Ordering was easy and chat was exceptional.

I gave one star for the last question not because I was dissatisfied with the car cover, but because it is a gift for our son, and I have no idea how it works yet. He does not go back to college until January, so we really won't know how it works till then.

The shipment was late, arriving in a week and half instead of the 3-5 days promised. When I called to ask where it was, the agent was short with me and told me to wait for another couple of days and call back then to see if they should look into the issue. Being a week late already with no communication, this was not a positive experience. The item itself is fine, but feels lower quality than what I expected from the premium item description and photos available online. It came with no item care instructions or description of the item on the invoice to confirm that it is in fact what I ordered. I'm glad I have a car cover, but this was not the best experience or product.

Received the Gold Shield 5L for 2005 Ford Explorer. Fits great. Great quality, good thickness. Will be fine with rain, dust, etc. to keep car in good condition. Customer service is awesome!

Well right know I am going to order another one for my sister in-laws. Ana Lanadaverde. I hope everything is like u guys say, with the Warranty. Will see in a few months how will it hold up, dust and moisture, and sunlight.

4-5 times the cost of a cheap car cover ($30-$40) but I wanted better quality, so went with yours. Still, wish it weren't quite as expensive. Having said that, made-to-fit, nice padding (better to protect finish and hopefully damage from hail), heavier layering, quick deliver. Super!

Stay away from the eBay $99.00 companies, they were thin and lasted ~1yr, if that.
This product is great for Garage and Outside, I just love it, on my 1974 Corvette.

It was promised in 3-5 business days, but took over two weeks. It has no pockets for the side mirrors, and looks really generic. Why did I bother with year, make and model? This thing is ugly, looks like a big tarp someone flung over my nice vehicle. Don't waste your money!

Just got back from being out of town for a few weeks and opened up the 5 layer premium cover box and was very disappointed as it looks like a single layer low cost cover. No fleece on inside and the out side doesn't look like the pictures on the web site. Please help. Rick *******220

The website was easy when placing order. Tracking my order was great! Product was what I expected. My only complaint would be having to put a hole in my car cover for the antenna is always a guess so I do my best but wish that could have been done my manufacturers. Great company - very efficient!

Easy to find what you are looking for. Great descriptions of products. Free shipping and same day processing is unheard of. With that being said, I was a little disappointed with the fit and the ability to stay in place with gusty winds. I expected a little more with the type and price of the cover that I purchased. I know it's not rocket science, but some instructions and suggestions would have been helpful.

Through no fault of yours, the car cover took the Grand Tour from California, to Quebec, then to New York until finally arriving 10 days later with not even a post card to describe what it saw! However, we weren't in any particular hurry to get it, and glad it finally arrived. There was no cable lock included, but probably don't need this as we live in a (relatively) crime free area.

We bought a cover for our Sebring and love it so much I just purchased one for my truck! Excellent quality... not another out there that is as good! Withstood wind and Arizona desert heat like a champ!

Car cover seems to be of good quality, but is not sized correctly for my 1986 Honda Prelude SI. Cover is too short and fits extremely tight on the vehicle and doesn't completely cover the bumper. It also covers only half of the wheels. It needs to be a few inches longer to fit comfortably and I would prefer it to reach the ground to protect the tires from the high altitude UV radiation in Colorado.

If cover would fit correctly, I would give 5 stars on the product.

The Gold Shield 5L fits my honda pilot perfectly. Its been windy lately and the cover stays in place really well. I believe this is a great product that will protect my vehicle from the outside elements.

Cover is great if the car is stationary like sitting in a drive way or garage for example, but for the purpose of transport which is why I got it, it falls short. Disappointed as I spoke with a rep prior to purchasing and specifically asked if it could be used for such and was advised yes but that is not the case.

Other than delivery taking a week, and that I wasn't notified of shipping until I emailed asking, a very satisfied customer. This is the second car cover we have bought for our vehicles, very nice product.

I was hoping for more color options (lighter than grey, like ivory/creamy color?) on the car cover for Toyota Corola S cars, but you only have one color option. It's okay. Your sale discount is great!

Great website, very helpful information! Easy to navigate. Custom-fit car covers are the only way to go. This one is far superior to a competitor's "universal" car cover for our other car. When that one wears out (or when I get sick and tired of its nonfit), I'll be replacing it with one from Carcover.com.

Very easy to find and placing order was a breeze. I am happy with the product and great service. The only area that we needed help with it's how each of the parts of the cover is properly applied. I did find a YouTube video that showed some of the steps on how to place the cover but it was incomplete. The black belts that are attached to the cover had no instructions on how to use them, and the white string, we still don't know why it was included in the package. I think a new video with full instructions from start to finish would be most helpful. Other than that, this is an excellent product. Please inform me if you make a new video, I would like to watch it.

My wrx is a 2020 it barley covers the front but it will do for now. Overall looks great and covers majority of my car. If I add a lip n splitter for sure doubt it would cover that. Overall great quality on the material. Came concealed and well packaged. Thank u guys!

It's cool that you offer items that are strictly for each car make and model. We've not used the cover yet but it appears to be quality.

We're excited about the cover as we're moving to a home that has no garage or carport just yet so the cover will be extremely handy.
