You heard me. Your ridiculous and unhinged responses to me asking to verify details that I didn't have access had me raising an eyebrow. But your defensiveness? How do you still have a job? I guess biz is that good, eh? Listen people: Gilt. Poshmark. 1stDibs. Go there. The service is better, the merchandise is authentic. And in the event your parcel remains undelivered, you won't have to deal with a two-year-old who is mad at the entire world that their job involves some tact. The rest of your garbage is being returned. You clearly need it more than I do.
Today I received an email per paypal and bluefly that my $68.10 was refunded. Although It took several reviews and continuous calls, complaints and emails. I'm very appreciative that my money was returned. Thank you for posting my review but I stand strongly on the one Star. Bluefly customer service has been the worst experience I've endured as an online customer needing assistance. I'm always online shopping and at times I know people will say they didn't receive a item and did. I'm not one of those people I truly believe in Karma and that saying "What goes around comes around" as well as "honestly is the best policy" I felt bullied with this company but I didn't give up. Worst experience I've ever had with a company. A total scam and rip off. Their customer service is a joke. I wish I had read the reviews online before placing an order. I shop online almost exclusively and would recommend any other site to Bluefly. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.
I have an update to the review above. I was provided with a return label to have my item "authenticated" (I had no doubt that once any expert took a closer look they would realize the shoes were fake) and today, I received the shoes back in the mail--no paperwork, no certifications of authenticity, nothing at all--just the fake shoes. I'm genuinely appalled by Bluefly's dishonest business practices and complete lack of customer support. I reiterate what I said before--stay far, far away.
I ordered a pair of Valentino Rockstud pumps that are clearly fraudulent; they are made of a plastic material, the item code printed inside the shoe does not match any authentic Valentino item codes, and the imprint on the bottom of the shoe is printed upside down (see attached photo -- Google photos of the bottom of ANY Valentino pumps and the imprint faces the other way) Because I did not take a close look at the shoes until Bluefly's 14-day return period had passed, I was unable to return them via traditional means. I turned to Bluefly's 12-month guarantee of returns for items found to be inauthentic (they conduct third-party authentications if you request them), and they flat out REFUSED to conduct a review of my item. STAY FAR AWAY. Bluefly is distributing FAKE items and, despite their claims, has no intention of letting anyone return them.
They advertised new shoes, but sold me used shoes that were worn at the sole. Don't buy from here because their customer service is terrible and after addressing my concerns with the order, they just said the shoes weren't worn. That rubbed me the wrong way and I even attached photos to prove that they were worn. Ridiculous! I'll be contacting the Federal Trade Commission regarding false advertising by clearly selling a used product, but not listing the condition of it and selling as if it was new for $304. This is very misleading to consumers and if I had known they were used, I wouldn't have bought them. They didn't offer me a partial refund and I had to bug them for a return label. Oh, and also they charge $50 for return fees not including shipping. What an unprofessional, unethical company! I'm considering suing and anyone reading this should too! It's a complete scam!

I have been a bluefly customer since 2008 and have spent thousands of dollars. I was floored recently when I bought 4 dresses, only 2 of which I kept-and was away on business for a month. It was a month in between when I received the items and when I needed to return them. I was told on the phone that there was a 21 day return policy-and on the site it says 40 days unless otherwise noted. This is completely unfair and a nasty thing to do to customers. Now I am stuck with a couple of hundred dollar dresses that I don't want. The average department store is 30 days-and most stores have a 60 day or 90 day policy. 21 days or even 40 days is just ridiculous. They just lost a customer who spent thousands a year on their site-not impressed at all and will never buy from bluefly again.
I ahve tried emailing the company several times directly from the "Contact us" button on the website. Emails keep bouncing back to me. I received the wrong pair of shoes. I want an exchange or refund... not a return. Why should I pay return shipping on the wrong item? No way to reach them. Tried the phone number I found --- no number listed on the website BTW. It "does not accept incoming calls". Very frustrated. I have sent out numerous emails to company officials that I have located through online research. Those didn't bounce back as "mail not deliverable", but I have yet to get any response from anyone at Bluefly. Unbelievable that there is no way to reach customer service. The fact that they are listing a non-working email address on their website seems incredibly fraudulent. I would REALLY appreciate a response to this comment!
I ordered sneakers. After almost 2 weeks and I did not receive notification of my order status. I contacted the merchant via email and was given the "runaround" and told to be patient. This is my first experience with this merchant and my last. My recommendation, don't buy anything from this merchant.

Bought a Valentino Bag and received it with damaged leather. When I called the customer support the lady told me it will take 7 business days to approve a return. It has been 13 days now and still no answer.
Terrible experience... I ordered a dress on a Sunday and then called at about 7:00 Am PT to cancel. The item was not processed yet or shipped. Blue fly wrote me a email... too late to cancel. The item has not been shipped yet. Stay away form this site.

Bluefly has a questioning customer service and inventory system.
Bluefly has kept sending me wrong items to same item(2 times so I have made returns 2 times). I made return the 1st item, Bluefly does not issue full refund. I do not know the reason since they made mistake why I cannot have full refund(I did not wear or anything)? I have send an inquiry email but no response. I am now worrying about the refund of 2nd returned item too, pretty rip off.

I have ordered seven items - dresses, blouses, and swimwear - from this company over the past six months and every time I love what I get, it's just as pictured, and sometimes it's even better! I've had a great experience building my closet with beautiful items from BF and have had no issues re: customer service or mixups. I'll continue to use this shop happily and recommend it to my friends.
I am so very pleased with this site. My very first experience with buying a pair of shoes led me to want more and more. It has left me with an insatiable appetite. And I've told all of my friends and colleagues.

I bought Celine purse from this website. I was very excited to get my hand on my dream purse... then my purchase arrived. I eagerly opened the box, only to find out that they sent me a fake purse. So fake it's embarrassing to carry. I felt that they insulted my intelligence as a consumer. Do they really think they can get away with sending fake purses? Why would I pay $700 for an ugly imitation purse? They claimed they have authentic product but they don't. Customer service sucks. Don't buy designer items from this website.
If I could review zero stars I would. Do NOT give this company your money. I purchased shoes from them, didn't like them. I was given the runaround by their rude customer service because they were trying to ride out their 14 day return policy.
I have a UPS return receipt (uploaded) showing the return I sent back to them SHOWING that their facility received my return and they still have not credited me. It's been over 90 days now

In 9/2015, I ordered a shirt from Bluefly in large, and they sent me a medium. When I called to make a return, they sent me another #$%!$#! Medium. When I returned both shirts, someone in processing only market off one shirt, so I didn't get a full refund. The nice gal in customer service said I was pretty much f--ked due to their own series of mistakes, but she was "kind" enough to give me store credit. When I went to use the store credit on some other items, a processing error has put me in limbo. So, no clothes, no money back 2 months later. At this point, I'm not sure how they stay in business. SCAM.

In October 2014 I bought a desk from Bluefly; they sent a different desk. I've been trying to get labels to return it and get a refund to no avail. Even when my credit card is the default payment method at Bluefly they charged it thorough Paypal. When I contacted Paypal to have the charge back they told me they don't cover insurance for this (purchase? Store?). I filed a complaint with the BBB but follow up is poor. Bluefly has been the WORST experience ever on my online shopping!
I have to say so far my experience with the bluefly has been positive. It also has really good discounts on brand names. I even bought a vera wang dress which turned out to be a bargain. For example stuff on Prada may not be the best prices but they do go on sales and it is better than the outlet prices. Also you do not have to drive to the outlets!
I've read other review about the cashmere having holes. Unfortunately my cashmere whether bought from other retailers have holes! It is just the nature of having wool, cashmere which bugs love to eat.
NEVER EVER order from here! Made an order that I had to cancel the following day (found a better deal at another store) and they said "Not a problem! We can cancel that for you, you should receive a refund withing 72 hours." The following day I get two emails stating that my order has now been shipped! I call them (numerous times since they do not answer on the first call) and they say oops! Our mistake, it was never cancelled! Now i have to wait over 20 days for the order to come in, ship it back, and wait for a refund! Unbelievable! Unreliable customer service!

I bought the sweater wants from the local J. McLaughlin boutique store and misplaced it. It was $355 originally, I paid $99 on sale and almost a year later found it on blue fly for$84.99 plus shippino. It is the SAME EXACT SWEATER. Tag and all. I was grateful to find it since it's beautiful, wool blend, warm and fits all occasions. Even dog walking. Beautiful cream and black tweed that will enhance any wardrobe.
I ordered a pair of size 9 shoes. They took over 10 days to ship, and when they finally arrived, they were the complete wrong size. I called customer service and they didn't even apologize and the representative jackie refused to let me speak with a manager. I pressed her to put me on with a manager, and she said she could take my number down and promised someone would call me back that night. No one from management ever called me.

They don't ship nothing on time. Don't expect your stuff to arrive before at least 10 days. They cancel items without letting you know. And they send wrong items when they don't have the stuff you order. Stay away from them. You won't be satisfied with these bastards.

I bought a dress that did not fit. When I tried to return it it was pass its 21 day return policy. How?
They took 12 days to ship and I needed to ship 5 to 10 days before those 21 days in order for them to receive it on time. So I'm stuck with a $120 dress that does not fit! Thanks BlueFly this first time customer is dissatisfied!

I purchased some winter boots. They were cheaply made, I couldn't even get my foot into them because they had no tongue or zipper. The laces were just for show.
I returned them and they charged me $15. I will never order from them again.

Absolutely horrible! I returned my purchase, and it arrived at their facilty over 3 weeks ago. I am STILL waiting for my refund! I have called three times, and they said they were very sorry and the return would be expedited. Absolute lies. I will NEVER purchase from this website again, and after reading the other reviews it looks like I will have to contact my credit card company to get this resolved. Unbelievable.
The absolute worst! Stay away! Refunds are unrsoved, promises made and not kept. Be aware you are dealing with "third parties" and nothing can be done by bluefly if there are problems! Do not purchase anything fro bluefly unless you have no plans to return the item or deal with refunds and people that do not get back to you. I have been waiting over a month for a refund and no follow ups as to status are made unless I spend an hour each day talking to a representative.

Don't buy unless you are sure you will keep the item. Returns are terrible, the refund time frame is completely unacceptable. Terrible customer service! Pay more for something at a site you get the respect as a customer you deserve.
Bought Saint Laurent bag from bluefly. When it arrived, the bag came with box, dust bag. The bag is new and authentic. The biggest problem was it didn't came with an authenticity card. Contacted customer service, they said since they got the bag from another company (rue lala), there's no way for them to get the card. That lowers the value of the bag. I didn't return the bag since it's authentic and bought it for a really good price.
