I'm sorry to know that you haven't received your parcel yet. This is not what we want you to experience from us, especially that you have a premier. We do our very best to get your orders delivered to you on time but sometimes there are delays with the courier that we can't foresee. I can see your parcel was due to be delivered to you on the 24th of December but hasn't had a tracking update since the 24th of December. We do have a certain timeframe agreed with the courier to investigate a parcel that hasn't had a tracking update in a while. Please allow until the 10th of January for this to be investigated and delivered to you. It may sound like a while, but your parcel could still be delivered to you within this timeframe. Rest assured, if you haven't received anything by this date, you will absolutely be fully refunded or have the order replaced if the items are still available (totally your choice). So I placed an order a week ago (early January 2019) because the whole website advertised "60% off" as exciting as that is the pricing was great so it seemed! I ordered my items about 109$ worth and waited my confirmation! It took 5 days to get a confirmation and another couple days for a shipping email. Still haven't received my items. So I was watching a boohoo haul on YouTube to check the quality of the clothing via review and I noticed the ALSO %60 off code she had had for her promo! So I tried to recheck out the same items I'm awaiting to see about saving money if possible! It worked and I got the %60 off plus another %60 off at check out! Couple days later I get an email saying "%80 off sitrwide on boohoo" I'm thinking $#*! yeah %80 plus another 60? Cool so I go check out some stuff and they totally are pinning their customers to make it look like your saving but they ADJUSTED THEIR PRICES HIGHER TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE THE %80 OFF WASA GOOD DEAL! The boots I ordered exactly a day before, for $20 before any promo added, was now "80% off" rather than the 60" it was when I ordered it and somehow it was MORE EXPENSIVE! Now 25$! They are changing their prices and advertising a promotion that isn't valid, they're scamming customers to get customers! Still awaiting my order currently too! Smh

I have only shopped here once before and I should have learned from that experience. I ordered 4 items on February 2nd and received my confirmation order letting me know it had shipped on February 3rd. After waiting the 8 days I attempted to contact customer service with an inquiry as to where my package was. I had tracked my package with the information provided and it said the expected delivery was Tuesday the 9th and Thursday the 11th. I could also see that it arrived in customs in Chicago on February 4th. First email with customer service was a fail. I had clearly stated in the email I had tracked the package and their response was almost as if they had cut and pasted the information I already said I had. Since then I have tried to have multiple conversations with customer service via email. Not only did they address me with a different name (because glancing down at the name you are replying to is apparently extremely difficult) but when I only received 1 of the 4 items I had ordered, they then responded in an email "great news! Your items are in your designated city". Are you serious? Did you not even bother to read the infuriated email I wrote? Your companies sales jumped recently cause of new customers like me, but I promise they will plummet with this hideous customer service approach. Customer service 101:1) address issues and concerns 2) get the customer's name right. I will never ever even look at this website again. Your prices are not competitive enough to deal with the disgusting disregard for your customers. Expanding your company will only make it more hilarious when you fail. It appears I am not the only one with these opinions. It is currently February 17th and I have 1 of 4 items I paid for on February 2nd.
