Product appears to be high quality and installed easily.
Shipping was over three weeks late. Customer service did nothing to notify me of a problem until I asked where it was. I was told it would ship on a certain date which did not happen and again I was NOT notified. I was in the process of cancelling my order when I received a notice from Fed Ex, NOT the vendor that my order was shipped.
Great product... NO customer service!

So far so good. Delivery was fast! The car cover fits my FRS perfectly. At first I was a bit nervous due to the size out of the box, but it fits the car like a glove! I love how thick it is as well as the fleece lining. The only thing i did not care for is the buckles on the bottom of the car cover. There should be a way to detach them, as the hard plastic can scratch your paint. Other than that i am very satisfied. I will have to see how this thing holds up over time.

WE order a cover for our Murano recently and have been quite pleased. The only thing is that I 'm pretty sure the tag for the front was placed on the wrong end. Cover fit was totally off. We just switched ends and all is well. Came back for our BMW and hope to be just as pleased!

Straight forward shopping for specific vehicle model. My 1965 VW convertible car cover just barely fits over bumpers so the car is covered. However, my old cover went to the ground to keep leaves, etc. from blowing under the car which was a better feature. Otherwise, the quality of the new cover seems to be good for the money.

Everything has went smoothly so far. With regards to recommending the site, I can say it's very easy to navigate and find the product/s you need. As far as purchasing another product/service again depends on my order and how satisfied I am with your product.

I received my order in a timely manner, but still haven't had a chance to use it yet. Waiting for a hailstorm to give my honest opinion.

Got the gold series cover for my 350z. The only thing I don't like about it are the storm straps that have plastic clips on them. These will damage your paint job when you put your cover on and they are far too light to pass under the vehicle, making them a pain in the rear to work with. I just cut them off, cover works perfectly now. I also replaced the flimsy lock wire that was sent with the cover with a more heavy duty wire, less likely to be cut and used a stronger lock. The cover itself seems quite nice. We will see how it does during rain etc... I'm told by carcover.com it will eventually be waterproof, it is absorbent out of the bag.

Not sure I got the right cover. No cut out for rear trunk antenna. Cover does not completely cover entire car. Keeping it because I don't want the hassle of a return, but, doubt I would purchase from company again.

My order was promptly delivered as promised. I do not believe I received the right cover and would like to speak with a customer service rep. All I get is referrals for email. I have presented pictures and asked for a phone call. I got another referral to email.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my dad who has a 1954 Willy's Pick-up. This was one of the easiest transactions I've ever been apart of. The cover arrived on-time and fits perfectly! I will be coming back to this company for all my car cover needs!

So far it's been great. Easy to navigate website. The only downfall was I never got a confirmation email or updates as to where and when my product would be here. I had to email the company to find out.

I put the cover on my car last night before a big rain storm, I used the adjustable straps to keep the cover tight. We are expecting some bad weather over the next few week, but I am confident that the cover I purchased will hold up just fine.

Website was easy to use, once it finds out what vehicle your purchasing the cover for it directs only to the covers that fit...hopefully I'll be just as happy with the cover as i am with the web site.
Got the cover 2 weeks ago.and so far very impressed with it.Hopefully it protects the car but time will tell. The bag that holds the cover, a stitching issue with that but I'm sure the company will correct in time.

Received one cover under warranty they say we received three. Liars to avoid meeting their advertising.

So far everything has been fast and easy.
Finally got around to installing the cover on the car this last weekend.
Overall the cover fits the car except for the fact that it is a little long on the sides and barely touches the ground. This could be because I've lowered the car 2 inches at both ends. I do like the Straps on both ends to help keep the cover from blowing off the ends of the car. Will have to wait and see how it stands up to the elements compared to the last couple covers I've owned (purchased from another company) that cost a third as much as this one. Each of those lasted just over a year each.

I called from Australia, I received excellent telephone help. Thank you very much for helping me with my purchase. I expect my husband will be thrilled with his birthday gift!

Great price for the product if the item and quality of the product is as stated, also, I have not been able to place on my vehicle, am waiting for it to be washed prior to putting it on. I will contact you if there seems to be any problems, but so far, it has been a pleasure to work with your company.

Thank you site was relatively simple and from previous reviews I was able to determine how to work my way through the site and even managed to get some of my price knocked off.

When looking at the webpage for a selected car cover it would be nice to see the same protection meters that are shown on the previous page to compare all details of different covers at once on different tabs.

Read good reviews. Seems like a good cover for the price. We'll see how it holds up when it gets here, and in the rain.
Could have been better to fit the actual shape of my El Camino but then again it is what it is for the price.

I made a frame out of pvc so it doesn't sag in the bed.

The Covercraft that I ordered for my 2010 Honda Accord fits and looks great. Fabric is very light, strong and sheds water great.

I was sent a car cover for a very common make and model car, and it DID NOT FIT. CarCover.com refused to replace the cover. They say that they guarantee the fit, but they DO NOT. STAY AWAY!

Ordered a cover for my RV and it almost tore the first time I put it on. The tear did not go completely through the cover so now there is a weak spot in the fabric. Not super thrilled but the material seems to be decent.

1st order years ago was perfect...this time I am not sure we have received the correct item. It is too tight; you can barely get it over the bumpers. I am still in the process of checking of this so we shall see!

If it protects my car from the AZ sun,and is light and easy to cover etc. I will give it a 10 6/12 I received my car cover. It'seems beautiful. Soft, easy to use, has a place for the extender, Lined, for now great protection from the AZ 110 degree sun, No more hot steering wheel etc. Very well,made out the box. We'lL see 6 MONTHS from is it can take the sun. Now I am extremely pleased.
