You heard me. Your ridiculous and unhinged responses to me asking to verify details that I didn't have access had me raising an eyebrow. But your defensiveness? How do you still have a job? I guess biz is that good, eh? Listen people: Gilt. Poshmark. 1stDibs. Go there. The service is better, the merchandise is authentic. And in the event your parcel remains undelivered, you won't have to deal with a two-year-old who is mad at the entire world that their job involves some tact. The rest of your garbage is being returned. You clearly need it more than I do.

Today I received an email per paypal and bluefly that my $68.10 was refunded. Although It took several reviews and continuous calls, complaints and emails. I'm very appreciative that my money was returned. Thank you for posting my review but I stand strongly on the one Star. Bluefly customer service has been the worst experience I've endured as an online customer needing assistance. I'm always online shopping and at times I know people will say they didn't receive a item and did. I'm not one of those people I truly believe in Karma and that saying "What goes around comes around" as well as "honestly is the best policy" I felt bullied with this company but I didn't give up. I kept pushing back with true Facts. Thanks again Sitejabber for sharing my review.

I bought a Salvatore Ferragamo Belt and I don't see stamped on the back. It should have stamped Salvatore Ferragamo, Made in Italy, Serial number and Belt size. I contacted Bluefly via email asked them why I don't see any stamped on back of the belt. All they said is "We proudly stand behind the authenticity of our goods."

They do NOT have a since of urgency. They do want you to return an item within 24 days but i tried returning mine right away since it was nothing like in the photos they said they would send me an email adress with instructions and a prepay label. On top of that later after one day i contacted them and they said it would take about 2-3 business days for me to recived that email and then another 5 days until they get my item back and allow another 7 business days for my refund to be on my card. Thats
Such a long process with no since of urgency. Im trying to get my money back asap so i can buy another item elsewhere before it runs out but they make it long. I'll never shop at blue fly again ever! And it was an almost $1000 item

I wrote a review prior to this one. I wanted to provide consumers with websites to report Bluefly if they purchased products that are fake.

WHAT TO DO
1. Run you bag through THE PURSE FORUM FIRST (link provided above)
2. If handbag doesn't look good or is classified FAKE, run through Castira.com to obtain formal letter for proof.
3. File dispute with credit card company/bank.

Horrible service. No response to emails. I wanted to return an item, but couldn't because the order status was still "processing" on their website, even though I received the item two weeks earlier. Then when they finally responded after a second email, I was told it was past the 21 day return period (even though the order still said "processing" on their website.

Great stuff. But size availability is a huge issues. They always have XXL and L
And M is rarely available. Wonder why these companies make so many XXL pcs that are always on sale and S/M that are always in short supply

They seem to have a nice website and enticing to order from... but when you read the reviews, my first reaction is "NOT TO ORDER from them" once i start seeing positive feedback i will reconsider this.

I ordered 3 dresses from Bluefly, tracked the order and it did not arrive when stated on Fedex tracking. I reached out to their "Customer Support" and they told me to reach out to Fedex myself. I did and Fedex told me that it was sent through a 3rd party and they could not verify and the sender needed to call who they sent through. I reached out again to Bluefly "Customer Support" and they said to wait 7 days and they would file a claim on my behalf. After 7 days and it was not received, I reached out again and they repeated that they would file a claim on my behalf. I have now read some reviews and see that this issue has been mentioned previously- so, it's a trend with Bluefly and yet they are not addressing it.

Tip for consumers:
If there is a way to have a different shipping method to track the package

This company is a rippe off. I called them to cancel an item within an hour of order on Saturday. They said the order is in process but the wearhouse is closed till Monday. (so, it is not packaged, packed, or shipped) i received the item and shipped it back with RMA # and a promiss from them that they won't charge shipping! They charged me shipping, and took 50 dollars away as well... what? How? Why? No answers. So i got ripped off.

I order a pair of gucci flats and they were delivered to the wrong house and then when I finally got the shoes they were rachel zoe boots. When i called bluffly they told me the shoes were sold out and i could no longer get them. Now i am stuck with the wrong shoes that i now have to return.

I bought a pair of boots two months ago. Still haven't received them yet. So I emailed bluefly services two weeks ago. They replied me TODAY, they said my order had been retured to them, and they already refunded to me. They didn't explain why my order retured. If retured to bluefly why they cannot ship it again. I never said I don't want those boots but I got refunded? So terrible. Never shop on this site again.

Their customer service is HORRIBLE! I called in November regarding a return. It is now end of JANUARY and they STILL haven't gotten back to me. Every time I call I'm told I will be sent a return label within 48 hours and every time nothing happens. I called and asked to speak to a manager - was told I would get called back. Wasn't. These people are horrible. This service is horrible. I will never shop here again and I will tell everyone I know not to shop here. You suck Bluefly! The worst.

Will never EVER shop at BlueFly online again. I now have 2 dresses that I can't use because I didn't see the teeny tiny little 'Final Sale'. Pathetic that I couldn't return something the same day I received it after trying it on and realizing it didn't fit. I hope other people who think of buying something on BlueFly will read the reviews and STOP! My guess is BlueFly won't be around long with such crappy customer service and ridiculous return policies. I tried to submit this review with no stars, but I reluctantly had to click on one star.

I should have read the horrific reviews about this company before I ordered from Bluefly. I ordered a pair of shoes that seemed to be below cost of what everyone else online was selling it for. I paid with Paypal and after a few days I received a UPS Tracking number. It was then sent through USPS. 5 days later USPS says address UNKNOWN & it is being returned to sender.
I called Bluefly and I explained that it was a confirmed Paypal address and how can it be an address unknown if I received hundreds of packages to that address without any problems. No explanation from them. She said we are sorry but it will take 10 days to process a refund.
It's now June 18,2012 without a refund and after multiple phone calls. Finally after speaking with the same lady with a horse voice (we spoke 3 times before) and threatening them to dispute she finally took action and refunded me.
I cannot believe efforts I had to do, to get a refund from this company. GO ELSWHERE! DISASTER!

Worst customer service. I returned approximately $600 worth of merchandise- using my own priority mail label- on December 11,2013, tracked it and saw that it was received at the facility on December 13th. It is now January 10th and my return still has not been processed. I have sent four emails to customer service, each time they have told me they are "expediting" my return. I just called and according to the automated message it will be processed on the 20th. 5 weeks after they received it? I don't think so. I then requested to speak to a representative and now have been on hold for 16 minutes. This is unbelievable. I will NEVER order from this company again.

Bluefly has a terrible system. They cancelled my order because the shipping address and the billing address were different. Then the shoes were no longer available so I couldn't get them. I called right away and they couldn't do anything about it. He told me to get shoes that weren't my size. He also couldn't explain why the order was cancelled. Terrible customer service.

I purchased a Balancinga Bag for my daughter. Thank God I used paypal. When the bag arrived it was not only a bootleg bag it was a bad imitation of a fake. Wow. REALLY? I made sure the return policy was not final sale but when bag arrived it too said final sale. Paypal will return my money but what a hassle

Bluefly's service is fine unless you want to return. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER. You must email. Eventually, with persistence, you will hear from another party who will contact Bluefly on your behalf. The charge is $25.00 for the service. There is NO other way to make a return. I finally, and begrudgingly, paid the money. Eventually, I was sent an email telling me to return the (expensive) garment. Wait. Finally, I was reimbursed. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. If you buy something, consider it a final sale unless you wish to go through misery for a couple of weeks of persistence until the method is determined. Agony.

I am typically not an advocate for posting reviews for stores/products/etc.
What I am an advocate for are "fairness" and "business acumen". In one sentence that could save you from unnecessary hassles, do not shop on BLUEFLY.COM ever! It took over 2 months for BLUEFLY to recognize that they had not processed my refund at all. That is - 2 months of not getting my money back, days of my calling to alert them of the issue and additional 2 weeks to actually get my refund. So much for "FLY".

I received my first order from Bluefly. It has better than excellent customer service. Items packed separately sealed. Arrived quick.
Foremost the Customer Care exceeds what Former Nordstroms was. Definatly you will be loving Bluefly under new owner.

Replies were so swift accurate and very kind and clear. Dominick Is surely beyond dedicated. What manners and care to the client and company. We all need more Dominicks in organizations

I'd like to start out on a positive note, their products are actually fine. However, as you know buying online can be difficult and returning or exchanging is necessary when you're unable to try on. Well, they make that extremely difficult. They ship your items in batches and it all doesn't arrive at the same time. They also charge you $10 each time you print a shipping label. So, I returned all items in one bag and only used one shipping label but put all of the other return labels with the items in one bag so I'd only get charged 1 $10 fee. They ended up keeping all of my returned items and only refunding me for the ones that were on the shipping label that was used. They kept over $100 and didn't refund me! I'm livid but there is no support person to reach out to. They don't have a customer support number. You can only reach out online but nobody ever responds! It's the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I spent about $400 with them and have used them before and spent several hundred dollars but they've completely lost a customer because I will never use them again. I highly recommend finding another company to purchase from that at least has a customer support phone number you can reach out to. They've essentially stolen from me and don't even have the courtesy to explain to me what is going on. It's been over a week since I got refunded for only 2 items.

Products are fine but shipping and returns are a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and don't use them.

Before you buy, take a minute to compare Bluefly prices with other designer store online websites. A pair of Fendi sunglasses that is advertised as...% off is cheaper FULL Price at Bergdorf Goodman. Same with Tod's sandals - they are offered at full price at Bluefly, just peel off a tag that covers original price. The sandals I ordered were@ 330EU original price which is about 400 USD on Bluefly, and they claim they are 50% off or 700 USD... I will never purchase from this site again.

Please shop any online retailer EXCEPT BLUEFLY... This outfit should be considered criminal and their customer service reps should be jailed... It took these morons 2 months to forward a refund and all they had to do is credit the debit card... These idiots told me they had my merchandise back in their warehouse over a month but could not refund until 30 days later... I now shop AMAZON.COM and have had nothing but a great, courteous, professional experience... I will NEVER, EVER, EVER Purchase ANYTHING from these morons...

I gave these idiot 1 star only because I was force too by the system!

Please keep your "We would like to talk to you" crap to yourself... This company is a joke!

If I could give a zero I would. They do not stand n=by their product and their customer service stinks. They sell things to you and don; t warn you they are final sale until you see your packing slip. With so many online shopping options and places with way better customer service, why shop here? DO NOT SHOP AT BLUEFLY!
