I bought one cover from you before (2019 car) and the fit and quality were excellent. I got a sales email from you, and tried, just for the heck, to see how far back you go. I was looking for a cover for my husband# 1950 Chevy. And there it was! A surpriseXmas gift!

It took three contacts to receive information about the shipment. No EMail about anything until afterthe third contact.The shipment did not take place in the advertised time. Even after contacting your location on the third time, it was not shipped until the next day.

That was the last car my father inlaw for my wife when she was 20 years old,
That was in 1965. Now we will be able to appreciate the way that we should.

Shopping experience is very easy. Thank you. We had a previous cover for an older minivan which we just sold and it held up VERY well. We really appreciated having it - we get snow, rain, and cold, and sun. It is a great car cover. Just had to get another for our replacement vehicle.

It's a Xmas gift, so it hasnt been unwrapped and unrolled yet as I wrote this, but I inspected the vacuum packaging and was pretty impressed with that type of shipping and through the plastic it looks high quality.

Great. Informative and thorough descriptions of the cover options. Website is user friendly, ordering quite simple and offers PayPal. I'm a repeat customer (years ago) and very pleased with the quality and workmanship of the covers. Can't go wrong with CarCovers.

Follow-up: The cover was received in about a week. No defects but DID NOT FIT my car as ordered. Generic fit for mid-size SUV. Poor fit for 2020 BMW X4 (probably templated for X3). Returning

I have not had a chance to call about cover. We put it on and it fit great BUT when we took off cover the white lining material was stuck all over surfaces that cover touched. Could not wipe off car with anything. Finally we tried some white vinager and water and with a lot of effort and time and I mean a lot!

Your online credit card program wouldn't take my credit card payment and I almost went to a different site to order one, but I saw the phone number, called, placed my order and was satisfied.

I was assured when I ordered this cover that the shipping box would not indicate what was inside. The UPS truck dropped it off. The box had a nice big sticker on it "CARCOVERS.COM". So my Husband knows what he is getting for Christmas! I am a little peeved about this. I called and talked to someone in customer service who took my complaint but didn't seem very concerned about it, which made me more angry. Not happy about this situation. Ann Lozar, Orofino, Idaho.

I need to send this back its to cumbersome to use regularly however the way it was packed makes it almost impossible to repackage especially in the same box... I need a return label to sent this cover back. I am sure it's a get cover with 2 people to use regularly. Elizabeth

I called to ask if the cover would cover the tire on the back door and the person that I talked to was not hearing/listening to anything I was saying. He kept asking me questions that I had just given the information to him. NOT LISTENING! A very bad representation of your company. I was frustrated after speaking to him but placed my order any way because I am hoping that this will be a great gift for my husband.

To be honest, I haven't put it on yet! Need a decent day to get it clean enough to cover and I'm still using the car when the sun shines. I will be back when I get it on to check the quality and fit but couldn't be happier with selection, ease of ordering and quick delivery.

After receiving and installing the cover, it was nice. Needs a tag to identify front or back. I had it on one day and it was a windy day. The cover blew off and although I had it sinched down w/front & rear straps it came off.
So far so good. I'll see when I get my new cover.

I wish the cover had sculpturing to include the mirrors. It would also be a good way to secure the cover to put it on the car. My past car cover had this feature and I made the assumption this cover would have this also.

I have not stored the car for the winter, so I do not know of the fit on the car., but if it does not cover properly, I will advise you of same. So far, all is good, so I assume the cover will be excellent.

Ordering the cover was simple. I received the cover on the exact day I was given when I ordered it. The cover was simple to put on my car ( it took about 30 seconds) and it fit perfectly. I was expecting a generic sized cover large enough to cover my 1966 car but it fit like a glove. The elastic around the bottom of the cover went under the bumpers and fit snugly. I'll have to wait to rate it's waterproof qualities because I haven't used it outdoors with rain yet. Overall, I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend CarCover to others and wouldn't hesitate to purchase another one if I needed one.

Never purchased from your company before so I am not able to give you a rating on your cover but will do so later. Hope your cover will be as good as you claim. I think it will be good! I received the cover and the cover appears to be of excellent quality however I have placed the cover on my vehicle as the car is in the shop to have the windshield replaced. The quality of the cover appeared to be excellent so I have ordered a second 5L cover from you all for my Daughter's 2018 Subaru Outback and that cover is to be delivered to her on Saturday, December 14,2019 to Salt Lake City, UT. So far, I am satisfied with the shopping experience; the site was easy for placing an order; it appears you have the product to fit my needs/car; I realized the 'disclaimer' on the document inside the package indicated that the product ordered 'may' have a tag or is written to show front and back. That is not the case on this product; 1st attempt, I had the cover on backwards...2nd try a no-brainer...LOL

Not professional customer service and over priced same material for only $60 and I paid $139 for the same thing and it took almost 10 days for me to get it if I knew I would never do business with this company again

I noticed that at the top of your webpage it stated that there was 60% off all car covers this day only, but when I ordered mine I was given only 50% off. I called and was told that the 60% was for some car covers not all, contradicting the statement on your webpage.

The order process went smoothly although an additional 10% discount was offered with discount code MD10 but there was no field to place the code. Is there any way I could apply this code to this purchase?

Cover wasn't really what I was expecting. I spent probably close to 40 hours detailing my car and bought one of their covers. When I put it on my car I can just tell the texture of the cover was gonna do more harm than good. When I removed the cover it left little spots that can be wiped off with a microfiber but the purpose of a cover is so you can take off and go.

Loved my expierence with car cover did not enjoy my expierence with ups they delivered it to the wrong address and they have no check or balances you just a email that they delivered to you when they did not. And they have been delivering to the wrong address more than once. Very disappointed with ups and their customer service sucks
