I was surprise of the quality of the product. I tried the cover several times under the rain and there is no leak of water.
The dimension of the cover match perfectly the size of my car (BMW Z4).
I'm totally satisfied. Price is good but if you have to convert in Canadian Dollars it's a different story.
I find the delivery was very fast.

I received the ordered car cover in a reasonable amount of time and I plan to place it over my car outdoors surrounded by trees of all variety. My hope is that this cover will last a long time--assuming that I dilegently keep it clean and take care in placing and removing it.

Car over made it easy to select the correct cover for my car with a very fair price. The delivery day was exactly what was quoted and I could plan for someone to be home to receive the psckage. A quick and pleasant experience.

All I need now is the 2020 Vette to be produced to go under the cover. I know it's weird to order the cover before you get the car but your price was so much of a better deal than the Chevy price. Thanks.

Received my cover for my 2017 Mustang GT Convertible within 3 business days of ordering. When I tried it on, it fit PERFECT and was very please that it had the side view mirror pockets! The only thing I had to do was make it where the antenna would go through the cover. It was very nice that it came with a patch just for that reason and the instructions to do that were spot on! All in all I am very pleased!

Good experience! When I received it, I tried to put it on and it took me 20 minutes because I didn't see the tag that said "FRONT." So, I put it on backwards and had to start over again. Now, less than a week later, it takes me 3 minutes to put it on and 4 minutes to take it off!

Ordered, but did not get email. Call customer service, they assured me I would get confirmation 24-48 hours. I did not. **you do not ask for billing address, and my shipping did NOT match my billing yet as I was in the middle of moving. So...days later when I still had no email, I ordered again. This 2nd one came immediately, and I was quite pleased...and days later AGAIN, the first came as my billing address was updated to my mailing with my payment choice...So, your order system held out and kept trying til successful. Now I have TWO and don't need both, but no INVOICE is in the box so I may return the extra...grrrrrr!

The sewn in straps are hitting the wheels... wish the back end was another 6-8 in inches longer-it does not cover the entire car. Needed to put additional clamps/straps to the front-it was snug, but a lot of wind was getting in - concerned about it blowing off the front and popping off the back... (there wasn't a front or back marking, but the cover had a fastback shape - it was clear which end went where once we opened it up...)

Very easy to put cover on my Audi A5 convertable. You just have to find the front of the cover which is marked underneath. Slips right on, easy ties in front and back that attach below the bumper and tail pipe. Easy to remove also. Very soft fabric. Very nice.

This is a gift for my son-in-law.

I paid the $30 for expedited shipping. When checking the tracking number it said "ready for UPS pickup" when in fact I found the item was out of stock but I received no communication letting me know the item was out of stock. I suggest carcovers.com email their customers if an item is out of stock so we don't keep checking the tracking number and seeing no change. I only found out because I called customer service after a few days of checking the tracking number.

I made one phone call to find out about when the sale would end because I couldn't purchase it till Oct 8 and the customer service agent was very pleasant and gave me a straightforward answer that I could work with.
After I received the package, I was concerned about the weight of the package. That might be because it was compression packed but I haven't opened the package as yet. I was so looking forward to receiving it but now I don't know what to do. There's no way I could handle such a heavy product. I am 5' 0'' and older than I would like to say. I went back to the listing on the Car Cover webpage and nowhere did I find shipping weight info as is common on most product sales websites. I am not sure what to do now.

This is the second car cover I have ordered from carcover.com and am very pleased with the fit and quality of both. This recent order was a cover for my GMC 3500 quad cab dually. My first order was for my Kia Sportage SUV. Both covers look custom made in the way they drape over the body shape. I bought them to protect my vehicles from the many surrounding oak trees and they repel water great. The only issue I had was with my first order in that the cable and lock were not in the shipment. I notified the company and it was shipped the very same day. Excellent customer service, a rare commodity in today's world. Would I buy a car cover from carcover.com in the future? In a heartbeat and recommend them highly.

I cannot really rate this purchase until I see the product. The ordering was easy and efficient. I received the car cover and am very pleased with the customer service, ordering process and delivery time. Free shipping was nice since I was not in a hurry to get the cover. I still have the Jeep in the garage awaiting a time when we are not getting thunderstorms every day before I put it on the Jeep and move it outside. The quality of the cover looks good so I am sure it will do what I want. I have a similar cover on my original 67 Camaro which has the cover and stays in the garage except on its weekly run.

This is a very nice cover. It is just what I was looking for, a quality, extremely soft, very lightweight, easy to use, form fitting dust cover to use in my garage on my Porsche Carerra.

The cover I received was not marked front or back. I'm not sure if there is a difference in the cover.
It strikes me a s a kind of one size fits all cars my size.
I'm only using it as a dust cover for storage in the garage.

After opening and installing cover found it to be too short for the vehicle. The subject describing the fit was suppose to be perfect for the car...maybe it stretchs after being on car for awhile? Not completely satisfied with cover as far as fit but should keep dust off

It is on the heavy side but it is very durable. I had trouble figuring out which was the front end and which was the back. I used a black sharpie and put our home address on the front of the car cover so now when I take it out of the trunk, I know exactly which goes on the front end and which goes on the back. Problem resolved. I have had other car covers in the past, on the flimsy side. They were more lightweight but they tore easily and they had to be replaced about every 6 months. This one I believe will last for years. I'm very pleased with it.

Received cover via ups without any paperwork. Product doesn't have a tag or any label that tells me if I have the right item I ordered. The cover was wrapped with a piece of cloth with the hand written 'C210'. This doesn't match any identification in online description for the Gold Shield 5L car cover. Ordering process was easy. Everything was great until we received the wrong car cover. Since you can't call and speak with anyone but you're redirected to email, it was nice to be able to "chat" with someone (on the website) who explained what I needed to do.
Once I emailed the warranty area (I would have thought it would be "returns/exchanges"), it took into the 2nd day to get a response - I was about to resend an email. The response was then directing someone to ensure I was sent the correct car cover - which is what I wanted.
This process seems a bit arduous and doesn't inform the customer very well as to what is happening.
We're anxious to get the car cover to see if it meets expectations - which we think it will.

I liked that it was easy to find the right cover for my hearse when I couldn't on other sites. Detailed descriptions and measurements were perfect. I had no doubt that I was getting the right sized cover for my car. This made it fast and easy to order. Thank you for your attention to detail.
