The cable and lock were missing when I received the car cover. However when notified they sent the missing items in a very timely manner. Excellent customer service.

The description on the cover says it is 100% waterproof. The sides got soaked on the inside, and when contacted, I was told that the description clearly makes it evident that because the top has more layers, it's the only one that is water resistant. That makes no sense. Complete garbage. Got treated like an idiot by the warranty team, and got told that it should be self-understood that the cover was not as described. This is false advertising. If the top is the only one that is water resistant, then say that in the description. And the warranty team told me that it is only water resistant, not waterproof. The description says waterproof. Another case of false advertisement. I was treated poorly, the product was not as described, and with the way I was treated I do not trust this company to take care of problems with the lifetime warranty. The cover was a good deal for what I paid, but the customer service was awful and treated me horribly. And the description was falsely advertised, which is illegal. Overall horrible company and I will not be shopping with them ever again. I will steer anyone I see away from this company. Absolutely disrespectful.

Looking for a car cover that had a fleece inner lining and you can't beat the price for this quality of cover. Also once receiving cover it fit perfect and nice and snug with the elastic ends.

Car cover descriptions are clear and detailed. I have not tried the car Covers on my cars yet so I cannot say how they fit. I have visually checked them and they look like the correct ones.

Web site was very informative and easy to use. The cover is good quality however the cover is to short for my truck. I haven't reached out to customer service to hear what they have to say.

After I placed the order I was told that you do not ship to po boxes. This should have been done before the order was finalized or be able to fix order instead of having to call

But the fella I spoke to on the phone was rude,not nice and very short! I even said something to him and then he changed his attitude.

When I received my car cover the quality was not what I expected for the price. The return process was a sham, so I ended up just keeping it. Would not recommend this company.

I would suggest putting a marker on it to indicate "front" / "back" - I got it right the first time but it would be helpful

I needed a car cover for my Highlander, did a google search and checked out a couple other sites Carcover.com website was easy to use and the price was right for what I wanted.

In summer 2019, I ordered and received a car cover for my Jeep. I was very impressed by the quality and the fit. This is my second order for another vehicle.

I am returning the locking cable that I received. It is very thin and could easily be cut, so what is the point in having a locking cable like this one?

Ad stated the cover had 5 layers with a layer of fleece. These layers must be microscopically thin. Whole cover seemed like one layer. Not very happy with the misleading info.

The cover was a good price. It received on the day that they said that I would. It came with a life time warranty. Hopefully it will last for many years.

Was very pleased with the quality and fit of the cover I bought last week for my 1965 Karmann Ghia. It does seem to have a lot of dust when I put it on my car.
