Purchased previously same item. After last snow rolled up cover and top stuck together severely crimping cover. Afraid to pull apart as cover was tearing as I did it. Would not give cover 5 stars, more like 2 to 3, but need new item for upcoming new snows.

Ordered a winter cover for my Miata as it has to be parked outside over winter. Product arrived very quickly and well packaged in a vacuum pack. I have not had the chance to try it out yet but look forward to doing so later in the year!.

This cover was easy to install. By the second time I, as a female, was able to easily put it on myself. Light weight and easy to manage. We have had a few rain storms since here in Connecticut and it has kept the Jeep nice and dry.

So far - so good. Will wait to see and apply cover for final rating.
After I received the cover and inspected it, all was good. It if very well and I am pleased with the product. My only suggestion is the antenna hole needs a better reinforcement sticker.

It was very fast and easy to place my order, no hidden fees or anything like that. What I liked the most my cover fit perfectly and it looks great, good cuality product, definitely am looking forward to buy my next cover, at car cover, thank you guys.

So far so good. Waiting for product to arrive. Product arrived in a timely manner. Overall appears to be a good product, the antenna patch was a little weak, I doubt it'll last long, it did not adhere to the rest of the cover. This will be determined once more challenging weather arrives.

I sent an email saying how happy I was with the cover and the speed of delivery but that I had three questions...

I received an unsatisfactory answer to one question and nothing about my other two questions. So I wrote back to clarify and never heard back from anyone again. Very frustrating.

The cover has good specs written online, live chat was helpful. When you purchase items you expect to receive good stuff and CarCover seems to have it. Thank you...I received it 3-13-20 & opened up cover but didn't have a chance to use it because of weather. Hopefully it fits ok thank you.

Ordered a cover, received it, upon opening the box discovered it was just stuffed into the box (At least fold it). Laid it out on top of the intended vehicle and discovered it has a tear in it (now I know why it was stuffed). Out of curiosity I did a Wet Test on the porosity of the materiel and only after 18 min with a Wet Sponge (maintained it damp) it began to seep through the materiel which would have arrived on the surface of my vehicle. Contacted the only way to reach them via email at RMA.CARCOVER.COM, offered to exchange it and I responded and told them that I wanted a full refund, Nope, only two options, refund 40% of the cost or send it back at my expense and they would review the request and only after approval would they provide a refund (you ate the shipping costs). DO NOT confuse this group with CARCOVERs.COM! I used the carcovers.com site, spoke with an agent who worked with me over the phone, was courteous and provided me with options to ensure the fit was correct BEFORE i spent a dime. We discussed return policy and was NO RISK to the consumer.

So far I am satisfied with the ordering and delivery of this product. The real test will be how our car and cover survive the summer months of Florida since we leave it outside next to our home. I will let you know this fall!

Since the cover I received did not fit my truck, I attempted to return it under their 100% satisfaction claim. In order to do so, I was informed that I had to ship the cover to an address in CANADA! With shipping costs of about $85.00 - which is more than the cover originally cost! (The original package came from L.A. Via UPS.) Or, with my acceptance of a 40% discount on the original cost, I could keep the non-fitting cover. So that's a no-brainer, but I still don't have an acceptable cover. So much for their 100% satisfaction claim.

Compared to eBay and Amazon your products were higher grade with a better pricing which is a very unique situation in my experience. Very excited to be getting this cover and I very much look forward to receiving it and hope it exceeds the expectations

The car cover I received was not 5 layers as advertised. It is clearly only 2. It is rated for outdoor use; rain, hail, and UV...no way I'd use this cover outside...it is very thin and would offer very little protection. The fit was not good at all. It draws up in the front and does not fully cover the car and it was ordered for my specific application. Very disappointed.

I liked everything except the website says its a perfect fit and its not. Its loose at the top. It just occurs to me maybe it is sized for a car with a rack. We plan to install one so it will be great then.

The site was Informative, easy to understand and read. I'm happy with the warranty. I thought the cover was going to be a little more snug but the straps are helping with that. I have a convertible that I'm using it for to protect the top from the UV rays. I'll let you know more how I feel about the satisfaction of the Cover after I've had it a couple months.

Hard to find a "custom fit" cover for an old model car where shapes were quite different. I thought that Car Cover had the cover I wanted, since they listed different covers for different models of Model As, as opposed to a single cover for ALL As like other vendors. However, when I received it, it turned out to be more "generic" in fit...it covered the car adequately, but with baggy areas for and aft of the cab which I had hoped to avoid. Apparently no one makes such a cover...unless you are willing to spend multiple hundreds of dollars...which I was not. Tiz a decent cover for the money.

My experience was very professional and quick. I am very pleased with the car cover. It's a perfect fit for my 2001 Cadillac Sedan Deville. It will provide protection from the community cats that I feed, leaving their little footprints all over my car.

Did not see a place to enter FALL10 for the extra 10% off. No mirror pockets. Nothing was said about having to remove antenna, and it fits very loose and baggy. Does not look like it was made for this particular vehicle at all.

I could not find where to apply the discount code MD10. Customer service fixed that for me.

I gave it high scores because I'm very impressed with all aspects from selection to getting and using the car cover.

Ordering was easy and the cover perfectly fits my 2015 Toyota Tacoma. The purchase options were exact. The cover is well made and protects my truck. It is quite substantial so I am learning how to quickly remove it and fold it in the smallest bundle. Same goes for putting it on the truck. Quite easy, really.

Website is easy to navigate. Product is more of a universal fit rather than a custom fit (Triumph TR6). Bought this one to over a donor car sitting on the drive in front of my shop. Will be looking for a better cover for the one I'm restoring when finished. I'm also buying a cover for a 65 VW Bug that I'm finishing up. Started to buy both but decided to wait until I received this one. I think I'll keep looking for the right cover.

As I have only purchased the cover, I cannot accurately evaluate the longevity. It does appear much more robust than the Adco cover I had that began failing after about 8 months.
Quality of construction and materials appears very good.

I received the cover in good time but found the cover too difficult to place on the car by myself. So I asked to return it and get my money back guarantee. To my dismay, the company refuses to refund me the cost of the shipping and that is not stated on their website in the guarantee or anywhere else I could find. The cost of shipping is $66.42! The cover cost $125.99 This is sneaky business and the website does not say that returns go to Canada! The website says California so International shipping is more costly. Another hidden fact that should be made clear. I would not order anything from carcover.com because they do not make these important issues clear before purchase.

Ordering was easy. It took longer to arrive than anticipated (Only by weekend). It was supposed to come with cable lock according to description and it has not arrived. I will have to check with company and see how response is. Otherwise the cover fits well, and seems to be as advertised. I have not tested waterproofing.
