CarCover

Thought this cover would be more of a custom fit. It doesn't conform to a pick-up shape at all. It isn't long enough to cover the bumpers nor does it cover the sides down to the rocker panels. It is also so tight across the rear that I'm sure the small tail fins will tear holes in the cover. You may not be aware that the 1959 Ranchero is longer than the 57 and 58.

It is difficult to rate the possibility of a future purchase until a first item has been received and used. But, navigating the site and the sale were great. Only issue is I never got a confirmation email. I had to call a few times and give a different email address than the one I gave upon ordering to get it.

Quick and easy to find the product I needed unfortunately I paid for priority shipping only to find out it was shipped economy and had to change my travel plans to accommodate this. Trying to speak to a manager was futile. Was told by a CSR I would have my $30.00 refunded within 3-7 days.

I had no trouble ordering my cover the web site was easy to use and very detailed. I received the car cover in rapid time frame. Customer service was Outstanding. I had a few questions and had all my issue resolved in an expedited customer centered manner. Well done! I plan on buying another cover in the near future.

This is the first time I've been on the site and it was easy to find exactly what I was looking to purchase. I've not yet placed it over my car; but when I do, if there is an issue, I will reach out to customer service.

NOTE: I have an issue with anything done via Google, as the words are misspelled; therefore, upon receipt of this message, know that misspelled words are due to a virus and not a grammar issue. I am completing my doctoral dissertation; so, spelling is not an issue that I have.

Everything 5 Star. The box did come crushed in on one corner but no apparent damage. Bottom of the box was covered in black "skid" marks indicating it was ruffled up in the delivery truck and how the corner was banged up. Haven't taken the cover out yet but it looks fine from outside the storage bag.

No good for towing, straps should be front and rear not in the middle of the car, Buckles made of plastic do not hold. I drove about two miles and had to remove cover because it was blowing off the car. When I purchased this cover I was told I could use it for towing

Easy ordering and paying. Shipment was expedient - received in 3 days ( in middle of covis-19 pandemic). Cover fits great- goes all the way to ground. Antenna cut out was easy then place patch over hole for reinforcement. Great product for the price.

I am not happy with the Returns customer service. You only allow people to correspond through email which I think is unprofessional. When is asked a question through email, I got back the minimum amount of information. I sent back my order. I DID NOT use the car cover. Once I realized it was not what I was looking for, I boxed it back up and sent it back. I will be waiting for my FULL refund. I have pictures of what the un used cover looked like just before I closed the box. I was planning on ordering another cover from you, but not anymore. Please credit my account for the full refund. Thank you.

Easy and fast and great reviews.
Pleased with the quality of the cover. It would have been easier to put on if the front and back of the cover was labeled. Should have a slot for rear antenna instead having to remove it. Do not like storage straps on the inside of cover which lay on the paint. I removed them. Thanks

The site was user friendly but I had a problem finding where I was to put the discount code since it was out of the frame and lower in the bottom of my screen. Finally found it with help from customer service assistant.

I needed to clarify by calling the shipping address from the Credit Card address as there was no indication which was which - turns out only shipping address is needed (but not so indicated on the online form). Phone com clarified it nicely. TU

I've been looking for a quality cover for my Lexus. Since I do not have a garage, UV protection was very important and you had the quality and right fit for my car. Good price, shipped quickly, user friendly website and the cover was easy to put on.

Shopping experience was easy. We made the purchase in January 2020 and have not had enough time to test the cover in extreme conditions. The cover fits well as advertised. The vehicle stays outside and we will be able to judge the performance over the next several months.

I have not unpacked my carcover as of yet. It is still in the box and upon expection everything appears to be in tact. I am going to need assistance in covering the car since it has not been moved in a while. However, I am thoroughly impressed with the total customer service received by carcover.com and would definitely refer you to a friend.

Shopping experience was great, pricing was OK. The item was a little thinner than I expected but will probably still do the job. I have not installed it yet so that is just a guess. I liked the hold downs and that it came with a locking feature.

We travel to the Arizona mountains in the summer and the cool pines. The pine trees give off sap and trying to get it off a rag top is difficult. This cover will be perfect. I have already tried the cover and it fits very well. Thank you.

The quality seems incredibly flimsy and thin. This is nothing like the custom car covers that I've previously had from the auto manufacturer. It fits, but it's a very loose fit and even with the straps, I'm afraid that the wind will move the cover from the car.

I received my car cover as promised. I was missing the locking cable in the package. I sent over a quick email and it was immediately taken care of. I would recommend this company to anyone I know interested in purchasing a car cover.

Just ordering for the first time: Good site, good product value and warranty. So far, so good.

It will take time to evaluate the product and its perfomance under such environmental conditions as sunlight, heat, rain, tree debris, bird and bug droppings, prescribed cleaning, any invasions by creatures and cycles of installation and removal.

Appears to be a good product. No notes or spec sheet to verify it is the product ordered or instructions on how to affix what appears to be a reinforcing patch for the antenna. Haven't yet tried to put it on the vehicle to see how it fits. I was under the impression is came with a locking cable. None in box. Please clarify. Thanks, Terry Meek *******775.

The only criticism I have is that, you state three to five days for delivery.
My order was not delivered in this time frame, took several days longer.
Having said that the comment is not meant to say that I am dissatisfied with your product.
I would say constructive criticism.

After receiving the product, I had a bit of a problem putting the car cover on. It doesn't quite fit the front of the car. However, I will try something else, which is starting from the front first. That might work.
