Great, so far. The cover says it is waterproof. There was some moisture under the cover following a rain. It wasn't excessive and it certainly didn't soak the car. We had Penny-sized hail a day later and the car has no damage. I am very happy.

Excellent product at an excellent price. I haven't actually used the cover yet, and it may be a week or so before I do. If you would like to check back with me later, I would be honored to give you a review at that time.

I received the cover for my 2006 Mercedes SLK350 and it covers great. However, it does not cover the lower portion of the front bumper. I will wait a day or two and re-adjust after it stretches some. Otherwise, good quality and soft to the touch.

Instructions for use have to be better. I received 5 pieces:
1. The rv cover,
2. The bag for store the rv cover,
3. A medium bag cover maybe for the rv fan? I don't know!
4. and a small bag cover maybe for one mirror? I don't know!
5. Instructions on 1 page only.
Maybe, a video will be better.

I called and asked if this cover had side pockets for side mirrors the guy said yes I am very disappointed with product if this is how you treat your customers I can imagine how you treat your families

I called to make sure the cover was fleece lined as a previous cover was not. The lining of the cover is not as described over the phone. It is simply a cloth lining, it is not soft and the lining is very thin. I also thought I was ordering on the WeatherTech site. Very confusing. Not satisfied with the product. Would not order again and will not recommend product for purchase.

I have not put the cover on yet to see that it fits, but at the sale price I really couldn't wait. I purchased this for my 2016 Mustang, as I won't drive it in the winter. It will be in a heated garage and the dust cover is all I will need.

The cover is GREAT! It's made with quality materials and fits like a glove over my 2007 Honda Accord. I appreciate the straps under the front and back end which afford extra grip during a strong wind. You weren't kidding when you mention the cover can be installed in less than a minute - it's very easy. I needed the product because my parking space at home is shadowed by thick tree canopy so I get lots of bird droppings and tree sap. It's also nice to not have to scrape frost from the windows on chilly mornings. The sale price, free shipping, lifetime warranty, and quick delivery made this a WONDERFUL purchase!

Not flimsy at all. Very well made and should last a very long time. And I like the attached buckle tie down for a very snug fit. Over all I am very pleased.

I didn't open my car cover up all the way when I received it, expecting not to much could be wrong, but...I was wrong. I went to store my Mustang last night and one of the mirrors pockets was sewn messed up to where it did not fit correctly. Needless to say I couldn't take it off and send it back because the place I was storing it was going to be closing the doors and did not want my car sitting unprotected until anew one arrived. I did take pictures of the pocket.

Arrived as advertised, there was a steel cable and also a white nylon rope that were included with the instructions, but the instructions never said what to do with the nylon rope. The instructions were not completely clear.

Site was simple and fast. Delivery was free and timely. The product was a little less than I expected. The fix was good but not as good as the last one I got from here. Did not feel as soft inside and not quite as thick overall. Still a good car cover.

Searching for the right cover was easy. I purchased a cover for my Yukon XL. The cover fits great. The only issue I have is with the security cable. The cable needs to be longer to make it easier to use.

I ordered my husband a 1999 Porsche Boxter Gold Shield and he absolutely loves it! We tested for waterproof by dumping a bucket of water on the car, car cover on it of course, and it worked! I did have express shipping but it came in 4 days instead of 1-2. Customer service was somewhat professional but when I contacted the email for returns (rma) and they handled my concerns well. I did get partial 50% refund of total price for the car cover but if he's happy with the car cover, I'm happy!

The car cover is to BIG. The overall length is fine, but the sides touch the ground on both sides (even when I cinch it with the two belts which run under the car). My car looks like a kid wearing his dads oversized suit. The car cover was purchased for a 2017 Porsche Macan.

I am unsure about service and product until I receive it. Afterwords I will give a rating. After receiving my order I give these guys an A1 waiting. They are very good at what they do and I love the material my cover is made of. Great job guys keep up the good work. Thanks Jim Huf

My order was delivered to the wrong address. I called and notified you I had to change the address. I was assured it was changed and even called later to verify the changes. We were fortunate to obtain the address and retrieve the cover. It would be nice if the storage bag was twice the size to be able to store the cover in. We are real pleased with the quality of the car cover.

Havent used the product yet to describe satisfaciotn hence the 3 starts.

BUT - I asked shipping to delay the shipping and I was informed you/they wold delay it since I was out of town. Of course they were wrong and the product shipped. I had to ask a neighbor to retrieve it so to avoid theft, etc.

That is only issue - lack of follow though this one instance. Am sure you perform well overall but this one instance failed

I received my car cover guaranteed to fit 100%. It docent! My front bumper lip and rear bumper lip are not covered. Also I was expecting the free lock. This was not received. Unfortunately would not recommend this product to anyone else...

I had a couple questions and had no issue with the live chat, which was nice. Your prices are good and free shipping is absolutely wonderful.
After receiving the item there were a couple items I had no idea what they were for. I figured out the ladder cover (we don't have a ladder) and the downspout thing is a question "Chat" had no answer too. I don't know what it is for or how to use it. We have not put the cover on as of yet and it is still in the shrink wrap so I can't say if it is or is not in good shape. Other than that, all seems to be good.
