RIDICULOUS SIZING - SEE THROUGH - DON'T USE
This was my first experience and I will NEVER EVER buy from Boohoo again.
I ordered two dresses from Boohoo, I'm always in sizes 6-8 and I ordered both in size 8 - NO way were they both a size 8. One of the dresses being more like a size 4, fitted me as a very tight top once I'd finally managed to get it on, I'm only 5'6 so I couldn't possibly be too tall for it. With both dresses it was hard to get them over my head and stretch my arms out into the sleeves, they were just so small and there was no stretch. The other dress was far far too tight on top, pinching my arms and there was no room at all for my boobs, it looked stupid, the skirt of the dress was baggy and the bottom hems were not sewn so after a few wears it would begin to fray, and the material was COMPLETELY see through, I could clearly see my bra and knickers through it, including the pattern of them and even my belly button! It was not supposed to be see through. It also came with a hole in. Very disappointed with Boohoo.
I had paid for next day delivery as I was so excited for my pretty dresses and it arrived early the next morning but all I got was sadness from opening the parcel. I sent it back and in 8 days I was given confirmation they received it, thankfully I did get my money back, I was really worried I wouldn't because so many other people don't, I feel very lucky. I'm never using Boohoo again, and I'd advise everyone else not to. No wonder this is such a growing company because if all the people they scam.
I checked and double checked that shipping time is 6 days. It is now 12 days since, and N O T H I N G. Boohoo is literally absolutely trash.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. IT IS SCAMMY AND NOT GOOD QUALITY! I placed an order and paid $15 extra to have it expressed shipped to me in order to be here by my birthday. It promised 3-4 days to ship and that was plenty of time when I ordered it. Once I placed the order, the email said it would be here in 2-3 days and would be here on a Wednesday. For over a week there was no tracking information updates and it did not arrive when it said it would. I keep emailing the company and they are very rude and refused to refund me until I got the package. My birthday came and gone and still no package. Might I add that I NEEDED my package for my birthday plans, so my ENTIRE birthday plans were ruined. I have told the company this many times. My package was finally out for delivery and of course got miss delivered. I went looking everywhere for it and called UPS and nothing was done about it. Finally, I got it from one of my neighbors and contacted the company AGAIN for a refund. THEY ARE NOW MAKING ME SHIP IT BACK TO THEM AND PAY FOR IT TO BE SHIPPED BACK TO THEM. As if I didn't already pay $15 to have it shipped to me and be so late, now they want me to spend more money to ship it back.

I have ordered from different websites numerous times. However, I have never received such horrible service as I have from Boohoo. I made 2 orders on November 29,2016. It was their Cyber Monday sale I believe, where the whole website was 60% off. I made my 2 orders and the first order arrived on time. "Alright, cool." I thought. Nope! One item I ordered was missing AND one of the items was obviously a returned item because it had a perfume smell on it. I emailed them and also found them on Twitter. I decided to send an email and contact on Twitter because I saw that they were very active on there. I also noticed all the complaints they were receiving. I began to worry. My second order never arrived. It still has not and it is already December 28th. There were no updates on the tracking so I contacted them on Twitter about that too. Before that I asked for a refund because I knew this package was not coming in. After I told them about it, I saw there was an update with the tracking. The new arrival date was set to December 23. And like I said, it is now December 28 and still NOTHING. I am still requesting for refunds from them through Twitter and they are refusing to give me my money back. They keep on insisting for me to wait and to contact USPS. (The people who were in contact with me can't even remember the courier and keeps telling me it's UPS instead.) What makes matter worse is that tonight I used their same tracking number they gave me and tracked it on the official USPS website. There were NO updates regarding the tracking site Boohoo uses. Wtf?! I have filed a dispute and escalated it into a claim through PayPal. I pray and pray that PayPal helps me get my money back. Because it is obvious that I will not be receiving this order. I am sorry for anyone else who had to go through this horrible website too. May you all get your money back. May the ones who cry boo hoo be the owners of this website and not us.
Nice clothes, nice sizes, nice prices and good service! Except from one dress that was not the one I ordered the rest were excelent.
Terrible who makes them bad material. Worn a hoodie and it's gone bobbly absolutely terrible and they just cheap and tacky and rubbish service

Answer: I wouldn't I had to fight so hard for my refund. It took them about 4 months to acknowledge that they had actually received it
