What a total waste of time and money.! As for customer care... they have forgotten their roots.
Car cover arrived after weeks of delay due to the first lie on website... IN STOCK!
Put it on the car and woke in the morning to find it completely blown off. Thus why this company has decide to throw in the locking cable.
I had live chat to see if there was an error... OF COURSE NOT.
Gave my review on their trusted site and was informed the company (CARCOVERS) would get in touch with me in 24-72 hours
OOPS MUST HAVE LOST MY NUMBER AND EMAIL ADDRESS...
So this review is given a 1 star due to ignorance and lack of reasonable responsible customer service.

Car cover perfect fit, thick fabric, easy to put on. Bought for my grandson living in Fl. And he said even a hurricane can't blow this cover off. He's so happy. Thanks for great service and quality.

Cover Lasted 2 years. Was $184.95 Covers a 2014 Chevy Silverado part time. See pics attached. I feel that it should have lasted a little longer. That is $92. Per year. Not very good.

Gold Shield 5L - Car Cover for Cadillac Escalade 2004 SUV 4-Door for $139.99 I purchased the top of the line cover. It states there is a small chance of having an issue, but when you do it is covered under full warranty. Just know your cover will wear out and it need to be replaced, even their top of the line cover. When it does, the warranty does not cover the $30.00 shipping charge. No where is it stated when you have a problem, you will have to pay to have it shipped. When you buy it new, it is shipped for free. The supervisor was extremely rude to me on the phone as well. Customer service is not practiced with in the company. And all questions get routed to the same person for all departments. It makes the company seem bigger by having different departments.

We bought this for our 2017 nissan classic Cherokee. Fits great, easy to put on.We got this a dust cover as well as protect the car from scratches as we walk by with groceries and what not.

CarCover.com refused to pay for return shipping label. Charge dispute was open as the product received is faulty, not as described and advertised on the website.

I purchased this car cover about a week ago and It did get to me fast! I was really scared that I was going to purchase this and it wouldn't fit but I DID IT ANYWAYS! And I was glad I did. It fits perfectly! My car is a 2018 Chevrolet Suburban & this for perfectly :) thank you so much

After only 2 days of using my NEW gold cover that is presumed 100 % waterproof a normal rain came. The next day the water went true and the cover was soak and the car wet. Made a claim for warranty replacement and read the email I received.
" While the cover is 100% waterproof to a certain extent, it is important to note that it can only withstand a certain amount of water. This means that the cover is considered water-resistant rather than fully waterproof." Totally the contrary as advertised!
Then: " Our main focus is on providing excellent breathability and UV protection, which is why we have designed our covers to be water-resistant rather than fully waterproof."
So they don't want to have it waterproof but the web site say: " The cover will not let a drop of water go through, as it is 100% waterproof and water-resistant. In order for your car to breathe, the cover is equipped with an additional layer of micro-porous film so that there can be no condensation or water build up"
So what is the thrue about this product? It is not Waterproof and they don't stand behind their own warranty policy.

We ordered a 10 ft to 12 ft truck camper cover and they sent us one that was 20ft long. The would not pay the return shipping. We had to pay $100 to return the wrong camper cover! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

After a slight issue my car cover is everything that I wanted. It fits terrific and is easy on and off. They dealt with me as a very important customer.

Extremely poor fitting. Looks more like paper than cloth. Don't be fooled by all the positive ratings because you'll notice 95% of the ratings are only about the website and the ordering process and not the product itself. It's very difficult to give a review AFTER YOU HAVE RECIEVED THE PRODUCT! I finally found a way to review on sitejabber. They say hassle free return but then expect you to take pictures of the cover etc. Sorry too late, I already put the cover back in the box to try to return it, besides, I don't want to scratch my car by putting the cover on a 2nd time.

I asked the people over at carcover.com if there was anything they can do for me and I paid a small price to get fast shipping and it came the day later! Thanks carcover.com!

Dont waste your money. They claim a lifetime warranty yet when their crappy car cover falls apart they charge you $30 to ship you a replacement. Theres no mention of that on their website.

An excellent cover for my truck. Fit is perfect, but make sure you have some sort of tonneau cover to help support the CarCover.Com.
Highly recommended

Its easy to remove and put on. The only downside is that the car still gets wet if a heavy rainstorm occurs, but thatch to be expected...

Cover lasted 2 1/2 months and zero help with getting money back! Horrible! The customer service was beyond bad; they were down right mean. Horrible! Oh did I say they were HORRIBLE!

Carcover's top of the line waterproof outdoor silver car cover Gold Shield 5L destroyed my factory paint job in just one night. It rained and the water got under the "waterproof" cover and the condensation destroyed the paint. They refuse any responsibility:

"CarCover.com is not responsible for damages of this nature and will not cover the cost of their repair, as the use of our product is left to the customer's discretion."

"Use of our product is left to the customer's discretion?" I just put it on my car!

Look at the pictures before you believe a word they say.

There is permanent paint damage that will not come out on the hood, both front fenders, and trunk (large 6" x 12" dim spot that does not show in a picture). I also have their black indoor cover for inside a garage that allowed dust and pollen to get through and cover the car under Carcover's "dust-proof" cover. I replaced it with the Gold Shield 5G silver "waterproof outdoor" cover that destroyed my car in just one night. Order #******* (placed on May 12,2021)

More than happy with the staff; and the fabric I got for my Gold Shield is amazing in every way! 100% water proof and it's even got the cable lock they said would come with it!

The Covers Weather shield HP Convertible Interior Cover fits well and stores easily. The cover is well made should last a long time. Although not recommended for severe weather protection.

The cover makes the Toyota rag-top look very classy with the top down and if its outside keeps anything from falling in it. It's very easy to put on and take off. I'd buy it again.

The Car Cover company not only replaced it with the correct size free of charge but
They told me to keep the original cover
I found their service quite outstanding and thoroughly recommend them

In looking for a quality car cover I found a site that was highly rated. When I clicked on it, I somehow got to CarCover.com and without realizing it was a different site, ordered two car covers. Right after I submitted the order, I realized what happened and immediately contacted them to cancel the order - via email. They responded via email immediately that the order was canceled and a full refund would be issued in 5-10 days. I notified my bank. Imagine my surprise when the car covers were delivered six days later! When I contacted CarCover their response was "we didn't cancel it and even though you don't want them now, who knows what the future holds? We'll give you a 20% discount to keep them". What?! After refusing their offer, they've continued to increase the discount and then stated if I didn't want the car covers I would have to pay for them to be shipped back. I refused and requested they send a shipping label so their canceled order that they opted to ship anyway can be returned to them. The reviews on their poor customer support and suspicious activities are warrented. I would have to assume all positive reviews are ones they themselves have posted.
This company clearly has unethical business practices in place and the Attorney General's office has been notified.

Do not waste your time and money on this company's products. Overpriced garbage. Customer service will give you the run-around. Still waiting for a partial refund after weeks.
