Great individual

Went the extra mile to help my family. He was great because he also spoke my first language which is Creole so it was amazing communicating with him in my language. Definitely needs a raise asap.

Luis did such a great job setting up our reservation for the Hampton Inn Harrisburg in May. We will be there for my best friend's daughter's wedding. We tried making reservations at other Hilton Hiltons, but there was no availability.

Disappointed that I did not receive a receipt or confirmation of my reservation or rate I was quoted. Thought I had called the hotel phone but got Expedia instead., Got a good res and lost it while we were on the phone. He then moved me to a room that was more expensive. Rates seemed off the wall. I guess it's the time of year to exploit exploit jewelers coming to Tucson. Not very nice.

Another disaster!

After being refunded for other room, I called for a different location. Once again I was disappointed. After explaining about 1st room I tried to find another location. Room was booked for wrong day. Had to sleep in my car. SMH!

Asked specifically if there were rooms with a certain amenity and told yes there were suites that did so just to arrive at the hotel and told one there were no sites and all rooms were the same the amenity promised was not there. Room was already paid for not refundable and not exactly much I could do at that hour.
