Researched and thought we found the best one but... Seemed pretty cool and fit a bit loose but was impressed with the 5 layer protection and lock system. However, after about a month (HA! After you can return or exchange for free by the way), we noticed it wasn't fitting the car and water was leaking through the cover! We called and messaged and was told "It just needs to rain and sit on your car for several periods, about a month for it to shrink the holes and fit properly". What?!?! So, their amazing 5 layer product is supposed to leak on my expensive car and get dust, dirt, etc on it for a month until the holes shrink? Oh and by the way after the month, now you can't return it for free, but you can exchange it for another one for $30-40 shipping! We did, thinking it was just a flawed one. NOPE, this one immediately allowed dirt, dust (including sawdust and rock dust, thankfully no water, yet and pollen. We contacted the company but they said it was after the 30 days so we could only exchange it for a fee! Go elsewhere folks. Go to a store that you can walk into or something. Talk to other.

This is, by far, the best customer assistance (help!) that I have been exposed to in the last 30 years (maybe even more!). My cover arrived and didnt fit. I called them and, luckily, got Isaac on the phone and he was nothing short of tremendous! Not only polite but understanding and most of all, cared about resolving my problem PROMPTLY! He sent me a new cover, since the original was too small and told me not to bother sending back the one that doesnt fitits a complimentary gift. Parenthetically, they apparently sent out the wrong cover. Now, hows that for serviceno runaround, no excuses, just apologies, and timely action! Carcover has some really nice people working for them. "Chat session wasnt worth it, however; talk to a real person, and if youre so fortunate, youll get Isaaca prince among ALL customer service people. Hes a gem!

Love it. The Coverking is protecting my "precious". Put it on just in time for 5 days of wet weather. The grommets are well covered almost couldn't find them. Thanks!

For the money, it is a great by, extremely easy to install and remove and fits by Expedition like a glove. Much higher quality than I expected. I will recommend to my friends...

Had the cover for 3 years but started to deteriorate a year ago when i order talked to Isaac on the phone and he told me the lifetime warranty was for how long i have my car or others things not to my control so he sold me now the phone number is blocked *******041 had to email my number to them to call me didn't call me until i talk to the NY ATTORNEY GENEREL THEN THEY REACH OUT TO ME to see what the problem was told me to send pics and telling me that LIFETIME doesn't mean LIFETIME sent pic everything they needed respond to me right back saying it was replaceable but there was going to be a shipping charge of $52.39.BEWARE STAY AWAY and this is CARCOVER.com

We purchased a car cover from this company on May 31st as a fathers gift that was not until June 21st. My husband did not need it - so in early JULY we requested to return this item, this company would not accept the return EVEN WITH COVID when most companies are extending. Also the product was low quality.

REALLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

My car cover is the easy and logical solution to nth difficulty to erect manual top on my cl; assoc Mercedes. It is a cinch to Latina and stores easily in a small comer of the trunk.

COVER DIDN'T HOLD ANY INTEGRITY NOR DID THE COMPANY! AFTER ONLY 6 MONTHS THE COVER BROKE DOWN AND STATED DETERIORATING, SENT EMAIL TO COMPANY AND THEY WANT ME TO PAY TO HAVE IT REPLACED. I STATED I DON'T WANT THE SAME COVER DUE TO THE POOR MATERIAL AND QUALITY. I WANT A REFUND OR A DIFFERENT AND BETTER MADE CAR COVER. HIGHLY DISSATISFIED, WILL WRITE A REVIEW ON THEM EVERY CHANCE I HAVE SO THEY DON'T SELL ANYMORE POORLY CONSTRUCTED COVERS.

Bought their top of the line Gold Shield 5L RV covers for 2 RVs. Received a cheap imitation RV cover worth half of what I paid. They ship a cover made by North East Harbor that can be purchased for half the cost and is not of the quality they are touting on their website. They refused to provide me with a 5 layer RV cover and refused to make it right. Beware, RIPOFF!

I went back to CarCover.com with misgivings, as the second CarCover seemed to be unraveling at the seams. This one I am extremely happy with though - excellent quality and fits perfectly.

I purchased my RV cover in November of 2020. When I went in June of 2121 to remove the cove to use the RV there were several rips in the cover. I contacted CARCOVER.COM to get a refund since it was obvious it was not going holdup for me and they denied a refund, only a replacement for a $95 shipping fee. The product is not worth the money and customer service is not willing to help at all. It states lifetime warranty, but that is only good for one replacement. BEWARE AND DO NOT PURCHASE THINKING IT'S A QUALITY PRODUCT!

I use this cover in the summer outdoors and in the winter indoors and it protects nicely my truck. My first impressions are that it lets the car breath while leaving it completely dry. Impressed

I want say thanks for providing superb car cover for my bmw. Its very easy to install and fit to my car fully. I would like to buy again further.

This car cover is easy to use. Lightweight, has a nice storage bag that it fits into if you fold it right. It is nice to be able to get onto the car with the cover on.

I really like this cover. It fits my BMW - lengthwise. My car is not to long. Width-wise is a bit of a different story. The cover is WAY wider than my car.

Wish I had bought it sooner! The only negative comment I have is during the ZIP up the inside material would catch on the zipper and I would have to back track to loosen the material.

Very very poor quality, paper thin and very cheap product also very poor customer service. This is a scam business. The web site states it's a "TOP RATED COVER it has a HASSLE FREE GUARANTEE and SATISFACTION GUARANTEE This is a con.

Placed order on the 1st of Aug with promise that it will be delivered by the 5th. Not only it was not delivered yet (today is the 14th of Aug) but it was not even shipped yet. Talked to on line support for more than 3 times and received information that the item will be shipped. Still not shipped. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Cover did NOT FIT, and only provided 2 options for return. 1 refund me 40% of my costs keep the useless cover OR (and only after approval by RMA) I return the cover at my own expense and wait 8 to 10 business day to see if my return is approved.
Materiel is extremely paperlike and flimsy, after I placed a wet sponge on it for about 18 minutes, water began to seep through (yes I kept the sponge damp). Your product is terriable especially for $200, it was a complete waste of my money for a cover that I can only use to cover my trash cans outside (I don't care if they get wet). And only way to return it was qualified with IF IT IS APPROVED after I pay to return it. It is your product that is not meeting customer expectations but the customer ends up eating the costs... I see why you have a BBB Rating of 1 Star.

Just wanted to write a nice review for car cover.com. Their customer service is excellent! I recently purchased a car cover for my 1988 Nissan 300zx. It came in a timely manner, however, the car cover came a little too big for my car. And it did not come with a cable lock that goes underneath the car carriage. I went on their website and spoke a their live chat person. (James) I let him know that my car cover did not come free with the lock and key. He immediately sent me one via priority mail. I thought I would have to wait about 2 weeks to get it since that's how long it took to get my car cover. (car cover came in timely manner as promised too) Well, to my surprise, I got the lock and key within 2 working days. Now that's what I call Customer Service! When I first got the car cover, it received it at night, so after I ate dinner, I went outside to put it on. I did not really noticed that the car cover was just too big. I noticed it was too big when I had the chance to look at it on my car in the day time. In any event, I sent car cover an email and included pictures of the car cover on my vehicle. They too agreed the car cover they sent me was too big. So they told me to just keep the old one and they will send me an entire new one that will fit better free of charge! Now that is really great customer service!
