Ordered a car cover for my 1997 Camero Z-28. Ordering process was easy and it was delivered in just a few days. The car was being repainted so it was a short time before I could use the cover. The cover fit completely over the car and looks like it will protect it very well.

Very fast and easy, will add a review when I get cover, I recieved the cover cleaned car today to put cover on and was so dissatified with fit doesn't cover complete front or rear mirror pockets are problem cannot pull cover front or back cover looks like wrinkled rag on car

Car Cover sent me a email 'How can we serve you better?' I called and sent email to customer service that I paid $30 for the express shipping expected to get it by end of day on August 24,2020. They replied we have a contract to guarantee 1-2 day delivery, wait and see. I received the cover Monday 8/31/2020@ 02:56 PM. This was 5 days (3 business days plus 2 weekend days). I called customer service and requested refund of my extra $30 for express shipping and he said no refund for shipping and if I wanted to return the cover I would have to pay shipping again to return it, but they would credit me for the car cover. This is not what I expected, I was a first time customer. This is the reason for my POOR REVIEW. Thanks for asking.

Merchandise shown is very clear, ease of ordering is excellent, and delivery time is as promised. I had a couple of questions while installing the first time, so phoned and was given explisive directions-very helpfull.

When I did not receive the item as scheduled, I called the number provided by PayPal. There was no contact number on the carcover webpage. The connection was so bad, I could not understand anything the person on the other end was saying.

Shield 5L--Car Cover. The price I paid was $159.99. When I received the car cover, I noticed that cover was a single layer like rubber stretch black cloth. I called today 8-28-20 about 1:30 pm. and asked to talk to the manager. He told to email and return the car cover. He didn't say if you were going to send a return form for the package. It is very big and sags all over. It looks like it was designed for a much larger automobile?

The model I received was part# UHDW195, my station wagon is an older model 2006 Mercedes E350 wagon.

I purchased one of their Gold Shield outdoor covers for $139.99 because I was led to believe by their advertising that the cover would be a good durable cover that would last a long time. Given the price, I was also led to believe this was made of high quality material. And, it came with a "Lifetime Warranty". Says it right there at the top of their website!

But, unfortunately, the cover material started to disintegrate and tear after only two years of intermittent outdoor use.

Upon making a warranty claim, they are now telling me that I have to pay $30 shipping to get a replacement cover under the warranty. And, THEIR WARRANTY IS REALLY NOT A LIFETIME! If you read the fine print, the "Lifetime Warranty" that is advertised is really a limited lifetime warranty, and says they will replace a car cover up to three times and then that is it. On top of that, the warranty policy states that they get to determine the shipping cost at whatever they want.

Since this cover is made of poor quality fabric and will not last more than two years, in the next six years I will have paid them another $90 (in shipping) for three replacement covers under this scam "lifetime warranty". THIS IS CLEARLY FALSE ADVERTISING!

Finally, and most importantly, the Gold Shield cover they sell is made out of the same poor quality fabric that a $39.99 cover is made out of. I know this because I had one before from another company and it lasted no more than two years as well. The material used for their Gold Shield cover is identical.

Clearly, they are selling a cheap, poor quality cover at an exorbitant price, just to cover their replacement costs when the cover fails prematurely. So given all this, I asked for a full refund, and they refused.

Don't waste your money on their products and don't buy from these folks!

I received my car cover for my new Rav4, the cover was fairly easy to place. The cover seems pretty thin, I'm hoping the material is strong enough to protect my car from hail! Overall pretty satisfied.

Bought a car cover for my Miata. Cover arrived quickly and is great quality, better than I expected. The cover has a storage bag! Now I don't have to throw cover in garage til winter, it has a home and takes less space. I am very pleased with the car cover. I wish they made covers for Harleys?

Wasn't real easy to see the details of the car cover. The reason I order is that you claim that you stand behind your car covers, that it was a custom car cover, and that they have a life time guarantee. The fit wasn't that precise which means that it doesn't cover all the way below the bottom of the car. The security cable with the width of the cover doesn't allow it to go under the car. I do like the two straps the secure it the sides together. Forecast states it will rain in a few days, so we will see how it protects the car.

Ordering process was smooth, but I was disappointed when I learned no instructions came with my shipment. Nothing was provided as to how to best utilize the nylon straps attached to the front and back ends of the car cover or how to identify front and back of the car cover. (I had to go to youtube to view competitor products to see how to best install a car cover on a large suv).

The delivery was very fast, but right after I ordered it I saw the same cover for like 20 something dollars cheaper, the quality of the cover is great but not exactly a glove fit close but not exactly, but despite that I still would shop with them very reputable company...

Purchased my last Miata ultrashield 5L cover from your company in March, 2012. It has given me great protection for seven years but is now starting to show some wear so I have I decided to replace it with a new one.

The site is very easy to navigate through and the information is easy to find. My husband loves the car cover I got for his vette. He said it is easy to put on the car and loves the cable it has to keep it in place. Also very sturdy and soft on the inside.

When I placed my order, I was waiting for email confirmation. When I didn't receive it, I called. They said my email address was incorrect, when I went to give them my correct address, they said that they couldn't change it, how absurd is that.

This guys are really awesome and trusted. They are given me best cover which i am looking for. I am really happyyyyy.

Overall the speed of shipping and price were great. The car cover fit snugly and properly on my vehicle, however it is not 100% waterproof. We had a nice soaker of a storm come through last night and today when I took off the cover parts of the inside of the cover as well as my car were wet. There are no tears or snags in the cover for water to have gotten in, and it was on the top and hood of my car so it also wasn't caused by wind blowing rain up the side of the cover.

Have not been able to confirm if the cover I received is the correct cover as the numbers on the cover do not match the sku on the invoice.

Love the product, this is my 3rd cover for different vehicles not the 3rd cover for the same car I liked the quality so well on the first I bought one for my truck and liked that one well enough that I bought a third for another car. These covers are amazing!

Take my money and cancel my order. Not serious. I paid my order and they canceled my order. I lost the exchange fees.
