Very helpful website. Easy to find exactly what you need for your specific vehicle. However my auto body man said with the vehicle I have, the car cover will probably scratch the paint as the wind will keep the cover moving on the vehicle even with the tie downs and the seams will more then likely damage the paint. Wish I had researched better before I purchased. Would like to return, but doubtful I can. Great company though.

Easy website to navigate. Received the car cover in a reasonable amount of time. Went to install the car cover and found that it was not marked as to the front or back of the cover and had to make a guess at it. There was no tag or other marking that myself and my wife could find on it, but it is a fitted cover so it only goes on one way to fit correctly. I did knock off one full star for the lack of marking however. Now we will see how well it holds up over time.

Good product I just wish it would have come with an ant Antenna grommet like most of their competitors. I looked at so many covers before buying I thought this cover came with one one to realize it didn't once it arrived. Not I have to place a separate order for a part that should be standard with all covers.

Very nice car cover for my 2011 Challenger.
Fits good tho in very windy conditions you will need the clips to help it stay on. But then again, no cover would stay on.
Very pleased with this cover. I put it on and take it off by myself every day.
We are in the process of getting the same one for our 67 Impala and 71 Challenger.

I can not rate the quality at this time. The cover has not been used over time. Silly to ask us to rate that up front. The communication from this company is very poor. I had to ask for a purchase confirmation (Receipt), and tracking shipping information.
Even then, the provided tracking is below average. You need a software update it seems. Had to contact company to apply discount code as no place provided on purchase platform to apply it using paypal app

I am very pleased with both products I ordered from Carcover.com. Shipping was quick, with both orders arriving in separate boxes at the same time. Covers I ordered, one for a 1982 Corvette and the other for a 1928 Ford Model A are well made and appropriate regarding protection from the environment in my situation and I must add that they both fit the vehicles perfectly. I would definitely recommend Carcover.com to anyone looking to protect a special vehicle.

I just used my car cover for the first time today. I picked it up my car from getting new paint just a few hours ago. The corner ripped in 2 places as soon as I put the cover on. I know I didn't buy the highest quality but I expect it to last more than one use! I will be asking for a return and or partial refund. I have pictures too!

Great customer help line. The product didn't fit like they say it was going to. Sloppy and no custom mirror fittings. Blows in the wind too loose in the front too tight in the back. Should have been 1/2 the cost for what I got. Waiting for an answer to return it and but a real one.

I called and asked about a military discount and a gentleman gave me a code I could use to save 10%. Very nice! Thank you! We received our cover quickly and got it on our trailer fairly easily. All set for winter!

Cover fit beautifully, only thing I would change is something in the packaging that better identifies front label. Climbing on the roof alone and trying to spread the cover out alone is hard enough. Be nice if front was easier to find just so you're not shuffling the cover on the roof. Great product people, and a very satisfied camper. Will recommend to friends.

I was falsely under the impression that these covers were specific for a depicted car. They are not, they are universal and therefore, the fit is close but not exact. The overall quality of the product is good but again there are no instructions so determining something so simple as the front and back is a chore.

There is no real customer service so if you buy their product you are basically on your own. Lastly, the warranty is not clear. The ads say lifetime warranty but reality seems to be 10 years. In any case, the material is very soft so it should do it's job.

Very satisfied with on-line order process- easy and efficient. Delivered on time as projected. The car cover fabric is very nice quality-I am very pleased with the style and look of this cover. It is a good snug fit for my Toyota truck and I look forward to seeing how it performs in the summer and winter months ahead.

Appears everything went well. We'll see if everything is fine after receipt. I have had to throw away two car covers from other merchants because they were too small from advertised description.

First time ordering from this company. Website was user friendly. From the information on the site it sounds like a quality product. I hope that to be the case when I receive the car cover. I also like there is a lifetime warranty and a return policy if I'm not satisfied.

After reading a lot of reviews on amazon trailer covers I was less than thrilled at what I found. Finding this site and the lifetime warranty was what got me to spend a little extra to get what we hope will be a quality product.

Overall this was a good experience with the product and purchase process.

It would help if the car cover came with some basic instructions. I agree is not difficult to figure out, but explaining some of the details, features would help to know how to use them. (Straps)

The product was totally different than pictured and described.it was stiff, Very wrinkled from vacuum packing and the advertised "softness" was really missing! It looked identical to a $44 Walmart product except for the VERY thin flannel type of liner!
I did order another product from the company.hopefully it is as soft as advertised. I'm waiting on authorization to return the first one.

Well I noticed after receiving my confirmation email that the delivery address was wrong. I called customer service and advised of same I was told they fought it in time and fixed the problem.

They didn't! I had to deal with Fedex myself to rectify the issue after several failed delivery attempts.

I shopped online because the person I spoke with was not personable. Sounded like a cell phone. Otherwise hopefully fine. I received the product but I do not have a receipt. Even though it is a gift I would feel better if he had some paperwork in case he has any problems. He will get it this week as a gift.
