So far, so good. I believe I've made a good choice. Now that I've had a chance to use it in a rain event, I can say it performs as promised. In addition, installation was much easier than expected. I look forward to years of protection for my classic auto.

Very easy website to use. Found what I was looking for right away. Compared with other sites and it sound like it is just what I need. Only problem we had is Fed Ex doesn't delivery to us. We had to go town to pick it up. Next time we will ask for UPS delivery if possible

Simple process to purchase, price seemed reasonable. I would only suggest that you do two thing's; first, Identify the front and back more clearly, the only way to see which end was front or back was a small tag the size of a tee-shirt tag, I looked but did not see it as I first tried to put the cover on, as something didn't look well in the fit I found the small "front" tag in the back. Not a big deal but would have been a better experience to see the marking first. (My solution was to write Front in larger easy to see print.) The second thing that would have made this a perfect experience is if the cover arrived folded to unravel front to back. This would have made it much easier to initially use and check the fit. I now have it stowed in this fashion. The product is thicker than what the dealer offers which will definitely help protect from the falling small debris that we often experience now with a bit harsher weather. Great Product!

I ordered the Gold cover for one of my customers who just purchased a brand new MY20 Nissan Maxima. I was pleasantly surprised with the price, but above all, the warranty is what sold me on this cover. You don't get much better than an Unlimited Lifetime Warranty! The ordering process was super easy. I received the cover within a week of placing my order. My customers were ecstatic!

The site was easy to use and I like the unlimited lifetime warranty.

Update one year later. The cover ended up being a little larger than the car. When the wind blows, it moves all around. It is also starting to deteriorate. I'm glad it has a lifetime warranty as it looks like I will need it by the end of this year.

It was easy to process this order and easy to navigate through your various options to choose the correct size for my car. The cover fit my vehicle perfectly and looks really good on it. I wanted something that would be appealing to the eye and this cover is great. I will definitely recommend your car covers to my friends. The shipping time was faster than I expected.

Looking for a weather proof cover at a reasonable price. Will reserve comments on quality until I receive product.

The top is too big for the Miata. It's baggy and doesn't have side mirror sleeves. It just tents over and doesn't have a back or front definition. Haven't had in the weather but quality seems good.

I ordered on 9/3 and received it on 9/14. Very long shipping time. Use to amazon prime 2-day shipping. The overall quality is very rigid and I'm afraid to put on my car. I purchased a cover for less from Costco and it is much softer and I feel most comfortable placing onto my vehicle. I only need it for indoor use that's why i purchased the lower one.

I ordered this online thinking it would arrive in a few days. I never received an confirmation of shipping so I emailed the company several times without getting anywhere. After waiting a few more days for the delivery, I called the company to find out if the order was ever shipped. They confirmed it was shipped and would arrive in another week. They did not care much that I was inconvenienced. Eventually, I tracked the order and figured out it was late due to the fact this company is shipping from outside the US and my package was in customs on the east coast (I live on the west coast).
Once I received the car cover, it worked for my needs, but I would not go thru the hassle of ordering from this company again.

Can't comment, haven't received item yet. After posting this, I received my cover very quickly shortly there after. Very pleased with the cover and much better quality than I expected. Done a test fit the same day I received it. Fit beautifully. Would liked to have had better instructions on how to install and secure the cover once on the car. Overall, very pleased and will buy from again.

I'm glad I found carcover.com. Everything that I was looking for in a car cover for my cars was there and it was shipped in less than a week. I was impressed on how they can design a cover to protect from so many different elements and yet still be light weight.

Easy, simple shopping. Shipping was fast. The length and width were fine. I was hoping for something a little more fitted and with mirror pockets. If optioned I would have paid more for these items. But given the price and overall coverage I am comfortable with decision.

After ordered online, wondered about how the shipment would clear Canada Customs and how Canadian taxes would be collected. And at order time, wanted to know which courier would be used for shipping.
After ordering, saw from shipping label that Carcover.com looks after duties and taxes, so no worry after all.

The cover is of good fit and quality.
My only disappointment was that there was no antenna hole kit with it.
It was easy to remedy with a quick trip to Ace Hardware. Overall very satisfied.

I made 2 individual orders from you. You advertise 3-5 day delivery. Yes I know that means business days. However each of my orders took 7 business days. This last order I placed on July 31 and received on August 11. That's more then 3-5 business days. This happened twice. False advertising!

The service and turnaround was out of this world. Will let you know after several months in our California Sun how the cover holds up. I was disappointed (not sure that is the right word) that the cover didn't look like the online photo on the website. Meaning that on the site the perfect fit, looks like it has spandex in it and covers the car like a glove. Ours does not do that. Though it does fit the car well, it's not a snug fit around the bumper areas.

Your product came highly recommend and we are looking forward to seeing my wife's car protected for years to come!

A friend recommended that I avoid covers made in China, but this cover sounds good, I like that it has a lifetime warranty, and the 20% discount is appreciated. I hope this cover is as good as it sounds.

I'm happy with the cover. It fits nicely. Everything is as advertised. Only the cable and lock are insufficient. They don't offer much of a deterrent. Fortunately, I have solid locks and a sturdy, covered cable. The grommets are plastic. I'm a little concerned about the quality, but they seem sturdy. I would've liked them to be metal. Overall, I'm impressed so far and would recommend your company and this cover. With a further recommendation to invest in better locks and cables.

Good so far good web site, after ordering I called a few days later to inquire about a tracking number, I was provided one. My only suggestion, is to provide automatically a tracking number to every order to every customer. This would have helped me. Otherwise great product and customer service was very helpful.

Your website is easy to navigate, the CS rep at the 800 # was professional and helpful, and your product quality and craftsmanship are top-notch...reasons why I'm a repeat customer. The cover is easy to place over my vehicle and fits like a glove. A storm blew through recently and a neighbor's cover was almost completely off their car, but my cover was where it needed to be.

Received cover...took it out of the box and put it on...there in the very back where the white top meets the grey sides...was a small tear...called Company...they gave me the manufacturer's number...which I called...told her the story...and she said she will send me a patch...really...a 385.00 cover...JUST PUT IT ON...and I'm getting a patch...YAY

The buying experience was easy. The product description on the website was helpful in making the decision what product to purchase. Only suggestion I have is that it would be helpful with just a simple one page instruction on which is the front & back and on how to best tie down the cover.
