I have been trying to order some canvas for Christmas. I keep getting emails saying payment was not successful. I tried calling and couldn't get a human. When I put my order number and codes in it said couldn't be found. I have put my paent in 4 different times. Also on different days. So it's not as I was putting in the wrong number. I emailed them and got no where. I got a survey later in the day abut support team. When I tried to do it. It said survery not open. Will find another place to do business.
I have been using them for years for my art business. I am pleased with the quality of their canvas prints, and so are my clients who receive them. Occasionally I will receive a piece that has a small defect, or was damaged in shipment, and all it takes is a quick email to them and they immediately send out a replacement. They are able to fill large orders, too. I supply art for Stella's cafes in Illinois (see photo). These orders typically range from 50 to 90 canvas prints. No problem! They get them done in a timely manner and my client is always happy with the quality. I will continue to rely on them for all my canvas printing needs.
Canvas on Demand has absolutely the worst customer service of any company I have ever done business with. Its too bad because their products are nice but its just not worth it. They don't know how to fix mistakes they make. There are many other choices so save your aggravation and find another company to create your canvas
I've been a loyal customer of COD for 8+ years. Their canvas prints are decent quality and the color is always on point which is why I continued using them for all these years. However, as of two years ago, they went through some changes and their service quality went down the tubes.
They've had to refund me recently for several canvases that arrived dented, frames that arrived scratched (for the PRO account), and the newest one... hardware installed upside down!
When I finally got a rep on the phone they simply said that this was collateral damage from doing so much business with them. In their words "from time to time, you're bound to receive damaged goods. It happens."
The problem is that I've had issue WITH EVERY SINGLE order recently.
Their prices are unbeatable, sure. But be aware that's because these canvases are constructed with cardboard (not wood) and in their words, you're bound to receive damaged goods from time to time. You're taking a chance with each order. Just be aware. I've been loyal customer and gave them chances but their lack of care about their customers is the last straw. I'm moving on to another service. BYE Canvas on Demand.
Don't use this company. They ship the wrong sizes, the quality of the pictures are terrible. And I tried using them 3 times and same issues every time. Customer services is great, but get ready to be calling them!

Quality canvas work - I have been a long time customer of this website. If you want a quality canvas picture that is better than you could imagine... then you will check out this website. Their prices are so affordable... it gives everyone the chance to hang something priceless on their wall.
This site often has a groupon and you just cannot beat the price - $60 for two 16x20 prints. Shipping was included. The prints looked fine (might not be the best, but I don't have anything to compare).
I bought 3 of the same picture through Canvas on Demand with an Amazon Local deal. Can't beat the price... BUT, I got 2 out of 3 pictures on time before Christmas. Since one was getting shipped overseas, it did not ship it time, nor is it even there yet still! I ordered it 12/8/14 and it has been a month! I felt like they did not prioritize my order since they felt it would not get there in time for Christmas nor did I get a call or email saying my order would be delayed since they had to recreate it. ALSO, the canvas I ordered for myself is buckling. I've only had it for a little over 2 weeks.

Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee the transit time and delivery of orders that ship internationally via USPS to APO or FPO address. Most orders arrive within 2-3 weeks of shipment.

Disappointed. Waste of money. Image was cropped/framed differently from website preview. Other companies allow you to discuss image with reps for free. This one charges. I used a Groupon, but even still feel like it was a waste. I was suckered into thinking I'd be purchasing a professional, quality product. Wish I could get refund.

They deliver a nice product, however their customer service is poor and they do not honor their timelines - took almost 20 days for them to process my order. I had to refund my client but I as a business provider cannot justify a 20+ day turnaround when I promise 2 weeks, at the outside.
Don't count on them in a pinch.

Answer: I recommend cancelling before your order is filled! I have spent over $200 on canvases on CanvasOnDemand that turned out very poorly and I wish I knew how bad there prints and services was going to be so I could have stopped the order before it was shipped. Cancel quick and order elsewhere!

The only colorization options that we offer are black and white, sepia tone, and pixel painting. We can convert your color image file into black and white or to sepia at no additional charge. If you're look for a painting look, then we recommend adding the Pixel Paining option for an additional fee. Our pixel painting style canvases are created digitally by our artists who render a soft, hand-painted effect. We recommend pixel painting for landscape images, portrait style photographs where the subjects faces are prominent, or any time you want a beautiful painterly effect. Each voucher offer that we advertise has terms and conditions listed on the purchase page. Per the terms of your Groupon voucher, most offers ship within two and a half weeks of the redemption date. Your canvas order was placed on the 9th of January and shipped today, the 27th of January, which is within the two and a half weeks stated on the Groupon voucher. We have already upgraded the shipping for you at no additional charge and you will receive your order within the two and a half week time frame. Once your canvas ships, it will arrive within two business days and we will send you a follow up email with the tracking information.
I see that our team offered to overnight the canvas for the $25 rush fee, but as this was option was declined, our team will proceed with the free two day shipping method upgrade mentioned earlier.
