issue, way to small. Did send it back. Than the nightmare startet! I got an e-mail, telling me, I wont get a refund, because the ring was not in the box, when they recieved it, attached a picture from the emty box! They accused me, Ive stolen the ring! So I answered, that it was in the box, when I delivered it at Fedex. And this picture, just ridiculous! Who knows, if they didt take it out? Or it got stolen on the way? So they told me, that I have to file a claim against Fedex. Ha? I answered, that thats not my problem, Blufly has to do it. No answer, but they sent me back the emty box! I will take a lawyer!

Just got my box of UGGs and upon opening the package, I could tell they were fake!
Between me and my kids, I have purchase 4 pairs in the last 2 years and can easily tell the difference!
What I received is a VERY good imitation - can easily fool someone, unless they know what they are looking for. The material is an excellent man-made imitation of sheep skin. But its FABRIC.
There is no security feature/QR code.
You could tell just looking at the box and opening it that it lacked the quality of an authentic UGG product!
I didn't waste any more time investigating.
Called Bluefly right away to complain and ask for a full refund.
They, of course, started arguing with me, telling me that all their vendors sell is authentic. Asked me for pictures so their vendor can investigate.

The service rep I spoke with, although not rude, came across as rather unprofessional. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was told there wasn't one, he didn't know when one would be there and that even if there was, they would tell me the same thing.
I am disputing the transaction with my credit card company.
Not paying they return shipping fee, as I fund it ridiculous!

I don't like there return policy.It's hard to know your shoe size with different brands.I didn't know they charged $20 to return. Probably my last purchase from Bluefly.com

NIGHTMARE! BEWARE!
This was my first purchase with Bluefly. I bought 2 pair of AG jeans. They arrived in a week and I needed to return them. I bought them with a discount and wanted to get another size for the discount price... OMG, I wish I had Googled Bluefly reviews first. So, I called the customer service number and this woman said "No, problem, I can reorder the right size with the discount". She attempted to process the order FIVE times and EVERYTIME it charged my card. She blamed my card so we tried Paypal and the same thing happened. I was on the phone with her for 2.5 hours. It took a week and half and many phone calls to get the charge dropped from the Paypal account. The order was never processed and the "supervisor" was a glorified rep. She could do nothing to override or correct anything. At this point they offered no resolution so I simply sent the 2 pair of jeans back. 2.5 weeks after they have received the return I still have not received my refund. When I called to ask I was met with a condescending male rep who told me "Bluefly has been in business for 15 years and that everyone makes mistakes". Of course, he had "no control" over any refunds..."But don't worry, it takes 10 business days". Apparently, he can't add. I have never had a refund take weeks once it has been received. I think Blufly is an unstable "business" and probably floats its money. I filed a claim with the payee and will get my refund BUT will NEVER buy from Bluefly again. Everything about Bluefly from beginning to end is an unprofessional joke.

I have tried to order a pair of shoes THREE times from this company - one pair twice, and a separate pair once. All three times the order went through and then a week later i get an email that the item was out of stock and the order was cancelled. How, in today's day and computerized age, is a company so incompetent that they have fouled up not one, not two, but THREE orders?! I have NEVER experienced anything like this ever before with any other company. I was hoping third time was going to be a charm, but it turns out it was third strike and i'm out. And when they inform me, they give me a code for free shipping - well, all three orders had free shipping to begin with so THANKS FOR YOUR OVERWHELMING GENEROSITY.

I recently purchased a Balenciaga bag. Upon opening, I immediately suspected counterfeit. There is no serial # anywhere, the number of holes in shoulder strap each side were 13...should be 12. The inside was not cotton canvas as described. The " lambskin" doesn't look real. The dustbag was like parchment. I contacted Bluefly via email(they don't have a phone#, and refuse to converse via phone). They sent a slew of pre made denial texts, going back to theme that all their " merchandise is authentic". When I pointed out all the discrepancies they got hostile. They then said I have a " history of doing this making them suspicious of fraud!". This is blatantly untrue. I went to credit card company who are currently being helpful. I also reported to BBB in Fla. They did their part, but said company just sticks to a denial format, and a " final sales" theme, ignoring that they sold knowing/unknowingly a counterfeit. BBB says they have numerous complaints about Bluefly. I notified AARP, who were very helpful. They also identified them on a list with very poor consumer ratings. There are no email or # for any corporate members of Bluefly, which are located in NYC. So buyer beware.

I should have read online reviews stating they are indeed selling counterfeits, along with authentic merchandise.

This was my first time ordering from this company and it will be my last I placed an order received two emails with shipping and tracking so I waited 48 hours tracked my two shipments I get message saying USPS waiting package so I call blue fly they tell me the will look into and call me back nothing from them I called two days later tell them I have two orders with tracking explained the issue there reply give it a view more days until monday they stick to there scripts and seem not intrested in helping there customers locate packages they have cleared paid for, I will contact them again until they either locate my packages or I cancel and get refunded Dont buy from here if you need asap. Very slow and unsupportive yo there customers

I placed a order for A Lanvin hat the order was Flagged for Fraud it didn't go through I let the bank know that it was me they told me place it again so it would go I did I received to different orders I started a return but I wanted to know why was I being held responsible for the return charge somebody from the response team emailed me with a nasty respond we went back and forth I asked to speak with a actual person because whoever keeps emailing me needs to be retrained I also provided proof that the 1st order said it didn't go through the person was so mad that Blue fly waived the return fee they made sure I knew that also the hat came without the rags attached but since I was treated so nasty over $20.00 I'm going to pay the return fee for the order hat they can return me my money this is probably why the bank flagged it in the 1st beginning no number no nothing to speak to somebody.

Tip for consumers:
Don’t Buy unless you plan on keeping it and please don’t let your bank flag it for fraud and you place the order again after they fix and they send you 2 of the same thing they going blame you

I am a long time customer of Bluefly, and until now, never had a problem. Historically, I was always able to return items and to speak with a customer service rep when I had questions. Something has changed terribly with this site. There now seems to be no customer service at all. I hadn't ordered anything in many months, but ordered several dresses about a month back. Delivery of merchandise was fine, but when one of the dresses didn't fit the way I expected, I initiated a return on the same day (I had a 21 day window) and was instructed that I would get an e-mail with my return label. After a few days with no e-mail from Bluefly, I logged on and saw that there was an error in my process for return and that I needed to contact a customer service representative. Since that time, all attempts at communicating with Bluefly have been fruitless. Multiple e-mails have not been returned. And you cannot get anyone on the phone at all! I even tried calling the corporate number in New York to see if I could just get a human being, but that number doesn't seem to connect to any humans at all. What happened to this wonderful site? Did it change ownership or management? I just don't get it.

I purchased a $300 bag on Bluefly.com. I used the bag for a little over a month and the leather around one of the handles has completely torn off. I contacted customer service and they said that I can not return because I have "used" the bag and it is over 21 days. As I can not see into the future, I am not exactly sure how I could have known the bag was DEFECTIVE without actually using the bag first. Realistic? Rational thinking? Hmm... Clearly, I will not be shopping with BlueFly again - I will make my purchases at a retailer (online or brick and mortar) who will stand behind items they sell.

I ordered a chair with chrome legs that bluefly had dropped shipped from the manufacture. The chair came with wood legs and the company wanted me to install two chrome legs as a solution I wanted to return the chair but Bluefly refused to allow the return. They said all sales final... even though they didn't deliver what was described and ordered. Im out $1000. Im taking this company to small claims court.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BLUEFLY. IF YOUR ORDER IS WRONG THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL YOU OR DROP SHIP TO YOU.

As everyone can see bluefly responds to this site with some disingenuous request to please email them privately... after one or two emails with a promise to have a resolution they go silent. EVERYONE BEWARE THAT THE RESPONSES YIU SEE FROM BLUEFLY IN THIS SITE MEAN NOTNING... just more unethical behavior.

THIS IS THE $#*!TIEST BUSINESS EVER! I PLACED AN ORDER ON 11-5-13 CALLED 3 TIMES BECAUSE ONLY GOT A PARTIAL ORDER, CALLED TO CANCEL THE REMAINDER OF MY ORDER 12-20-13 AS I HAD HEARD NOTHING FROM ANYONE. CONVENIENTLY THEY COULD NOT CANCELL MY ORDER BECAUSE IT WAS ALREADY SHIPPED BUT I HAD NO SHIPPING CONFIRMATION STILL DO NOT AND MY CARD GOT CHARGED. BULL$#*!! SO MUCH FOR MY CHRISTMAS GIFT. I ordered a red Luis Vuitton epi-leather bag, instead I paid $1329. 99 for a for a brown plastic bag. The customer service number is no longer active and there's no way to return this.

I ordered an expensive men's coat in large but it arrived XXLarge. I immediately contacted Bluefly.com and was instructed on how to return for a full refund. After following their return procedure I received an email from Jackie in Bluefly cystomer support that they were processing my refund. After a month of not receiving my refund I sent emails and letters For several weeks to their corporate office requesting they issue the refund they owed me as they do not have a number to call them direct. After being ignored for many months Dominic from Bluefly support emailed me that a few months after my return, Bluefly. Com relaunched and although they have the same online name, the relaunch eliminated their responsibility to refund past due money to customers. I informed the company that I would warn the public through social media as well as by filing a complaint with the better business bureau to ensure the public Knows that BLUEFLY.COM IS NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY.

***Please don't buy any cashmere from bluefly.com***. I bought 10-15 pieces of Bluefly cashmeres between 1-2 years ago. This winter season, I took them out and most of cashmeres have holes on them. First of all, I thought my closet has ants to bite all my clothes, however only Bluefly's cashmeres (brand: Hayden, C3 Collection, Magaschoni, Autumn and Wyatt) has at least 2 HOLES -- BUNCCH HOLES...

I was very very upset about my cashmeres, which I spent at least $60-145 for each cashmere from Bluefly.com. At this point, I don't expect any refund, but hope other customers can see my review and DON'T spent money on Bluefly's cashmeres, otherwise you only wear one year and next winter you will have to trash them -- WASTE YOUR MONEY*************

I received the wrong pair of jeans and I e-mailed their flyrep e-mail right away. IT HAS BEEN TWO MONTHS AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE FROM THEM YET. There is NO OTHER way to contact their customer service team besides the flyrep e-mail they provided. STAY AWAY
