I have a 2020 Camaro 1LT-1LE. The cover I ordered does not fit over the front splitter. But I knew that going in. No one makes a cover that fits this car with the track package. It fits perfectly other than that.
This is my second purchase from car cover. The first was for a 2014 Mustang GT convertible. That fit perfectly also. Good quality and good service at a great price. Highly recommend.

I have sent your company three emails and received acknowledgement you received them and NOTHING RESPONDING TO MY QUESTION. I received an additional $11.40 charge for some international interchange that I was not made aware I would get. My pay pal account was accessed twice. I've been waiting for an answer. I haven't contacted Pay pal to investigate but will. Simply put I've lost my trust in your company... and will caution my friends at the camp grounds so they are aware of the service. Sorry to say, because you seem to have a good product.

Please make sure you have the antenna cut out on this cover. You sent me one for my other infiniti and did not do that and it is bending the antenna. On this model car the antenna is on the trunk. VERY IMPORTANT! Thanks And it did not come with the antenna pouch so the antenna is being bent. Disappointing.

Light weight, convenient driver door access zippered panel and low profile appearance. Could be a bit longer.

Product and product customer service is excellent. Marketing is predatory; your agent(s) kept pestering me AFTER I purchased the product to buy the product. Your CS response to my concern was to unsubscribe to your website; not good business to encourage customers not to use your website!

Kind of disappointed with the custom fit for a 2016 SL400. A little short on both ends, cheap string for under body and really loose fitting. For a $249 cover it should fit like the cover on my 9114S, from fitted. Thanks

I bought two covers for our SUVs back in mid-August 2020 for over $360. We are in in Southern California and honestly during the pandemic neither cover has been removed more than maybe once a week. Three days ago my husband ran an errand and when he came home the entire cover split along the seam. Clearly a defect with the product. I filed a warranty claim and then waiting. Finally I went on chat and was told my claim had been approved and that I needed to pay around $40 to have a new cover sent. I called to find out why the hell, on something that claims to have a ten year warranty, I have to pay for a subpar product. I was told I should have looked at the Warranty which is a prorated warranty. You know, you're right. I should have dug deeper into the warranty vs. just seeing the words "10 year guaranty" and assuming that meant the product was so good they would offer a 10 year warranty on it. My bad. Never again. But since this fell apart (literally) after six months I was told I had to partially pay for the replacement and of course they wouldn't ship it to me free. I went onto the BBB website and learned immediately I'm not alone. Basically, I need to pay to replace their product that was defective. If these things keep falling apart (which I'm guessing they will) then I'm in a vicious cycle of having to keep paying to replace. I have NEVER dealt with a company that deals with defective merchandise so terribly. Fine if the thing was six years old I get it, but under 8 months is ridiculous. Seriously, buy your car cover from any other company on the internet. This one needs to work on their customer service game. There are too many other options online to waste a single dollar on this site. Ultimately I walked away and decided I'd rather buy a new one from another company versus ever use their product again.

The cover fits perfectly. We had read from another comment that it doesn't fit a 2017 Rav 4. We have a cover for our Camry and it comes to the ground. This one doesn't so it doesn't get so dirty. We bought this cover to keep the tree sap off at the cabin. Very sturdy. Had a huge storm with wind and the straps kept the cover in place.

Car cover.com does specify that all car covers are an exact fit. The cover I ordered for my 2002 Dodge Durango wasn't an exact fit. I did exactly as directions said, but it looks a bit big for that vehicle, it's not an exact fit as the picture shows but I can deal with it. Although the cover is good quality as they guarantee it to be.

I replaced my older "coverking" miata car cover with a carcover.com product based on reviews, and bought a second cover for my larger sedan. The new carcover.com product is a little heavier-duty, and comes with front and back straps as well as a security cable for locking via grommets midway along the body. My only reason for decrementing a star is that although the carcover.com covers came in storage bags, they were vacuum packed when shipped, and will in no easy way fit back after use. I am using a strap from my older cover to secure the new cover after rolling it up off of the miata, and a bungee cord to wrap the sedan cover when not in use.

Website is very easy to navigate, products are shown very well described, which made it easy for me to find what I was looking for and made it easy to ensure I was purchasing the correct item for my husband's Corvette, based upon his model.

3rd time ordering, they work good. I just returned from hurricane Laura I purchased to car cover on a 2007 Chevrolet Impala in the other 2017 Ford edge and I tell you they really protected my vehicles even though they flew off cuz a hurricane category 5 keep in mind I had no scratches on my vehicle there was a vehicle parked next to mine in my driveway and it was damaged minds was not

Even though I haven't been able to open the box my cover came in because I am in the process of moving and our rv needs a washing first I am hoping it will be fine, any cover must be better then no cover on our RV I think, what I looked at on line seemed to be of quality and good workmanship also good reviews on it. Great cover to keep my ride free from dust and spider webs n grip hands touching and body's leaning on it,,don't know why I waited so long, nice soft cover and shows the contour shape of my bmw 650i AAA+

I called to learn more about the product and that call was painful. Not sure what or why but really wasn't a pleasant or Informative call. I am going by youtube videos and people being happy there is why Ive made this purchase today. Also I didn't see any place to put in the 10% Easter discount code MD10 and that really matters these days as I am getting this cover because I'm out of work is my car is just sitting in the sun until were off Covid19 lockdown.

Good Website construct and specific search product shown... Installation instructions are not helpful it says look for "FRONT" either stamped or sewn on cover...(had a paper tag with UHD on it and the customer service rep said that is the front. The black straps had no instructions and were not mentioned although common sense would indicate they go under the car to secure the cover. The antenna patch has no purpose for my Toyota 2020 Camry LE because it has a roof fin not a rod antenna and as such should not be included for a cover supposedly for a 2020 Camry LE

I bought a car cover for my 1970 superbird. The car has a large wing and I was excited to get a custom fit car cover. However I received a large tarp. Its not custom fit at all. The product is loose and just lays over the wing as well as the rest of the vehicle. I'm very unsatisfied with this product.

Good, but there wasn't a place to enter the additional Discount code EE15 on the summary order page. There was a 'coupon' field where I entered the code but it didn't seem top register on the final cost.

You guys have a good Quality product and the delivery time was OK as well as the price, the problem is that Im not receiving a Cover that fits my car, I asked several times to the seller over the chat and by phone and all the time I received a response like "Perfect Fit" that is totally false because even my car is not covered 100%. Warranty team not friendly they just want to have the less contact with the costumer (even sending pictures was useless), I received a discount but that is not what I was looking, I need to protect my car and this cover does not meet the objective at a 100%.
I will not recommend the selling neither the warranty process. Is a shame because the quality of the product is awesome.
