You heard me. Your ridiculous and unhinged responses to me asking to verify details that I didn't have access had me raising an eyebrow. But your defensiveness? How do you still have a job? I guess biz is that good, eh? Listen people: Gilt. Poshmark. 1stDibs. Go there. The service is better, the merchandise is authentic. And in the event your parcel remains undelivered, you won't have to deal with a two-year-old who is mad at the entire world that their job involves some tact. The rest of your garbage is being returned. You clearly need it more than I do.

Today I received an email per paypal and bluefly that my $68.10 was refunded. Although It took several reviews and continuous calls, complaints and emails. I'm very appreciative that my money was returned. Thank you for posting my review but I stand strongly on the one Star. Bluefly customer service has been the worst experience I've endured as an online customer needing assistance. I'm always online shopping and at times I know people will say they didn't receive a item and did. I'm not one of those people I truly believe in Karma and that saying "What goes around comes around" as well as "honestly is the best policy" I felt bullied with this company but I didn't give up. I kept pushing back with true Facts. Thanks again Sitejabber for sharing my review.

How do I reach a human rep to find out the status of my return? I called on multiple days since seeing tracked items arrived back to them on March 1 (giving it a few days since it said so in the email). STILL no refund on March 14! Calling but no answer. Only way I know my call has been picked up is that my phone's counter started ticking. I have called and waited MULTIPLE times today (from 10 - 25mins at a time) in silence hoping that someone would come on. SHADY! Should have read reviews before purchasing. Definitely NOT like the company I had ordered from in the past. Have they been hijacked? I just filed a Paypal claim on them and the representative said I have all the proof I need. It's just a major inconvenience to have to work so hard to get my money back. NEVER buying from them again! STAY AWAY from them if you don't want to be conned!

I purchased a pair of shoes. Liked the shoes but needed smaller size the shoe was sold out so I needed a full refund back to my debit card. I called customer service and they stated that a return shipment label would be available at the ups store, but is wasn't. Then I tried again and they stated that a return label would be at federal express store, I went there no label. I did this for endless trip for labels four times in the dead of 2015 winter. Then I finally paid for my own return it took 3 three months and endless lies, run arounds with incompetent made up supervisors to get half of my return and then when I questioned particle return they "felt sorry " I issued the rest. This was the worst customer service ive experienced and even worse they did not care at all. Wow is all I have to say.

In the last few weeks they had a lot of glitches on their web site. The customer service was and is out since weeks as well and nobody answers emails. I ordered shoes for 300$ each in 2 different sizes and wanted to return one of them after trying them on. They refused! They said it was final sale only on the pair I want to return! It clearly was not. Why would I have ordered 2 pairs. They are liares. And even if they would be right after not responding for 3 weeks and afterall I am a good customer since 10 years spend 1000's of $$$ and purchased a 300$ shoe afterall they could give me the courtesy of returning the item. They have good products but they lost me forever- f... you bluefly!

We ship from a number of different marketplace partners and they reserve the right to change the return policy, which is found on the item's product page, at their discretion which is what happened in this case.

I bought a pair of shoes, described as leather. When they came, they were plasticky patent leather and too small. When I tried to return them, the site accepted the return in principle but requires a mailing label, which they did not provide. I called Customer Service and got a phone company recording saying that the number was no longer in service. (I tried multiple times and checked the number.) So I tried calling their international Customer Service number and got a recording saying that the mailbox was full.

Never received my package, they never know anything when you inquire, they never respond to the "*******@bluefly.com" customer service email. After all the problems I just requested a refund. The hassle is not worth it.

On top of the hassle the customer service rep that I waited 10 minutes on hold to speak with was not willing to offer any resolution.

I return items and have been waiting 3 weeks for a credit to my credit card. No answer to emails and recording when I called. I shop frequently online and have had no problems except for Bluefly.com.

People be aware. This site sells fake stuff. When I asked for a cashmere test report on one of their sweaters they said they don't provide them. Then the csr told me she only has time for ONE QUESTION lol. This site is full of crap and the good reviews you see on their site I bet are made by people who work there. The csr sounds like a getho person with no manners. I think I rather pay extra $$ to buy in other places like Zappos because I will be sure of getting the best CS and products. The funniest part was when she was done talking to me she asked me if I have seen their new set of designer shoes and to please fill up a survey about my experience with them, what an imbecil.

Never again I hope the pandemic put you out of business I tried to cancel an order they just want to keep your money it was a mistake and it was not my purchase I tried to contact them and they sent me a sorry email I strongly recommend go to a store if you can't see the merchant don't buy from these people online there's no good customer service is horrible

Buyer Beware! Not only was quality of items not as advertised, but they have a horrible return policy and don't grant ANY exceptions! They incorrectly described the items I bought and still wouldn't accept a return. Stay away!

The website had a huge problem. Ordered a shirt they sent me three of them and sent the order to the old address. Now they are giving me hard time to return them.
Does anyone know general return address?

I have been trying to return items. Once you submit the return ( which I did) you are to receive an email with the return label. I have not received the email and I have emailed customer service 4 times. I will be disputing through Visa.

I have been trying to get a return label for days and the site is still down. One of the dresses is clearly used with a stain on the front and a ripped shoulder. One of the other dresses coiled fabric is unraveling all over the dress. I want a refund on two and keeping the other 4. Called the phone number and still no success. I am going to my credit card company and getting them to refund the amounts on fraud since I can't get a return done.

I ordered a pre-owned Louis Vuitton bag, and the next day received an shipping confirmation email from Bluefly with the incorrect item in the email. I called customer services and the rep I spoke with was not the most pleasant and had quite an attitude with me - also, he didn't provide any guidance aside form emailing me a return label. After this call, I was pretty irate and left a negative review of Bluefly on SiteJabber. A manager at Bluefly, Belinda, got in contact with me and after a few hours reached back again -she indicated that she had done some digging and it seemed that the Bluefly SKU was wrong causing the email to show a different item, but that the correct item had shipped. Yesterday, I received the correct item, and it was exactly the item/condition I'd ordered. I am very appreciative of this manager - she was cordial and extremely helpful. I can't say the process was without stress.

BEWARE! I ordered a wonderful set of high end (crystal) glasses from a very respected brand. What I received looked like the product-but from a no-name brand I'd never heard of. A quick Google search found the company but it was in no way was associated with the high end brand advertised on bluefly and the one I paid for. Finally got someone on the phone and I got some run around about well they are still a good value! Excuse me? Not what i ordered or paid for - but they made it seem like I should have been soooo greatful to get anything.
These were to be a special wedding gift - I ended up keeping them myself as it would have been frankly embarrassing to give these to my friends as they look like they could have been purchased at an outlet and not the respectable brand they were sold as. Will NEVER use this company again and will definitely tell others my story. BEWARE!

This is the first time that I have ordered from Bluefly, and after I ordered I read a lot of negative reviews. So I was a little skeptical on the outcome. I have to say that the item I ordered was at a great price, shipped in a timely manner (faster than Off 5th and Last Call that I order from fairly often), the item was authentic, and new with labels. For my first order I have zero complaints.

I returned an item on 1/23 and it is now 2/27 and still have not received return confirmation. I sent email requesting status 2 weeks ago and never got a reply. Phone call hold is 45-60 minutes. THIS IS RiDICULOUS!

I actually had a phenomenal experience buying something on Bluefly recently. At first, I was a bit skeptical given all the negative reviews. However, in the end, I couldn't be happier. The product (a Jay Strongwater egg) was EXACTLY as described, and it IS authentic! Moreover, I ordered it very late on Wednesday (close to midnight) and it was delivered by end-of-day Friday, Christmas Eve. I never had that kind of service before. Nor did I even expect such fast delivery! Also, not only was shipping free, but also, I received a 5 percent discount on the item, which was already less expensive than on any other site. Overall, I figured that I paid more than $100 LESS for the item than what I would have paid on a competitor site. To say I'm extremely happy is an understatement. I am ecstatic!

Tip for consumers:
The only thing I would recommend is that Bluefly include a telephone help line. In my case, it wasn't necessary because everything worked out exceedingly well. But if there had been a problem, it would have been comforting knowing that I could actually speak with a live person.

I have an order on 27/5/2014, gave me track number, and right now it ready to delivery out to an place in us, i'm in AUSTRALIA! Wish i read all these reviews before ordered it... grrr... very angry to bluefly.com, i also was scammed with vonvonni.com, they not send my order, not refund... contact bbb, but case closed, they r hide like a mouse

I purchased a Prada handbag and received a counterfeit item. I knew immediately as it was wrapped in poor English packaging and the quality was off in many aspects. They claim to have an authenticity guarantee yet are unable to provide actual proof of authenticity as they are not authorized distributers. I had the item authenticated by a third party yet their customer service team have been extremely abusive and rude denying the determination and refusing a full refund. I have now opened a case with PayPal but stay far away from them! Not worth the headache to deal with scammers. I'm shocked they're still in business with these awful practices and scamming consumers. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Im glad I made a purchase before reading the reviews. I got a little bit anxious about all the negative reviews. I got myself a pair of boots for such an amazing price. The item arrived 3 days earlier from the expected shipping date which was a nice surprice. The boots came with its original packaging and it looked perfect! No scuffs or any damages at all! They sent the correct size too. I am very satisfied with purchase and am definitely going to be a repeat costumer! Im telling my friends!

So i ordered a pair of Saint Laurent booties for Bluefly. They came and i could to get my foot into the bootie. So i called to return then, and the rep told me I could not do so cause they were "FINAL SALE". I then asked herman she extend the courtesy by doing a one time return cause this is my first time ordering from them. So simply said NO! I then ask to speak to a manager and she told me that no manager is there because they just opened. Furthermore she goes on about how i can maybe find someone to purchase the boots from me. Cause there is nothing she can do about it. As she kept repeating this trying to get me off the phone. I AM THROUGHLY ANNOYED! I should've read the reviews before i decided to purchase anything from Bluefly. This is ridiculous!

The worst website I have ever got anything from. I do all my shopping online but this company has made me reconsider ever shopping again. They are the worst with customer service support or anything the dumbest return policy on the planet. They charge you taxes upfront and dont refund them. Even when provided by letters by the CBSA that they are the ones who should return my tax they keep on going with the scripted answer. The worst company on the plant. I am surprised they are still in business

Well, im very sorry for those of you that had an unfortunate experiance with bluefly, but i ordered a jacket from the website two weeks ago and recieved it within one week. The quality was great and so was the size. Bluefly emailed me a tracking number in which i could track the shipment each step up untill it was delivered to my front door. I just ordered 10 more things which just arrived at my front door about an hour ago. Cant wait to go home and try it all on!

I was looking for a deal on some rain boots and found a pair for $76.99 on bluefly. I immediately found a better offer and emailed them within the hour to cancel my order. They emailed me back to say that do not price match. I said fine then please cancel my order. They said it was too far in the process to be cancelled. Really? How difficult is it to email the vendor within an hour to cancel the order? There is no number to call and speak to anyone so I had to research the number. I called and spoke to a Rep who confirmed the above. I said that I really wish I wouldn't have ever placed the order and will have to pay to ship it back in order to get $13.65 difference back. What a complete hassle. I asked for a return call back from a Manager and will be very surprised if I actually receive one. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT purchase from Bluefly.com. There are way more reputable customer oriented, price matching websites out there. Lesson learned.

Honestly, I can't see why the bad reviews. I live in Canada, I buy beautiful good quality dresses for my wife coz she is a bad e shopper & I'm a good e shopper, I look for deals, price drops all the time and Bluefly and NEVER, REPEAT NEVER been a problem. I have now ordered 5 dresses and they have all been top quality, top condition, and top customer service. They even paid me for my return shipping once coz there was a small issue and they took responsibility for it. I am just wondering if there are unfair requests and expectations from these customer's who write such bad reviews about Bluefly. Living in Canada, we dont have the choices like the buyers in US do. No free shipping etc, but having said that, when you talk to a customer service rep, we get nothing but exceptional service, price drops even after the item had been shipped!
